Went it today, July 27, 2026 around 530pm and ordered a drink from the menu called "orange cream Frappuccino" the barista said, "that drink launches tomorrow" I responded, "it's on your menu, can you just make it for me? I'm pregnant please." Then he said, "omg she just changed it" referring to another worker who changed the menu. I said, "well it's on your menu, can you please change make it for me" he said, "no, we don't have the ingredients" So I go ahead and order a horchata frappe and he handed it to me but the lid does not close. I read through quite a few reviews, and a couple of things stood out--one being that drink orders are often incorrect and another that the supervisor seems a bit overbearing. The food and coffee industry is thriving, and many employees here likely don't see Starbucks as a long-term career. Starbucks is essentially the McDonald's of coffee, and I hope most people understand that if their order is wrong, they can simply let the barista know, and it will be fixed. Customer service requires thick skin, as impatience has become more common. If you're looking for high-quality, handcrafted coffee, there are plenty of Midtown/Downtown spots that specialize in pour-overs. Personally, I usually go through the drive-thru, and it's always been quick for me. Even when the line is long, I've never waited more than five minutes. The staff at the window are always friendly. One thing I really appreciate about this location is that the baristas helped me recreate my regular iced matcha latte the way it used to be made before they changed the matcha powder. So far, this is the only Starbucks that automatically adds classic syrup to make it as close as possible to the original matcha recipe. They do try their best here. It was 102 today and I was able to get my mom to agree to go to a Starbucks, which is difficult because she thinks they're overpriced We both got the passion, tea, lemonade, and when the cups arrived, I noticed a crazy amount of ice, but we were so thirsty. However, because it was so hot, we both drink the beverages almost immediately and we're shocked to see that the ice was above all the black lines on the side like it was completely full of ice. The picture is an old one but the memory of that nitrogen cold brew is fresh as ever. This is one of the first Starbucks locations I found to have this tasty beverage available. It was a daily driver for me for a real long stretch. It was either nitro breakfast or a nitro lunch while I was working out this way. I'd been going to this location from their grand opening. The space is real nice inside and the have a really good sized outdoor patio. In the pre covid days this was to go to for flash remote working. One on one meetings and the like. It has a drive this for those of who can't seem to get out of the car. At first the nitro machine was frequently down but once they had it dialed in it was nectar that flowed on the regular. I suspect this may have been one of the area stores where they opened up to this offering first. It's now common place at nearly every store. The store was always clean and had ample room both in and out to set up your remotes work station. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I came to appreciate the downside of the staff that worked the drive thru. The all had headsets but the banter during the slow time made it evident that this mode of caffeine delivery came with an abundance of cranky people. I'm only out this was on occasion now, but I find myself making the stop when I am in the area. A Starbucks that's a cut above most all others out this way. read more

I don't know if the staff is to blame, or Starbucks as a company is to blame. This is the single slowest Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. There is just no way that the first thing you hear from staff when you walk in is "the wait for drinks is FORTY FIVE MINUTES." This Starbucks does feel like it's out on an island. The only one in a sprawling new residential area, with the next closest Starbucks being another 10 minutes away (and that one isn't even drive thru). It seems that Starbucks is in need of another location out here and they're leaving their staff out to dry. The staff have always been nice and hard working, but based on how busy they are, orders are consistently incorrect and the wait time for simple drinks being forty five minutes is unconscionable. We put in a mobile order at 8:42 AM for two drinks and they were not handed to us until 9:30 AM. Friendly staffs, clean and it's always populated. Hot mocha made right, and mobile order came out on time. My fave in the morning my grande hot Mocha, butter and/or almond croissant. This is my fourth or fifth visit to this Starbucks via drive thru. One time the line of cars did paid it forward, that was awesome. I joined in the bandwagon. We try and we try but again this Starbucks fails us. Ordered a hot mocha, received a hot chocolate instead. When we told the employee he made the order wrong he rolled his eyes and tried to correct it. He emptied out the hot chocolate and proceeded to use the same cup to make my mocha without rinsing it out. My mocha tasted terrible, in fact I didn't even drink it. I get it, a mocha is like a hot chocolate but when combined, they don't taste the same. I ordered a mocha and I should've received a mocha. On top of all of that, my warmed banana nut bread was cold. This Starbucks just can't get it right compared to the Starbucks on Sunrise and Whiterock. I have been going to Starbucks for a long time. Pretty much 20 years. I have never been into another Starbucks where I was treated so nicely. Every day I come into a warm welcome and a friendly goodbye from the baristas. This is also one of the busiest Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff works so hard to get everyone in and out, not only in a timely manner, but a friendly one. This Starbucks is so busy probably because everyone there is so awesome. And for such a busy Starbucks, it is always so clean. That is refreshing. My drink is always awesome. The baristas here make the best drinks. The highlight of my day is getting to drop by for my drink, visit with my barista friends, and enjoy my shots of espresso. I truly appreciate everyone there and appreciate the splash of happiness that you add to my drink. If I could give this Starbucks a review based on customer service alone, I'd give it 5 stars. They handle TOO MUCH traffic, and they are always over-accommodating even to nasty people. Every time I've waited for an order, I've heard multiple things: - they let people know ahead of time what the wait time is when they're backed up - they offer refunds for those who waited too long and have to leave - when someone shows up for a mobile order and they explain they're out of that drink or food, they always offer a full refund or a replacement of anything the customer wants I toggled between 4 stars and 3 stars because their lack of time management skills surely deserve 2-3 stars but everything else about this Starbucks is splendid - namely, the employees. They hold it together really well in the face of angry customers and offer accommodations appropriately. In regards to time management though... I've never gotten my mobile order on time. They are always slammed, and they don't seem to know how to manage it. The best solution? They need another Starbucks nearby. This one is the only drive thru within 15 minutes of a BUNCH of new homes and communities, so of course it's the go-to. But no matter how many staff members they have working, they can never keep up. Get to the window, complete order is not ready-they give me 3 items that were warmed up. I love Starbucks but honestly it's always hit or miss. I go almost every day and sometimes it's great sometimes it's an expensive cup of milk. Today I asked specifically the lady at the drive thru are you sure there's 4 shots of espresso. Yes yes of course. I can tell by the color that was incorrect. Normally I let it slide but not today. Supervisor was very passive aggressive. I made a mobile order 5 minutes prior to pulling up to the speaker. The supervisor (didn't know it was a supervisor until I spoke to the wonderful lady at the window) had started going off on how "I just placed the mobile order" and that "next time we wouldn't have the order ready in such a short notice". Keep in mind, the Starbucks app said the order was ready by the time I pulled up. Customer service is always a hit or miss, but the lady at the window this morning (7/27) always puts a smile on my face. Too bad Starbucks has any supervisor run a store with a terrible attitude.
