Night manager Nate is extremely rude! My wife ordered a drink via mobile order. When I went to pick it up the doors were locked at 9:30 store closes at 10:00. Was told by a nice lady outside that I had to go through the drive through. When I did I just past the ordering station speaker because I wasn't ordering anything. When I got to the window Nate opened the window. I told him I had a mobile order. At this time he gave me attitude and said I need to stop at the speaker because they don't know who is out there. I don't understand. Every time I come to this Starbucks the tables and floors are always dirty. I've been doing some work in here for a few hours. Sometimes it does get busy. It finally died down. One of the employees (I'm assuming it is the manager. He has no apron on so I couldn't tell) came out from behind the counter to check around. He walked all around and didn't pick the trash off the table. A few minutes later, another employee did the same thing. He gathered the full trash cans and took the trash out, and still left the trash on the table. The guy with no apron then goes to the back to get some items to restock the yogurt and drinks in the front store cooler. This is my favorite place to come in the morning. I drive 2 exits on the 101 past my job to come to this location. Every one here is so positive and remember your order after just a few times. They are always rocking through their lines and having fun. I recommend going inside so you can have Lydia ring you up, there is something special about her customer service and when they ask how you are you know they care. And even when there is new faces behind the bar learning they greet you with a smile. And the atmosphere makes a great start to any day. I'm their customer for life!! read more

Asian cashier was super rude. She looked irritated and super unfriendly when I ordered. She was also hostile when I was ordering. Tone was very condescending & she sounded aggravated. If you're not friendly or smiley then don't have a customer service job. She should just be in the back making drinks or maybe she shouldn't have a job in the customer service/food industry PERIOD! Came back to this Starbucks and ordered the toasted white chocolate mocha. It was surprisingly good. The only thing that didn't make sense is why it took so long for my drink to be made when I was the only one in the drive thru, maybe 2 customers inside, and 6 baristas hanging out in the back talking instead of making coffee. The workers here are very rude! The girl we were being "helped" by, did not try to hear me out. I love Starbucks. I usually go for the americano because I like my coffee strong. I've tried the macchiato but tastes a lot like milk.

I love this Starbucks when the regular crew is there. It is my go to spot and I will travel out of my way to order from this location. They remember my order, greet me and my family by name when they see me and are always so friendly and nice...even with all my crazy modifications. Only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the night crew. They are slow, rude and very uninterested in customer service. You can always tell when the regular crew isn't there or when one of the other staff or trainees rotate into the day crew because orders come back wrong, the line is long and slow, etc. needless to say, I try to make sure I get my Starbucks fix before 2pm. The day crew is the gold star example of what a Starbucks should be. read more

This Starbucks in my spot. I come here atleast 5x a week and have been extremely loyal to this location for years and they never fail to impress. Today however, was different. So I came in the morning around 930am for iced coffee that was perfectly made. I returned around 530pm to meet with a friend and ordered an unsweet black iced tea. My order didn't seem right, it actually looked like the green tea my friend ordered. I tasted it and it was extremely watered down. The barista said it's because my iced melted......she had just made it. I asked her to remake it because it tasted like water. So she remade it (she looked annoyed) and gave me the SAME EXACT thing. Clearly it wasn't her, it was the "black tea" they were serving at the moment. I took the "tea" and continued with my meeting. However, I did not enjoy not one sip. They acknowledged that it was too light & must be something wrong with the tea bag - REALLY? Sitting at this Starbucks right now and am witnessing the same rude customer service I just received. I walked in and was not greeted except with "I will be right with you"..... I wait a minute or two and am greeted again with same response. The barista was just standing there punching in numbers and complaining about cups or something.
