I love this place drive thru is fast, and the barist help us is anything was not given right.

Recommend skipping this location. I go to Starbucks regularly to just get basic americano and it still was a ridiculous wait. I went in person to get a fresh cup of coffee but in person customers are not respected. It simply doesn't matter. Drive thrus and online orders are prioritized. They take TOO long! Came here two days ago and went through the drive thru, it took forever! Came back again today and decided to order inside to avoid taking a long time. Today I only ordered a breakfast sandwich that just needs to be warmed; that usually takes no more than 5 minutes, it took about 15 minutes. They don't call out names and just set the food aside and hope you know it's ready. Yes the drive thru was busy, but it was not busy inside, everyone inside was not working with urgency. Do not come here if you are in a hurry, or just don't come here in general. This place is SO SLOW!!! I have been in drive through for a macha for over 20 minutes!!!!!!! How is that even okay? The service at this location needs some serious help. When I arrived, I waited five minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by the three staff members behind the counter. A simple "We'll be right with you" would have eased this situation. I ordered a pre-packaged egg pesto sandwich for god sake, which only required heating for about 30 seconds, yet it took 15 minutes to receive it. After it was prepared, the sandwich was placed on the pickup counter without any notification, such as calling out my name or order. They get the orders wrong frequently on the drinks. Example, I asked for light cream and they gave me a tan coffee. Numerous occasions, different times of the day. The wait time inside is 40 minutes. Drive through is 20 minutes. I stopped going and I now go inside Safeway where my drinks are made right and timely. read more

We waited 30 minutes for our drinks. There are five people working and there is no sense of urgency at all. They seem to be prioritizing the drive through. I have never waited this long for a coffee. The employees were chatting and making espressos for themselves. When we complained and asked when our drinks would be ready they said there was one order ahead of us. It took another 10 minutes. It's a hit and miss at this place. Coffee isn't always made correctly but the biggest issue I have is the dang straws. Don't act like I'm bothering you for asking for a straw! If a drink is frozen it's a little hard to drink without a straw and if I enjoy a straw with my drink so be it. Put the straws where people can help themselves if you hate being interrupted. The employee who handled my transaction was kind and heated up my food quick. One of the workers, I assume the one in charge because she's yelling the most, has created an unpleasant environment. For the entire time I've been here, she has been yelling at the other employees and saying rude things to them. It's hard to listen to someone be so awful to their coworkers for so long. Very rude manager, Today is Mothers Day It's a yearly thing starbs does where you buy one drink get the second free for your Mother. Just like you get your free drink on your birthday. So it was a little early about 9:30am I brought my Mom to get her drink we had a busy day planned & wasnt able to come at a later time ,The manager told us she wouldn't give us the drink until 12 o clock noon. Went on & on about how they wont do the free drink now ,said she won't do anything that internet says when I showed her it was in the Starbs app itself with a code ,as we were pulling off the drink my Mother ordered was handed to the car behind us as a free drink. Never giving this location my business again this was my weekly go-to before this Incident . read more

Always super slow. I come every morning before work and it constantly takes about 20 minutes just to get my coffee. Today I went in and thought it would be faster then the drive thru but I spent almost 35 minutes waiting for my drink. There was about 20 people waiting and they were only passing out mobile orders which no one inside ordered and the mobile order people came later than the people who ordered inside. this is probably the 5th time Ive received a drink with either a shot as weak as water or no coffee shot put in at all and discovered about 15 minutes after I've driven away down the freeway. So there goes my money.....again! 5$ bucks for a warm milk- not even high quality milk at that. Also since woke/covid the customer service in most all Starbucks have been so sub par . Like appallingly dmv-ish,- zero genuine engagement/joy,or care t, I'm pretty much assuming there is a bunch of new executives in charge (top down) that are total crap and forgot what made Starbucks the powerhouse it is....soon to be-..... was. We just ordered a Grilled Cheese, protein box and a Venti Acai drink. We normally order from this location on our way to the city and never had problems until today. While driving on the 101, my husband bites into the grilled cheese and 1. It was not crispy 2. Cheese was not melted. I hate to write about this location but they seem to always be out of everything if it's not almond milk it's the all day breakfast sandwiches this place is off a highway No reason why it shouldn't be well stocked. This Starbucks is the Prundale Plaza. It is the one with the drive thru while Safeway has their own Starbucks as well. One great thing about this one is that it opens early. Having to drive to San Jose every now and then, when you just need a pick me up along the highway, plus it's near my house. When I come it's not busy. Coffee is made pretty quickly, I'm in and I'm out. Typical Starbucks nothing special. Baristas are friendly at 5am in the morning. read more

Terrible management and lazy staff. Very dirty and doesn't allow there customers to use the bathroom. 3 kids out front crying and one smaller went in his pants after a long wait to use the bathroom. So sad that places and terrible management are allowing lazy employees to not open the bathroom a because they don't want to clean. As an avid Starbucks goer, I can wholeheartedly say this is the worst store I have ever been to. I have been to this location several times throughout the years and this past year the service has just gone completely down the drain while the wait time has gone up drastically. The rare times I go in the morning, the staff is rude and cold while the usual evening staff always seem stressed and understaffed. More than a few times I have found myself waiting 30+ minutes for a simple white mocha. If I ever go through the drive through I have to wait at least 15 minutes in line before even ordering and then another 10-15 mins waiting for my drink. The inside of the store always seems to be a mess. It's hard to believe that there isn't some type of food safety violation going on back there. I talked to some of the evening staff because I couldn't understand why the sudden change to the atmosphere, and a few of the baristas made it clear that the problem was the new management, or lack of. The new manager seems to be selfish, only care about herself, and apparently only focuses her attention to the morning. Those poor baristas seem to be suffering, this is not how you treat your employee's! Staff better and do better, new manager!!! read more

Worst Starbucks I have been to!!! the workers are on there phone, the don't great their customers especially through drive through, and some of the co-workers yell at other co-workers. It seems like the manager or who ever is in charge doesn't really do their job; takes advantage of their job position! So unprofessional of this Starbucks. The sandwich and egg whites that I ordered were cold. The preparation of the turkey bacon egg sandwich was out of place I had to put it in form and it was half frozen! The drive thru employees are rude they greet the customers and just hand our stuff and close their window.
