The operations of this staff lacks productivity - we been waiting for over 40 mins for 2 drinks. Starbucks regional management might want reconsider this slow team. The baristas here make the whole experience, everyone is so friendly and kind. They consistently make my order perfectly and I love that they make my experience so personal. They know my order and ask about my children. Over all I highly recommend this location. They work hard and deserve the recognition. read more

This Starbucks is so far for me and completely not on the way home lol but when I am in the area I have to go to this Starbucks, every single time we go it ALWAYS tastes exactly how it's suppose to. I wish I had gotten the name of the young man who made my drinks, I wish he could forever be my barista! Whoever was working 7/28 around 8pm making drinks and wore glasses .. you deserve a raise!! I go here usually just for the drive thru late at night because they're open 24/7 and the drive thru staff is prompt and friendly. But somehow EVERYTIME I go inside to order there's an issue. I'm writing this because I didn't expect to wait 17 minutes because they forgot my sandwich! I woke up early to grab a pick me upper because I knew I would need it today, but I left just 8 minutes ago and I'm extremely irked. I ordered and the cashier was friendly, my drink came out very quickly but while waiting for my sandwich everyone that ordered after me got their food items and drinks except me? I've worked service before, and I know how it is. So I kept waiting, 5-7 hot food items went out to drive thru and 3-5 went out to people waiting inside, and to those that ordered after me. I was IRKED! But guess the best part, I was standing there and there was a lady in the corner just chatting away as her coworkers worked, and everyone was just in their little bubble. They have a million people working basically and there's NO communication or synergy between the workers to help lighten the mood. I understand they must be tired because they're busy and 24/7, but when I worked service I always noted peoples wait times and body language, and we always kept tabs on everyone to make sure EVERYTHING was done, if not we would help each other out. I was waiting there for 17 MINUTES for a sandwich that takes 1 minute to heat up. I didn't want to make a fuss so I just got a refund because at this point they clearly forgot about it and I have to drive to San Fernando for work at the moment and it's a 1.5 hour drive errrr. (Getting their attention if the cashier is busy is nonexistent so goodluck if you have an issue, the baristas won't even look up to see who's been waiting a long time). Thought it was going to be a quick pick me upper, set me back to sit more time in traffic. Right when I asked for a refund, a girl in the back picked up a sandwich and said "whose smoked bacon is this?" MINE!! But I didn't want it anymore because they forgot about it. FML!! What can I say this Starbucks is the best. Open 24 hours a day. I love it because I leave to work usually around 4 am and since they are open 24/7 I can swing by for my caffeine fix. Quick stop for a blended java chip mocha the other day. Service was fine, a bit slow. The store clean and well kept, enough seating. Didn't love how it tasted, way too much syrup, the quality is just not there compared to other coffee chains. Will do in a pinch, not worth going out of my way to come back to, I would much rather support local businesses and spend $5 on quality coffee instead of just sugar. read more

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks in the Inland Empire. I always use the drive thru because, well, I'm lazy and don't want to get out of my car on the way to work. All the various drinks I order are always made to perfection and the food items I order are delicious. I am a huge fan of their chai tea latte (get it without water). The water makes it watery and this is a little trick I learned from the Barristas here! Also, I want to point out that the staff that works the drive thru is very, very nice and tries to engage in conversation and acts so friendly every morning. I was in the area getting my car worked on and decided to place a mobile order for pick up at this location since I was in a time crunch to get somewhere. I didn't arrive at the location for 20 minutes after I placed my mobile order and arrived. I came in and was pleasantly surprised that the location wasn't busy inside although the drive through was. The seating arrangement was nice and the establishment was clean. There were only 3 workers working but seemed to be keeping a good pace and getting the drive through taken care of. There were a few people waiting in line that were not being attended to so I was especially thankful I placed a mobile pick up. When I got the the pick up area nothing was there. Not the 2 pastries I ordered or the drink. After 20 minutes I was surprised and asked one of the employee about my order since I was in hurry. To my unpleasant surprise they had over looked my order and not even started it. This was quiet frustrating as the whole purpose of placing a mobile order is to get in and out quickly. I then had to wait a while before I received my items. All the while one of the girls seemed less then caring about anything but singing as loins as she could a song that wasn't even playing in the store. Normally this wouldn't bother me but seeing as customers were being overlooked in line and orders not completed I felt it unnecessary. One I received my order I wasn't given an apology or anything and my pastries were cold. Thankfully the coffee was good making up for the otherwise frustrating visit. read more

Although this particular location isn't in the best area, it does offer some peace and quite (unusual for a Starbucks) since it's located in a spot with little vehicle traffic. Overall employees seems to be nice. I didn't stay too long. I give the "Moderate" price to all Starbucks since their coffee is a specialty coffee and you can buy cheaper coffee elsewhere. This Starbucks is the worst. It sucks cause its the closest by where I work. They are so SLOW. Don't even try the drive-thru, I kid you not I was stuck in that like for over 20 min once. In the 3 months that I have been in the area I can't even count how many times they have gotten my order wrong. This might seem like a petty thing to complain about but when you're paying for a 4$-6$ for their overpriced coffee you would expect your order to be correct. Right away, Jen asked me if I was new because she never saw me as a customer. That was very impressive because it shows she pays attention to her regulars and also that she can spot a new person. She took the time to make my visit special. Very accommodating and I didn't have to wait long. Not sure when I'll be back for an oil change next door but I will come back to this location for my pick-me-ups! The other members were all smiling and seemed to like their job, which is a plus.
