Since the day this location opened, I've given it multiple chances, but unfortunately, the customer service here has been consistently horrible. The employees are extremely rude, which is something I've never experienced at any other Starbucks. Not only is the customer service disappointing, but they also get my drink wrong almost every time. It honestly seems like the employees were not properly trained, which is unfortunate because this is such a great location. I really hope management addresses these issues because this location has so much potential. read more

I like to stop at this location when I am in the area. It's clean, well decorated, and the employees are friendly enough. It's open late which is convenient since I am typically travelling through when I stop here. I also like that there are no locks or codes on the outsides of the bathrooms so I don't have to wait in line to order and then ask to use the restroom. My drink experience has also been good here but that is subjective. They make my drink with lots of foam just like I like it but perhaps not everyone would. For such a newer, nicer location, I think the current two star rating is quite low and I wish people would be as inspired to write about their good experiences as they are their bad ones. read more

Little by little the workers seem to be getting less friendly now that the newness of this place has faded. I don't really mind it's normal for retail. BUT I went on Monday got the same drinks I get almost every single day at various Starbucks location and I pay the $5 extra for both my drinks to have foam and she handed them to me and both obviously had no foam at all. I got her attention and asked about the foam she said "oh it mixed into the drink." I get this every day and there extremely visible foam at the top and even on the lid... there was NO sign of foam whatsoever. I didn't want to be that person so I said "ok" but she for sure lied to my face and regardless, it was obvious I wasn't happy with what I got I know that Starbucks always remakes your drink for any problem if you are not happy with it. I would've been more than happy if she just took my drink and added the foam but I was more upset at the lie to my face after I paid extra for this. read more

Seven people working in my drink took close to 15 mins . 3 people just spent the first 10 mins I was there just talking , dancing , laughing. Then one of the workers made sorry excuses for what is taking so long for the drinks, knowing that we can visibly see them and everything they're doing. Like we haven't just watched him spend the last 10 minutes spin dance, and talk about whose hair he likes better than gossiping. Our Starbucks is the best! If you dine in, our drinks are served in glass and our food on ceramic plates! This is a new Starbucks in the Speouts shopping center and already the neighborhood loves the comfortable environment. Everyone here seems so miserable, the drinks are inconsistent mainly always the Frappuccinos. The customer service is made to feel like I'm being rushed to order, and just unwelcoming. I get customer service can be hectic but they don't have to be so upset with everyone who walks in. I always always order Caramel ribbon cruch frap everytime i go starbucks to give context to this review. The way its blend makes alot of difference. I get it that it wont be perfect for every location but theres atleast 3 other starbucks location in the area that always have the perfect blend. (Port Chicago Way, Pleasant Hill and Benicia) . Unfortunately for this location, which is the closest to me 0.5mi away from home has the worst blend and portion of when they make the drink. Ive tried multiple times as I am aware that its a new store however its not improving hence giving them this review. The drink is too foaming even my 12yo son can tell that its way off compared to the other locations we get them. I hope they could work on thier drinks as we want you guys to succeed. This location is fairly new and very close to my home. I don't visit Starbucks often, but since it was my birthday--and I had a free drink--I decided to stop by. I went inside, placed my order, and waited about 15 minutes. Eventually I went to the counter to ask for an update. The cashier checked with a gentleman who told her they were behind and it would be just a few more minutes. No problem--I'm a patient person. Another 5 minutes passed, and I was still the only customer waiting. The same employee then looked up at me and called out, "For Mohammad?" I replied, "Nope, for Sofia. A pink drink. I came here for the first time when this store had been open about 30 days. The staff were very attentive and friendly while providing wonderful quick service. I had an Americano and a ham & cheese croissant - both were up to par. I like the layout of the place, it feels open and spacious. They have quite a lot of power outlets all around the perimeter of the room for your devices. I especially love sitting in the little booths, makes me feel kinda like Antonio Montaña. read more

Have come to this location 5 times now and literally every single time, without exaggeration, they have 1) taken at least 15 minutes to make two simple drinks 2) messed the drinks up. Idk what Starbucks policy is for opening a new store but I cannot imagine that the policy is to open with 20 staff members who don't know what they are doing. And each time I'm here, there is at least 2 people waiting for drinks who are also pissed that they have been waiting for a ridiculous amount of time or have had their drink messed up. Tip to you guys: close your location for a week and actually train your employees because what's the point in being open if everything is getting messed up anyways. Inside the store is nice. I came in before work with a good amount of time to spare so I won't be late for work. I ordered my food and drink & they gave me my food but I saw time was going fast and my drink was no where to be ready . So I'm waiting and waiting and as I was approaching closer to my time limit , I literally had to leave to not be late to work . So I left without my drink because it took about 15 minutes or more to be ready because when I chose to leave my drink wasn't even being made yet. 3 star rating because this location charges more for their items than any other location I've been to. I noticed it when checking my app transaction history and noticed the same drink is $1 more! I live very close by so it's very unfortunate, that I will not be visiting as often bc of this. I asked and the barista couldn't explain why, but confirmed their prices at this location are higher. Tax differences are one thing, but Starbucks should not be able to charge more at different locations for the exact same drink. read more

This location is SLOW. Put our order for 2 drinks in at 11:43 drinks said they would be ready at 11:47, walked into the store at 11:48. One drink arrived at 11:49 and waited 10 minutes and still the drink would not come out. Asked another worker when the drinks were coming and she looked for the drink sticker with my name on it. The person that's making the drinks/matchas says she's "working on it" when she clearly is not. Waited another 5 minutes and the people that ordered AFTER us already got their drinks from the worker that said she's was "working on it". Pretty sure they LOST our drink sticker. This was our second time where this location is very slow. Management needs to do something or do more training with their staff. Thankfully the manager offered a refund but for anyone wanting to order from this location expect a 20-30 minute wait for your drinks. read more

I love the starbucks at the San Marco Shopping Center! Its a walkable distance from the Apartment complex. The Service is wonderful and the diverse work space is great. Ordering drinks and bakery treats is very easy and come out quickly, depending on how busy. In conclusion, this is my favorite Starbucks and I definitely recommend. read more

I'm glad to have a Starbuck close by to Bay Point, but the services is ALWAYS slow. I'll put in the mobile in when I leave the house, and the wait through drive thru takes at least 10-15 mins (folks ahead of me, order at drive thru). Not sure why service is so slow. I was excited to see a new Starbucks open up near my neighborhood and checked out. I hopped into the drive through line and unfortunately had to wait 45 min (my thought was maybe it was because of limited amount of staff and it was a new location). When I got to the window I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher and the person helping me told me they ran of dragon fruit but without it, it will taste exactly the same and I was open to idea. Eventually went home and it looked like lemonade and tasted similar but an hour later my stomach started to hurt, not sure if it was the different mixture. read more
