We moved as requested, but the way he spoke to us was unnecessarily rude and made the entire interaction feel awkward and uncomfortable. I then asked the barista if she could replace the coffee that had spilled, and I was surprised when she told me I would have to purchase another one. Considering I hadn't even taken a sip and the spill happened because the lid wasn't secure, I expected a little more understanding. Unfortunately, her response and demeanor were also quite rude.
