I genuinely love coming to this Starbucks right when they open -- the vibe is calm, the staff is kind, and my coffee is usually made well when I order in person (even during busy rush hours!). However, I don't recommend ordering online from this location. Most of the time my mobile orders come out messy and the coffee quality just isn't the same. It feels rushed and inconsistent compared to when I walk in and order face-to-face. In-person = great experience. Online ordering = hit or miss for me. Still one of my go-to morning spots, I just stick to ordering at the counter now. read more

I'm here semi-frequently as it's close to my house but good god I wish I wasn't. Since bux got a new CEO and philosophy about how to deal with people, quality has declined sharply and this location is a bellwether of that. Cost-cutting measures with performative actions at customer service make it a bad experience any time I just need a damn cup of coffee. Thanks for my hot drink. Could I get a drink sleeve? Maybe a stopper? Seriously why not just hand me a cup of 170° liquid without a lid? Why not just dump it into my lap? My total this particular trip was $6.12. I paid $6.15 and the lady literally said "can we keep the pennies for a tip?" I know you're not supposed to sweat the small stuff but christ man give me a break once in a while. Early morning drive-through I will say that I always request my drink with no eyes in a cup eyes on the side. I enjoy having my drink non-watered down and because I carry the drink with me most of the day I just add a little ice when I'm ready. The people in the drive-through are always super kind and quick. I'm amazed about how fast they cleared through the lines. It is Starbucks the coffee makes my tummy hurt the refreshers give me heartburn so I don't get it often but I still enjoy a nice little coffee run from time to time I will say the service is always spot. Rude and unprofessional. Today, February 10, 2025, this location decided to have an asphalt installation day without creating any signs to direct the customers around the fiasco. So it was like a scavenger hunt finding the correct route around the new asphalt pavement and to the front door to retrieve a pre-order that I already paid for through their app. Once I got there, of course it was a ghost town. There were hardly any customers there, so I don't understand why none of the three employees greeted me nor said anything to me when I entered the building and looked for my order. They proceeded to act really busy which we all know was an illusion under the circumstances. It's like I wasn't even there, after they watched me walk around through the drive-through confused and said nothing as I saw them peering through the drive thru window. Just ghetto. This is THE BEST Starbucks location hands down. I have been to many locations over the years, in and out of state, and this one is above all the others. So much so that I no longer buy from any other location because my order is hit or miss elsewhere and it's a simple one, pink drink. I absolutely love the staff here as well! They're all so personable and polite! I really appreciate the consistency not just with my order but with all the employees working at this location, they could be having the worst day and they wouldn't let it show. First time here in this new location and wow! Great customer service very kind and knowledgeable and the coffee was absolutely amazing! We bought 3 sandwiches: Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap, Turkey, Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta, Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia all 3 were fresh and so yummy! Then for drinks we got the new Caramel Brulée Crème delicious and another favorite Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino®. We also got cake pops and cheese danishs all came out delicious. I infuse daily at this, my Starbucks. Trenta iced coffee with 2 shots and cold foam is my drink today and most hotter days. Cherry cold foam turns it into an absolute truffle. This is the friendliest group of baristas I have met in a long time. I write here today because of one lovely incident. The young gentlemen (and I apologize I was not able to read his name tag) on barusta duty when I came in is a fabulous customer service Representative, on any day. I usually mobile order then pop in. He has said hi or thanked me by name (Joyce) frequently. Today, for some reason, the mobile order hadn't gotten to him and he mentioned he didn't see it, calling me by name. I repeated the order and he found it in another ticket dispenser and made it for me immediately. I will say though, I had not waited an unreasonable amount of time and did see my name on the board go from received to in process only just before he called me. Drink was perfect and refreshing, as always. I am sorry his name tag was turned away I couldn't see as I would love to name him here but he will know I am saluting him. This occured about 2pm on Friday the 18th. He apologized for the wait, thank me again, made authentic eye contact and wished me a happy Easter. Thank you, Sir Barista. This is a very busy Starbucks in Orange City. The line of cars was about 12 deep so I decided to brave the rain and walk in. The restaurant was clean and they immediately greeted every guest who entered. We ordered two Americanos, strawberry Frappuccino, strawberry refresher, black tea with peach juice and blueberry scones. They are slow, unaccommodating and unwilling to do a single thing to make the customer happy. I was in the drive thru line and accidentally pulled past the speaker a little bit so they were unable to hear my order. While that was my fault, I imagine that can't be the first time a guest has made a mistake. I got to the window and asked if I could submit my coffee order face-to-face, and the manager herself said no and to get back in line. I was shocked - I asked, for a simple coffee order, is that my only option? It was. About 75 percent of the time I drive to this Starbucks the cafe is closed and only the drive through is open. For some people this may not be a big deal but the poorly designed drive through makes it almost impossible to get a full size truck in it without hitting the curbs. This isn't the only problem because sometimes you get to the store and it's just closed. It would be nice if Starbucks could use their app to notify people that they are randomly closing a store or half the store so that people on their lunch break don't waste the little time they have. With all that being said, the employees at this store are very nice and I have enjoyed the few times I have been able to get coffee but unfortunately this store will not be worth my time anymore. read more

Worst trip I've had to Starbucks. I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher and they acted like everything was fine but then I get to the window and I wanted to pay with a gift card on the app but accidentally used my normal card and they wouldn't help me redo that. Then they had me my drink and it looks nothing like I ordered she tells me oh it's the refresher we're just out of fruit. I know to some that may not mean much but I should've at least been told and given a chance to order something else at the speaker to order. Will never go again read more

I just had the worst experience in the Starbucks drive-thru. I order a VENTI skinny vanilla latte with SOY MILK and they gave me a grande. I usually don't complain and just take it but I was on a road trip so I needed my order to be accurate. I gave it back and said I ordered it venti. When he gave it to me I thought everything was correct until I take a sip and realized they put regular milk the second time around and not soy (which was on the sticker attached to the original cup they gave me). Now I'm on the road with an overpriced coffee that I cannot drink because I'M LACTOSE INTOLERANT. My friend who I was in the car with was also given an incorrect order. He ordered a simple venti ICED black coffee SWEETENED and when we pulled up to the window they gave it to us hot and unsweetened. I don't know if their mic set is broken or if they are just incompetent but overall I'm very disappointed. To top it off when I returned my iced coffee he gave me an annoyed look. So rude. read more

Everytime I get a drink from this Starbucks it's always mainly foam. Usually I just let it go but I got a flat white that I really needed to stay up to study and drove home (about 7 minutes ) and figured by then it'd be cool enough to drink and I get home to this! Not complying with CDC for Coronavirus I hesitantly went through the drive-thru here (hesitant because of what's going on with Coronavirus, not because of the location). I'm sorry I did. Most of the employees were wearing one of two gloves, but collecting credit cards with the gloved hand. Even more concerning, the car in line before me seemed to know the barista and we're carrying on a long co versatile during the order process as several cars waited. The concerning part is thAt the barista reached out her ungloved hand and took the hand of the driver into her own, as if you study her manicure. I was APPALLED and reported it, and no one seemed to give a damn. For the record, I tried to report this to their manager and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. This is a review based on my visit Aug 16, 2018 @ 7:00-8:00 pm I am so disgusted by the rude baristas/partners at this shift. Not only did the drive thru window girl snap on me with the RUDEST tone I have ever witnessed a Starbucks partner do because I simply asked why the cost was higher than usual, (which caused me to switch my drink), the barista at the bar rolled her eyes more than 4 times when being instructed on my drink change from the window girl. After the drink was made, she slammed it down on the counter and stomped back to the machines. What kind of 2 year old tantrum was that? I know for a fact Starbucks doesn't stand for this attitude and I regret not going inside to deal with it myself. The store manager will be hearing from me about this. read more

This was our first time coming here and we were looking for a location with the Clover. We are glad we found this spot, even though is late in the evening, after 930pm, they were still welcoming, the store was very clean and the staff was very friendly. If i'm in the area again I will definitely be stopping here. read more
