This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been into four employees working and not one even acknowledges a customer coming in just standing there for over five minutes looking at at himself. There are just a bunch of young children that need to learn how to work better and have customer service because in my point, they're not even one star through zero stars. Manager looked at me five times didn't say a word not one person said nothing. That's the problem today. No kids know how to work in customer service. So I know what I ordered at this location was probably out of their ordinary order which was a grande iced English breakfast tea latte with 3 pumps of vanilla syrup. We also ordered 4 items of food. After getting to the window we waited about 5 mins for the barista to tell us they can give us the tea deconstructed or we can wait and park out front. So we chose to park, then after waiting about 10 more minutes she came out with my drink in which it was made wrong.. so yea I'm not sure what happened but i most likely won't be coming back to this location. read more

It took 10 minutes to make a single drink when I was the only customer inside, only for me to receive it liquidy and already melted. I understand that Starbucks has drive-thru orders to handle, but those customers ordered after me, and they still cleared the cars before handing me my drink. Other locations are perfectly capable of balancing drive-thru and in-store orders, so I don't think that's an excuse. There was also no farewell greeting , thank you , nothing. Maybe more training is needed--not just on making drinks efficiently, but on basic customer service as well. I'm a lead at a boba cafe, and we're trained to have the entire menu out in under two minutes. I'd honestly be embarrassed if this were a location at my company. The employees here seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually helping customers. Even the writing on my cup was so messy and unreadable that I'm not sure what the point of writing it was. Normally, I wouldn't complain because I understand what it's like to be on the other side of the counter, and I usually have extended patience with service workers. But this location was genuinely disappointing. Yelp Review 2025 #96: This is one of the other Starbucks locations I've been going to for years. They make drinks just right. But sometimes it's hard to get in/ out of their parking lot because they share space with Domino's and a smog check spot with customers blocking the way. My most recent visit this weekend, we placed a mobile order. We walked in and only one drink was ready and we asked about the other drink we were told somebody had grabbed it! My order is very specific and visibly unique: iced matcha latte with cherry cold foam. Which is not the fault of the staff but customers that don't read the sticker on the cup! Alicante & 215 is in a great location. The parking and position of stalls will make it interesting to use the drive thru and arrive to front doors. If I were to prioritize the customer traffic it will look like such: 1. Place a mobile order in advance of arrival 2. Expect to sit in your own environment you enjoy when choosing the drive through experience. The staff managing this part of the business is exceptional 3. Jan. 4, 2026 Appx. 6:30am Definitely not Starbucks from the past. Not very busy and no greeting when I walked in. Asked for stir stick and worker Dayjah gave me a green cap stopper. I asked if that was a stirrer she said yes. Obviously not, and especially not for a medium drink anyway. Asked her for a wood stirrer, she said in a sec, and went on talking to another worker. Eventually, another worker gave it to me. Asked another worker which danishes had eggs and she had no clue. Said she'd have to look up each one individually, like that would be a problem. Starbucks, "How about you provide your customers/workers with a vegan/vegetarian, allergy list of your food, and or have it displayed somewhere for the customer." Walked in.....not 1 employee said good morning. Not 1 employee even made eye contact. Stood at the mobile pick up area for over 10 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help or what order I was there for. I've heard this location has had problems before from other people that go to this location but WOW! The bad reviews about this location are 100% true. Not a very friendly staff at all. Definitely won't be giving this location my business anymore and from what my friends in the nearby area too have said the same thing that they stopped going to this location. I got my 2 typically strong coffees but the third coffee was a diluted mess made from the weak, worn out, left over grounds from an earlier brew. Literally tinted water. The other thing why not mark it on your menu so people know. Rude Staff & Unprofessional Manager - Worst Starbucks Experience Ever! The other day, around 4:30 PM, we stopped at the Starbucks at 7021 Aliante Ave. Suite 100, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had at a coffee shop. When we placed our order through the drive-thru, I asked for a pumpkin Frappuccino with cookie crumble pieces blended inside -- not Java chips. The young girl taking the order didn't seem to understand and kept repeating "Java chips." I clarified multiple times, saying clearly: "No Java chips, cookie crumble pieces blended inside, please, and no whipped cream." Instead of just listening and fixing it, she let out a HUGE sigh over the intercom. If you don't want the customer to hear your attitude, at least mute your mic. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Next, I ordered a pumpkin chai blended -- which should simply be ice and the drink blended. Instead, they made a cream-based pumpkin Frappuccino, completely wrong again. At this point, the manager jumps on the intercom. Instead of trying to calmly resolve the issue, she talks to me like I'm stupid, as if I didn't know what I was ordering. Not only was she rude, but she also looked very unprofessional, covered in tattoos and acting completely uninterested in providing decent customer service. This is exactly why I hate coming to Starbucks. I usually prefer Dutch Bros, where the staff is always friendly and actually listens to customers. My kids like Starbucks, so we came here, but after this visit, I will gladly take them somewhere else. The mistake was the size of the drink. Second they got the drink wrong. They added 1pump of Mocha. Where the drink comes with No pump of mocha. Located next to Domino's and Verizon, it's located in a busy strip mall. Once you turn into the strip mall from Aliante Parkway, you'll take the first right and another right afterwards. The parking lot in front of Starbucks is rather limited in terms of spots and there is a lot of traffic going through here during peak hours. If your using the drive thru, the turn into it can be tricky. The menu board is standard like all other Starbucks. The staff are friendly and they make your drinks like you ordered it. I love coming here. The staff is what makes this location a bit better than the others in the north side. read more

This location sucks! I've given this particular store 5 chances and everytime it's a disappointment. For an average of $6 bucks a drink.. you want it to be good and what you asked for. 1. They either WAY over sweeten your drink or WAY under sweeten. Drinks are never up to par either way. No middle ground with them. They need to re-train all their baristas on how to properly make their drinks. 2. The drive thru takes a ridiculously long time even with only a few cars in line. 3. By the time I get my drink it appears like its been sitting there for 5-10 minutes (due to the long drive thru wait times). Therefore, drinks aren't fresh.. and it DOES make a difference when you have drinks with foam that just drop to the bottom without the pleasure of having those first few sips while it was fresh. 4. Staff seems somewhat friendly, but rushed. 5. Half the time the staff member took my card to swipe, the other times, I was forced to lean practically halfway out of my car and twist my body to swipe my own card. Seems dumb, but she could clearly see I was struggling and could have offered to just swipe herself instead of barely budging to reach me halfway with the card machine. I will go OUT OF MY WAY to avoid this location and go elsewhere. Or maybe just give Starbucks up altogether because half the stores are like the one I mentioned above. Step up, Starbucks management!! One of of my favorite locations! I'm here multiple times a week and I've only had a couple of unpleasant interactions with 1 particular staff member. Other than that, most of the employees here are great. 1 bad apple shouldn't take away from the excellent customer service that everyone else provides. I love how they put cute stickers on my drink lid. I've been to a lot of Starbucks locations all over Las Vegas, and no one else does that. During one busy morning, I picked up my drinks (mobile order) and it had glitter hearts and puppies on it. Today, they placed stickers of Buzz Lightyear and Woody from Toy Story. As a frequent customer, it's such a nice way to brighten my morning. The quality of the drinks are consistently good - the recipes don't change. I am highly disappointed with the service received at this Starbucks location this morning. I placed my order and waited to the side as normal. The barista, Kay, who clearly looked either intoxicated or under the influence, left suddenly. After waiting for 10 minutes (no line) I asked the other barista whose shift seemed to just start, if my drink was being made. Kay, clocked out without so much as making my drink or even letting the new barista know my order. I was told she "started" the drink but must have forgot. I asked for a manager and was told she would be out for 2 weeks. I then asked for her name and contact email and the barista apparently didn't know. Don't bother doing mobile orders. I normally do orders about 10 maybe 15 mins ahead and I always get greeted with we are just finishing it up. Get to the window to basically be told that it takes them 10mins to get the ticket and blah blah blah. Lady I haven't even said anything to you and I'm already getting scolded. I go by the pick up time. So add another 8 mins to the pick up time got it,Geez . I miss the good old days when they greeted you 1st. I don't understand the low ratings here. This is my backup Starbucks when the one closest to my house is out of commission. The employees are friendly and service is fast (pro tip, don't use the drive through. I swear the people with the most complicated orders use the drive through and cause a huge backup. Always order in the store, it's seriously 3-4x faster). Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is...it's Starbucks. Of course the coffee is stale, mediocre, overpriced and nothing special. That's not the employees fault, they're working with what corporate gives them.
