Grinding and serving the matcha from its fresh ground state really makes their matcha stand out, and I could definitely tell. I was thinking about getting a cold matcha anyway because I didn't want to microwave it later, but they informed me that their machine for hot matcha wasn't working. That is not the best situation for people who wanted a hot drink, especially since it was so cold and damp outside, but I was really interested in a cold drink anyway, so it didn't really bother me. I got their red bean matcha with oat milk, and I was so happy when I drank it because it tasted like actual real matcha. I've gotten matcha at Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts and I haven't expected anything phenomenal, but I've also gotten matcha at matcha shops and the matcha just doesn't taste right because it was too sweet. This matcha, however, tasted exactly the way matcha should taste! I really, really enjoyed my drink so much, and they serve it unsweetened.
