A lot has changed since I first did my review on this location and the last one I did. Since this location is no longer managed by the old manager Rodney....things have taken a turn for the worse. I'm not sure what's going on here....but they need to get it together about not only making the drinks correctly but also how to great people when they step up to the register. I have been coming here since the store opened. It's not everyone that works there ...but in the morning...early.....please don't make it look like you're doing me a favor to help me. Like you have better things to do. Customer service definitely is lacking there now. I will keep coming...let's hope things get better read more

I just want to Starbucks multiple times messing up my orders most of the time. at this point I feel like they just mess up my orders and always waste my time to go back there when I'm in a rush. The food is good for overall but it's really not worth it going over there to risk wasting your time. And if one of them messes up your order they don't even stand up for it they just avoid the situation and let someone else deal with it. read more

Very good service on this calm afternoon. Plenty of seating inside to enjoy my iced green tea (in a personal cup). Nice interior that is most welcoming. Roomy to accommodate visitors staying and just picking up to go. The drive-thru traffic is steady and the crew of five is handling everything nicely with a smile. read more

The manager of this location needs to have there head examined. This is the first one that I was required to make a purchase in order to get a glass of water. The temp today was 116 and I had to pay for water!!!! I don't know what the thinking is but give us a break we live in the desert for gods sake!!!!!! I will never use this store again Low read more

The worst. I waited nine minutes for a single cup of coffee. They asked me if it was cold. I did not say ice. The worker took his time and was chatting with his coworkers and basically no one was ahead of me and I waited nine minutes for them to pour a cup of coffee and add some cream. read more

The manager at this location, which is a man in the morning has really bad customer service and has a stinking attitude, maybe he's having a bad morning and that's not my problem. He said he can't give me an extra splash of oat milk, cause it would be considered a latte when I have a numerous and numerous of receipts from this location with an extra splash of oat milk, he needs to be fired and replaced. I always have ordered Triple espresso over ice 3/4 of milk which is considered an extra splash of milk. 4 pumps of whatever syrup. "Beating" Customers Over the Head for TIPS You'd think we would all get used to the idea of having the credit card machine being shoved into our faces with the full intent from the vendor, as the look expectantly at you, that you'd be humbled into giving a tip... that is against your entire heart and soul. ... because instead of costing what it costs to get your Starbucks Latte which is already $6.00 or $7.00... now we all have to deal with the EXPECATION that we are going to give a TIP ... no matter what.... case closed. Let me tell you, I'm seriously fed up with this whole tipping charade that's become the norm. You're handed that credit card machine (that comes on a long cord), and it's like the employee's eyes are drilling into your soul, practically demanding a tip. I'm already paying a hefty amount for a latte that could practically buy me lunch... now I'm cornered into tipping too? Tipping is GREAT when someone deserves it, but this pressure to cough up no matter what's going on is making my blood boil. SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA just because someone handed me a cup of coffee ???? Let's talk about those employees who really don't deserve a tip. I've seen it all, from the snooty barista who can't get my order right to the clueless cashier who's more interested in their phone than helping customers. But guess what? The expectation to tip is inescapable. It's like a guilt trip waiting to happen.... well.... I'm not here for it. Shouldn't businesses pay their staff properly and make them want to do a good job? Why is it my problem to make up for their lack of ethics? This whole situation is getting under my skin, and I'm SURE I'm not alone in feeling this way. I've been through drive-thru Starbucks hell too. You're just trying to grab your caffeine fix, and suddenly, there's that cursed credit card machine... SHOVED AT YOU, blinding you with the sun's glare, and demanding a tip. It's actually the FIRST THING ... right out of the box... before anything else !!!! Do they NOT see that I'm barely awake, and I don't have the mental clarity for this right now? To dodge this headache, I've started using a Starbucks gift card. Ordered via the app and went to the wrong location (this was the correct location). Order was ready; however, staff completely ignored me as I was looking for those little plastic cup harpoons (to keep the coffee from spilling out of the lid). Horrible service at the drive thru, Maira was really rude and seemed like she didn't wanna be there. Idk why she's there if she's gonna be with that attitude. It definitely did not make my day. And she still got my order wrong and got upset when I asked for it to be corrected. She after just gave us our drink without saying anything. And gave us a nasty look. I couldn't believe it. Have gone to many Starbucks and none have compared to this one the whole crew was on top of everything got my drink fast as I was heading to work so truly appreciate them and how fast everybody works. Placed a mobile order 10:19am. Arrive at 10:27am. My drink did not look as usual (iced shaken expresso) was not even filled up grande cup. Ask employee Rooney. He says yea your drink has been sitting for 10 minutes. To which I say there's no way I just placed the order. Pretty much saying my drink was made in seconds (which is good right) but it was melted was his reasoning. Did not make sense as I order this often. I normally wouldn't mind but his tone and making it seem as if I took forever to get there made no sense! I was there in a timely matter my drink should not be half way filled in cup. This is not my usual Starbucks and always have issues here. It's just coffee who cares but your tone and attitude says it all! read more

Staff is great. The parking lot is a nightmare when anyone is in line here or at canes next door you can't pull in or out. Very bad design and layout of parking lot. Every time Iv stopped here people or myself are trapped inside the lot. read more
