Nice, clean, reliable Starbucks location in a strip mall with ample parking and drive thru. I parked and went inside, and there are lots of seating options as well. The service was quick and friendly. They have two restrooms, which are both locked and need codes. I got a Honey Citrus Mint tea and biscotti, and both were delicious, no different than other Starbucks locations. This review is ALL ABOUT the barista who made my soy latte. Anyone who drinks soy lattes from Starbucks knows that if they aerate the soy too long it becomes all foam and two minutes after you leave the coffee level in the cup drops by 1/3 as the air leaves the milk. Even if you ask for "no foam" it doesn't fix it because it isn't foam on top; it's foam in the body of the milk. So one has to say no foam AND don't aerate it, just warm it. Does that work? Almost never useless you're lucky enough to have gotten a barista who drinks soy lattes. Well, I don't know what my luck was, but this barista hit that soy latte spot on. It was nice and warm and it was not full of air. The second I lifted up the cup (yes I drink them that often I can tell by the heft) I knew she nailed it. And I told her so. And now I'm telling you. This Starbucks is on point. This isn't the first time they did a drink special and well. Kudos. read more

This Starbucks consistently makes up their own drinks....nothing tastes as it should and they give half cups of foam. I have emailed the manager about them giving me the wrong order, putting milk in when the customer is allergic to it, not filling the cup up and just pouring half foam cups. This was one of the dirtiest and messy Starbucks I e ever been to. It was really gross . The bathroom was in complete disarray, trash cans not changed, sticky floors , and smelled. The trash cans in main area were also full, sticky and dirty. The drink pick up area was sticky and messy and looked as if it wasn't wiped or cleaned in weeks. Super busy location so service was slow and even though I ordered ahead on the app, I waited a while. Sat outside with my husband and the area definitely needed a little cleaning. I find that seems to be a common issue with some of the busier Starbucks locations, unfortunately. I'm still a huge fan of the lattes though so I always visit them wherever I am! Slowest Starbucks every. Every time it's a 30 minute wait. On top of it, the coffee sucks. Was so excited when the pumpkin drinks came out this year. So I stopped and it was awful. Not how it was supposed to taste. Went back and had one good coffee. After that went back 3-4 times and terrible. Went again today. Was handed the cups with coffee dripping on the sides. The pumpkin cream cold brew had essentially no foam and absolutely no flavor. It tastes like plain coffee. On top of it, the other drink in our order was wrong. One other deterrent to visiting this Starbucks: The smell of old poop wafts from the back to the front of the store (outside) and on a hot day, it's as if 1,000 elephants pooped and then died right outside the door. Although the gentleman who took my order was very pleasant and kind, the other female African American worker was not. Seconds after purchasing my cake pop, it collapsed onto the floor in front of her eyes. When she did not make any comments on the incident I told her the cake pop just dropped on the floor, she stared at it and proceeded to ask me "well how much of it did you Eat". After telling her that 3 quarters of it is now on the floor , she looked at it and walked away. I cleaned it up and threw it in the garbage as she proceeded to laugh. this was absolutely the worst Starbucks in the world we ordered 5 drinks ahead of time on the mobile app and still waited 25 minutes. everyone who worked there was lost and had no clue what they were doing. 3-5 drinks were absolutely wrong and terrible to taste. they have no clue what they are doing behind the counter and I almost puked at the first sip of my disgusting coffee. my drinks were supposed to be iced and they were blended all together. my blended coffee that was supposed to be Iced tasted burnt and disgusting.
