First time at this location. Loved the layout and choice of big tables or cozy corners to enjoy coffee in a ceramic mug like a grown up. It has the touches of a warm Hawaiian Aloha. Awesome service! Welcoming with Starbucks smiles all around. Great team keeping up with the drive thru orders as well. A few patio tables in front along the walkway. I like how it's sort of in a hidden pocket among surrounding eateries. Usually these stand on their own and right in your face. This one is a little tucked in, which I enjoyed. Met at this Starbucks with a group of friends before going off to another event. I never knew this location was here. Looks so new and very clean, across from Ontario Mills. I did a mobile order once I arrived inside. It took the 5-8 minutes quote time to receive my drink, which was perfect. I ordered a grande white chocolate mocha coffee, whole milk, no whip. The drink tasted great and was the perfect temperature! The workers inside were busy, but very nice. We enjoyed sitting at the long table. It was a wonderful gathering and I was glad to pre-celebrate here of my coming home after being out of town for two months!!! Thank you friends and Starbucks for an awesome morning! read more

Inept, sloppy and rude. They do not listen. They mess up drink orders when it's correct on the screen. They give attitude when you point out their mistakes. They give you drinks dripping with coffee. I've given this place 5 chances in total and 3 out of 5 has been pretty bad visits. The Starbucks on Milliken is better and more consistent with their good service. This place is garbage. read more

I usually don't write any reviews but I had to create one to give a specific barista a great review ! Kat is amazing!! She greets with a big smile and great positive energy. Usually, when I come to this location it's more of just a hi and bye but the other day I came in for the brown sugar cortado and she explained to me the step by step process on how it's made. It's always something with this Starbucks. They have always made my drink wrong even when its just a simple one off the menu with no specifics. Came to get drinks after the mall , my mom was in the drive thru to order. My daughter had to use the restroom very very bad , we went inside and ran to the bathroom to see you needed a code to enter . The cashier named Payton watching us . We then approached the counter to ask for the code , when I did as my daughter is holding herself , I asked if we can please have the code . The cashier said "only if you're interested in making a purchase" , I let her know my mother was in line at the drive thru she said OOK and gave me the code . I understand purchasing to use the restroom , but when you see a 7 year old little girl holding themselves you can have some compassion and some common sense . After using the restroom I was able to ask the woman at the drive thru window for the cashiers name , whom was very nice! Didn't get her name but the rude cashiers name is Payton . Jade, thank you so much I come here a lot to buy coffee for work. Usually order 10+ cup of green tea latte and some other coffee for my hardworking employees. This place got very good parking and short wait. However, starting this month, they stopped giving out bigger bags for customers. It's super frustrating to carry huge amount of coffee with a bag. I only resort to Starbucks if it's a true coffee emergency and, getting drowsy on my drive from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, I desperately needed caffeine. This store was right off the highway so I stopped in to stretch, use the bathroom, and get a cappuccino. Nothing about this location made a good first impression. The store was crowded with people sitting around on their laptops, but nobody in line. Most of the employees were just standing around behind the counter. The store was not very clean. First thing I noticed was the stirrer / condiment bar. It was littered with sugar wrappers, straw wrappers, used stirrer sticks, and was sticky all over like somebody had spilled coffee and nobody could be bothered to wipe it clean. I went up to the counter to order and the staff was unfriendly, not welcoming at all and definitely not cracking even the tiniest hint of a smile. Customer service isn't their forte here. I ordered a small cappuccino and waited. The restroom was clean enough, but I used the last of the toilet paper. I let an employee know and they just shrugged it off. I'm fairly certain nobody bothered to put a new roll in there and, as a courtesy to the next person trapped without tissue, I put a stack of napkins on the sink. I got my coffee and it was awful, even by Starbucks standards. The coffee was weak and the milk tasted burned, like it had been frothed too long. I guess because I got it to go, they didn't really care to craft a good beverage. I drank it because I needed to wake up, but I didn't enjoy anything about it. Well we went in originally to get a drink and some food while we were waiting at the car wash and we were in there for 3 minutes with 4 or 5 girls working in there including the one right next to the food display case writing up orders who also looked at us or and not one person said hi to us and all they did is look at us so they knew we were there but didn't even get so much as a hi when we came in the door or any type of greeting. Very unprofessional service especially for a reputable company. 1 did look at us as we walked out also and she didn't even say anything. I definitely won't be back at least to this location. I haven't read the other reviews but I can understand why it's only rated 3*. If one of the girls was a manager, that's bad management skills....
