They always seem to have an attitude at this Starbucks it's located inside of a target. They're not sure how to make drink drinks and I don't even know why they have their Starbucks available because they will not make your drink right. They also hire young people and they seem to just say whatever they want as they think they will have no consequences to what they say to you. I ordered a Venti hot latte today & when I got to my destination to drink it, it was 2/3rds full. If you are going up on your price, I am okay with it, but I would have received more with a Grande. Pretty poor service. A barista saw this and still put a lid on it. Disappointed for sure. read more

I have always thought this Starbucks inside Target is quite convenient for a frequent shopper like myself. This Target itself is already one of my favorite stores in town. I usually get some sort of frappucino and I have not been disappointed. Otherwise it would be my go to caramel macchiato and it has been delicious each time I order it. If your drink does not taste right or how you would like it, just ask for another one to be made and it should be free of charge. The people working here are quite friendly. I would definitely grab a drink or two from this location compared to the Target off Nine Mile. It just feels more welcoming with the larger space and more relaxed atmosphere. read more

2nd slowest star bucks in a target after Aventura, FL. Even if there are 3 people working, the 2 girls always making drinks are more engaged in personal conversation than quickening their process. In the past, they would purposefully leave a new hire alone to make drinks & take orders by prioritizing cleaning & taking their breaks together over assisting their peer & their customers. When they talk to you they are friendly enough. I'll never understand why they don't make an abundance of cold brew, waiting in line for 10+ minutes to hear the news that they are out of cold brew is super annoying. Not crazy about having to go into Target to get my coffee, but it is what it is. This Starbucks is horrible and I would give it 0 stars if possible. The staff is always nasty and extremely rude. I've had eyes rolled at me, straws thrown down after drinks were made and I have had my drinks made incorrectly. I've seen them be horrible to other customers and each other. I'm extremely lactose intolerant so I always order soy milk and I can tell when it's regular milk because I get really sick. I have had regular milk in my drinks when I ordered soy, and was charged for soy. We have been told they were out of espresso (how in the world is a Starbucks out of espresso?!) and that we could only have frappuccinos since they were pre-made. It's just a disorganized unfriendly mess. The only real reason we went to this location is because it is the closest one to our house, and we were in Target anyway. Last time we were there the baristas were yelling and fighting with each other over hours and that someone was late, and our drinks were slammed down and the straws were thrown. I have never been to a Starbucks that was so bad, and I have a feeling that if the company took notice, major changes would happen. Worth the wait when they get busy. I am never in a hurry when I go so it doesn't bother me. If I am in a hurry I'd rather hit up a drive through Starbucks. I got the new iced coconut milk mocha macchiato and it tasted nice. Without mixing it at first, I could taste the coconut milk, caramel, and chocolate. The expresso not so much. Mixed everything together and it tastes similar to the iced caramel macchiato. So it's nice to try for the first time but it costs more so I'd just stick with the iced caramel macchiato. I didn't have any problem with the service but the sitting area was a mess and they leave their trash can full and out in the open near the register and food prep area. The 3 stars are for the coffee drinks, not the service. The barista was very rude. We just moved stateside and haven't had access to a Starbucks in 3 years. My husband ordered a "mocha grande with extra coffee" and the chick was very rude that he didn't specify a frap and acted like he was an idiot. Coffee is delish tho! Had to wait in line for almost 10 minutes. When I placed the order they tried to talk me into something different. Last time I listened to them because they said it was cheaper and tasted the same. Ended up throwing it away because it didn't taste the same at all. This time the tried to do the same thing. I declined and said no thanks it doesn't taste the same. Well I guess they didn't want to make it or thought I couldn't tell the difference. So this one ended up in the trash too. Last time going here. For some reason they cannot seem to make a decent white chocolate mocha let alone a good one. EVERYTIME. Last experience lady was pretty rude when I asked for an extra pump of white chocolate bc it was bitter and I found out it was bitter bc she mixed my base drink with a caramel macchiatos.
