Waited about 15 to 20 minutes for a simple coffee order. The cashier was nice, so 2 instead of 1 stars.

I'm not a Starbucks kinda guy but my brother and niece like it. It's ok. No complaints.

So I have mixed feelings about this Starbucks... It's the one closest to one of the facilities I work in and, truth of the matter is that I've kind of experienced rudeness from some of their baristas at some point. Which is surprising because I've always thoughts Starbucks employees are the best when it comes to Customer Service. However, today, I went in, as I usually do and ordered a new drink. The Smoked Butterscotch Latte, which I found too sweet. Being a long time Starbucks customer, I know that they have a policy that if you don't love it, you ask for an exchange. Mind you, I've never taken advantage of this policy since I always thoughts it out *if I don't love a drink* and try not to bother the very busy baristas. This time, I really didn't want to drink this beverage and wanted strong tasting coffee. So I talked to this Barista, Gina, which was AWESOME with me. She rapidly asked for what I wanted and I was like, "Just give me a Pike Place Roast brewed coffee... I really need something far from sweet after tasting this latte". She was polite, and asked if I wanted a refund. I was like, "it's ok... just a change of drink (knowing that the brewed coffee is way cheaper than a Latte), but she insisted. Gina gave me a full refund and gave me the brewed coffee for free. I insisted she didn't have to and she insisted she wanted to. I was so happy with her service that I told her... Gina, your just earned an awesome yelp Review. *5 STARS FOR GINA*, but 4 for the store. She was happy that I disclosed my feelings and asked me to e-mail the store manager to let them know because this store has been getting bad reviews. I agreed to it. read more

Slow, Slow, Slow. It took way too long to get a simple ice coffee. I only had one person in front of me in line and 3 people waiting for their drinks. It took 10 minutes to order and have my coffee in my hand. On top of that my "coffee" is all milk. I paid $3.15 for a glass of milk. If you're slow and expensive; you better be good. Used to be the best Starbucks around. Drive thru service takes 5 times longer here than any of the others in the area. This location seems to disregard posted hours and closes early or whenever they see fit. Waited in drive through on Valentine's Day for 20 mins only to find out they were closed. All lights were on and cars backed up in drive thru only to wait wait and wait. Pull to the window and sign says "Closed due to unforeseen circumstances".. That's fine but please turn the lights off and block off the drive thru so car after car doesn't sit there and wait. This is the third time in a year I have experienced this. Convenient with a drive thru but service is awful. Not consistent with drinks. Often my lattes have way too much milk. I hate being called hun by a 20 year old. Today I said my drink is too light. The girl Amy said what do you want me to do about it?! I said make it over. She said goodbye. I called her out her name. Sorry. Not worth going inside store to get it fixed. Everyone loves Starbucks and the staff at this Orange City store are very polite and hardworking. However, the food prep and delivery organization seem to be a bit off. There have been no more than 4 people inside at once and I've been waiting 10+ mins. They're very busy with the drive through and mobile orders; however, I I go to the Starbucks off Woodland and they seem to be able to handle a similar volume more efficiently. However, as a customer I am not privy to everything so .... I will say customers who come in should be treated as well as drive through or mobile orders. read more

This Starbucks ALWAYS has a wait! No matter the time of day. Disorganized. The person taking your order should not be the person handling customers at the window. They need a better drive thru system. And many Starbucks are like that. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks ever. Even on a good day the wait time in the driveway is at least 15 minutes. Once again they closed the dining room and the cars are all the way out to Saxon. Wait time of 30+ minutes. This is ridiculous. read more

This location is stellar. The best Starbucks iced coffee I have ever had - they did a dark roast for me and it was perfect. Superstar mentions: Shannon, Brandon and Justin! There is plenty of space for bringing in your laptop, meetings, or even a phone bank for a political candidate. I highly recommend this Starbucks. read more

Why can you not figure out how to put some speed in your drive thru? You hold take 1 car and make their drink before you even answer the speaker again. Holding your cars to make your drive thru timer look better is ridiculous. Put some more help on. Focus on drive thru. The more cars you pull thru the more money you make. Everyone's always a pleasure to deal with here. Drinks are always on point as well, which is always hit or miss with the one at Target.

A nice setup for a local store, clean both inside and outside. Comfortable seating areas with capability of charging ones device. Consistent product tastes and accuracy. All baristas are curtious and welcoming. Great place to visit regardless of the reason; a quick pick me up, sit and enjoy your favorable drink while listening to music, or to do some work on your device. read more

I've been here twice and i placed my order through the drive thru both times which I love!!! It makes it so concvenient for when I'm feeling lazy. There hasn't been a crazy line for the drive thr They were pretty quick with service and got my order right. Great service inside the store. Don't let the long line at the drive through scare you off. If you are willing to get off your lazy butt and get out of your car, you will probably have the place to yourself. Oh boy, Orange City is getting a new business I love! Problem is, it's in Orange City and they will find a way to screw it up! I've been thru the drive-thru several times with varying degrees of success, but today was the worst. I walked into this location today to slight pandemonium, it being Saturday and cold outside. After standing in line and ordering an Earl Grey Latte, I was informed they were out of Earl Grey tea. Is Chai okay? Yes, that's fine. After a five minute wait, I received my cup. I went outside, took a sip, and realized I was holding a $4 cup of black tea. I went back inside where I had to stand in a longer line to tell the cashier I had ordered a latte and received a black tea. "Oh," was all she said as she threw the tea into the garbage behind her and re-wrote my name on a larger cup. No apology. No "kiss my ass." Only the apathetic customer service that passes in Orange City. I then had to wait fifteen minutes for them to remake my drink. During that time, I witnessed them screw up another lady's order by slathering her drink in whipped cream (her cup said "no whip") and another man who said, "This is wrong" to his lady friend, " who responded "fuck it" and they left. I didn't see what appeared to be a manager anywhere on the floor, just chaos. I'd rather have Blockbuster back in this sorry location. read more

Every time I have been in this Starbucks I'm treated like a second class citizen. Many of the staff that have waited on me have this arrogant, rude and entitled thing going on (I won't even go into the multiple drink mess ups on this review). I frequent the Starbucks up and down I-4 regularly because of business and this is the only one I refuse to go to now and that's sad because Orange City needed one. I don't know who runs this store but not one of the other area Starbucks has a staff this rude. I know many of the staff at other area Starbucks and they are ultra friendly and always make you feel welcome......unlike this store! So glad this Starbucks is open and you don't have to go in target to get your starbucks fixbarista are sweet and nice, long wait in line at times, parking can be a bit of a problem but it depends when you go, place is awesome spacious and really a place to sit and relax.. I've been here a few times. Often get my order incorrect and/ or forget to give me my receipt. They have Frappuccino Happy Days-- order 4 and you get a card for 1 free Frapp later. I didn't know this only applied to Grande. I had ordered 10 tall frapps-- they didn't even try to upgrade me to grande. Had I known -- would have done so. This service at this Starbucks is sooo bad. I ordered on the app and I was standing there at the pick up area for about 10 minutes before any staff acknowledged me, even though they kept looking right at me. When they finally did, I was informed that my order was already given out to someone else, which I understood, and was just irritated about the wait to talk to someone. So they made another one which took about 10 minutes. When I finally got it, the order was wrong. So I sent it back. And I got another drink, but it was wrong, yet again. He gave me a larger size than I ordered and a $4 off my next purchase card. I didn't bother sending back the last drink, I had already been waiting in there for about 25 minutes. I ended up throwing the drink away after spending $4.75 on it because it was gross and not what I ordered. A huge waste of time and money. read more

Visited this location twice this week. The first time my drink tasted watered down, but otherwise was an alright visit. The second time I tried this location, they had to remake drink because you could not taste any of the esspresso, it just tasted like hot water. My friend came with me on the second visit and ordered the same drink in a size smaller and it came out tasting fine, but she found pieces of plastic in it when she started drinking it. Finally just got a refund. Will not be visiting again. read more
