How can people give Starbucks a bad review?! I have been going here for years, since they opened and it is always great. The drive thru is a great bonus. All the workers are super friendly. The drive thru line was insane! I parked and went inside expecting this place to be slammed... not the case. The workers were not even remotely concerned at the fact that the drive thru was wrapped around the building.... one guy was spacing off just washing out things, others were just waiting at the empty registers.... The nice part is it is a drive-thru. Sometimes a wait but that is ok. But often I have to send it back. I ask for no foam and I get 1/4 a cup of foam and the drink it not filled to the top. I am paying for a full cup of drink. There needs to be better managerial staff. read more

Used to go there all the time as the drive-thru meant I didn't have to deal with the irritating crowds. I've since found a closer location but have received wonderful service here starting from way back in my college days. If you're a local or it's on your way to work, you can't go wrong. read more

We stopped here on our way home from Thanksgiving, and I left my purse behind. I didn't realize until we were 3 hours further down the road stopping at a hotel for the night. Not only did they go out of their way to track me down and let me know they had it, they mailed it back to me right away and wouldn't let me pay for the postage. This Starbucks is ridiculous. I go here all the time out of convenience and every time I've ever been inside all of the baristas just stare at you for several minutes before taking your order, even though there is no line. Today I went through the drive through and received the wrong drink. I told the barista at the window, he proceeded to charge me for the price of the correct drink and yet still gave me the wrong drink. I then went inside and told them that they made the drink wrong and was given attitude. After I was given the new drink, it was still made incorrectly. I ended up going home and throwing it away. This is not the first time I've been given the wrong drink at this Starbucks. Beyond frustrated. And I was not apologized to, just given dirty looks by the baristas. read more

This is a very busy starbucks because it has a sign on the interstate, which is how i ended up here . Drive thru is thus very busy just park and get out of your car and breath some fresh air. My drink was made wrong multiple times and the barista went to get her manager but only the assistant manager was available. Was on the way to New York, and I decided to drop by real quick for a latte. I was honestly kind of surprised to see that this Starbucks was really clean and the baristas were all super nice. I would never expect that a Starbucks so close to the highway would be so put together, considering how many people must stop by. There was a really long line, but I was in and out in the matter of a few short minutes. The baristas were quick, and everyone was so friendly that I even left with a smile on my face. The music is so inconsistent. Sometimes I get the coffeehouse jams that I crave, but other times the music makes me want to leave. One time I came and Disney music was playing at full blast and I had to tell them to turn it down! It would be boppin' if they had a jukebox-like system. I often drive ten minutes across town because this is the only nearby location with a drive-thru. Today, I went inside because there were 12 cars in the drive-thru line, and I know from experience that would mean a really long wait. Still, I waited for 15 minutes for my drink. Pro-tip: unless you are placing a mobile order, don't bother with this Starbucks location. As I waited, I realized mobile orders were being churned out, the drive-thru customers were given priority after that, and those of us waiting inside were given 3rd priority. They kept getting my order wrong. It was very busy, but I use a personal cup so it shouldn't be that hard to get the right drink! They handed off my cup with someone else's order with my name on it to another woman, then when they corrected it, the tea tastes like coffee so it was clearly not washed out before changing drinks! I come to this Starbucks probably 6 times per week. I usually order a flat white, earl grey latte, iced coffee with soy milk, or some outrageous frappucino creation from the secret menu. Well, this starbucks has been the only one where the barista has made my earl grey latte actually taste how it should and not just hot water. This is also the only place I can get a reliably delicious flat white from. The staff is so ridiculously friendly, it is bound to brighten up anyone's day. Don't feel like getting out of your car? That's fine because there's a full service drive-thru as well. They even give my big pup treats at the window! The place and staff are fine. The BIG PROBLEM is that the place is kept freezing cold. I use many Starbucks. None as cold as this. They say if the place is warm the staff will suffer. As it is, the customers suffer. You don't have to raise the temper 30 degrees. 5-10 will usually do. Does their temperature affect business? You bet.
