WoW....... I place an order online. At 4:11/12pm, from the Starbucks app, on my walk there from lunch (2 blocks away) I get there at 4:16pm cause it said order will be ready at 4:17pm. We get there. And we are waiting. And waiting. And waiting. And waiting. And they keep ignoring my online order. After waiting approximately 22 minutes, we noticed several guests who had been behind us in line already receiving their drinks. We approached the barista to ask about our Frappuccino. (Online order) The barista with pink hair told us that our drink was still there but that they were very busy. We stepped aside and continued waiting. And waiting. And watching people arrived, Order and leave. At this point the red flags are coming up! Shortly after, we saw the barista with blue-green hair working at the cold station pour what appeared to be our drink. She finished it, placed it near the hot tea area, on the back and then walked away from the station/building/establishment/Store. The drink remained sitting there while both baristas continued preparing drinks for other guests. We eventually went back to the counter and asked about the drink that had been sitting there. A barista picked it up and confirmed that it was for Steven. I asked why it had been placed there when we were clearly waiting for it. The barista with pink hair responded that she didn't know because she hadn't made the drink. At that point, we requested a refund. The entire situation was very confusing and frustrating. No drink call-out, No ownership of the order, The drink visibly sitting there while you were waiting. I got my refund at 04:35pm. And left with the cravings of my drink. No idea what went wrong. But the detail to customer service and to online orders wasn't there from any of the 3 "girls/ladies" that were working there today. Bad customer service and bad experience. I guess they don't like to work there?

This isn't your normal review for a Starbucks... Tanya it was a literal angel just now. She just made my very rough day, less painful...Times have been really hard... today was especially difficult. I literally just started to break down in tears and she was so kind and understanding. We ordered a vanilla steamer with chocolate shavings and whipped cream. It was the perfect temperature for my daughter to drink. And Best of all she said it taste like Christmas. Thank you, Tanya, and Starbucks at the Paseo Colorado. Clean store, warm, calm, atmosphere. 90 min validation available because there's a paid parking structure.

I walked in this morning to get a drink for my friend whose dog just died. I had taken a moment outside to gather myself so I wasn't one of those people who puts their emotions on service workers but when I walked in and spoke to the cashier Nayeli(think I spelled her name wrong) I immediately started crying. She was so kind and her whole team was so lovely as I tried to get it together. Crying before 8:30am is never fun but the teams reactions and warmth made my mini meltdown less embarrassing and manageable. Big thank you to them. Also the drinks were great and service was fast.

I don't often come to this Bux unit smack dab on the courtyard of the Pasadena Paseo. It sits on Colorado Blvd in front of the mall. I have also had good service and well made drinks here. Today i ordered a Cold Brew with a Cold foam made with Oat Milk and Cinnamon.: well done! It was already very warm but i sat outside because there was a breeze. The Mall was practically empty and unfortunately the Great Maple had been shuttered closed which is just as well as it lead me to the Valhalla of Belgian Waffles: Bea Bea's in Glendale, If you park underneath the Mall you can get 1/12 hours free parking. Good time at this BUx. I will be back.

Just ordered a mobile order and got noticed that it will take 11 minutes. I'm sitting outside Starbucks and it's as quiet as can be so why would it take this long? I don't even see a lot of mobile order on counter. Plus this shop doesn't have any tables inside: just a bar with literally a couple seats. Tables outside, but extremely dirty! Only come if you do not mind waiting and plan to take away,

This Starbucks is small but convenient if you are shopping in Paseo or live nearby. It is clean inside and my husband and I sometimes do mobile orders. They have a convenient shelf when you walk in and your mobile ordered drink is on there! We grabbed our drinks and thanked the barista (who acknowledged us so he was friendly)! It was such a quick and easy process! The drink I ordered was the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. It was refreshing, had a delicious amount of cinnamon (not too strong but you know it's there), the sweetness of brown sugar, and best of all, it is non-dairy! Yay for Starbucks summer deals and drinks

Just your average Starbucks. I went with my typical cafe-mocha. My order was correct, prepared quickly, staff were friendly and this Starbucks is located in a low-key area.

Don't go here when they are close to closing because the baristas are not happy to see you. Big bummer. Glad other locations are friendlier.

The minute I walked in, the aroma of the coffee and baked goods just organically welcomed me IN! Walked in this morning at 10:15AM, and was greeted by Stephanie. All the people behind the counter were genuinely super nice and friendly, and I am going to leave it at that. Some places can be pretentious and I don't like that. I didn't get that vibe here. Loved it. They have many different options of baked goods, hot and cold beverages, salads, sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and more. They also serve wine. Very unique and interesting. Some coffee shops do serve wine. Love wine, but not in the mornings/afternoons:-)). So, she took my order and got everything right. I ordered an Avocado Toast, 2 Blueberry Muffins, and for my drink, got an Ube Latte. Everything tasted above and beyond fresh and delicious. My Ube Latte was made to PERFECTION! Don't know much about their parking situation, but I found street parking right in the front. They also do delivery, and 3rd party orders. My first time, but definitely not the last. Was so pleased with their hospitality. If I didn't happen to be in the area, I probably would have missed this beautiful gem. Glad I saw it and walked in. They have some nice decor inside but I decided to sit on their lovely patio. Thank you everyone, and keep up the good work!

This review is solely about the coffee. I can't speak to the food…read more Before getting to the coffee, I have to say the ambience is just overwhelming and not relaxing--to me! I love minimalist spaces, and this is the exact opposite. This is probably just my own OCD personality that misses Steve Jobs and his black turtlenecks. The staff, however, is very nice! Okay, now the coffee, which is what my rating is based on. The latte was a small step up from Starbucks and had an odd taste that I couldn't quite place. My wife couldn't finish hers. The drip coffee was barely above lukewarm and just didn't taste good. Again, it was hard to put my finger on exactly what was wrong with it, but it didn't taste particularly fresh. I noticed the bag of beans on the counter was roasted on 6/30 and marked down on clearance. Anyway, it's probably a perfectly fine place if you're not obsessed with excellent black coffee or high-quality espresso drinks. The space is large, there's lots of outdoor seating, and the staff is nice. I just wish I'd known going in that the coffee wasn't very good, so I'm writing this review for the other people out there who are equally insufferable about their coffee.

The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail are apparent in every bite and every sip. It is well worth the wait you'll most likely encounter. There are limited tables inside to enjoy your haul, but if you're lucky, a spot will open up and spare your car from the flaky goodness that will inevitably rain down all over your clothes and upholstery. Once we got to the counter everything was quick because they just pack everything up right away. I ordered the Spinach Feta Croissant ($8.40), Berry Danish ($6.95), and Turkey Ham & Gruyere Croissant ($8.50). The berry danish was cleared out at the front glass but I asked if they had more coming in the back and luckily they did. The other two were ordered from the glass displays. I wouldn't say they're the best croissants I've ever had, but they were still pretty good. Only thing with the ham and cheese croissant was that I cut it in half the short way to share (so you would think both halves would have an even distribution of everything) but all the ham was pushed to one side that their half literally had no ham in it. There were a lot of other things on display that looked really good so when I venture out to this part of town I'll have to come back and give those a try. I definitely recommend coming in early because a lot of things in the front displays were cleared out by the time we got to the front. They do keep making more but it's not a guarantee.
