They were incredibly rude, and refused and lied to me. And then mocked me as I was on the phone to corporate about it afterwards. Corporate confirmed that his statement was a lie as well.

Recently I did a mobile pick-up order, and when one of the employees saw me waiting at the mobile pick-up area for 1-2 minutes, she asked me what I ordered. I checked my Starbucks app and she was right -- I totally selected the wrong location for my order. She sweetly said, "No problem, it happens all the time. Then the employees quickly made my order for me without me having to pay again. All the employees here were smiling and friendly. I really appreciated the customer service here! I especially appreciated this employee taking initiative and following up with me on my order, as I wouldn't have realized I selected the wrong location if she hadn't checked on me.
