A little disappointed with my visit this morning, I ordered oatmeal with extras on the side, but unfortunately I only received plain oatmeal with blueberries. This definitely made for a rough start to my morning. This location is typically great, they were fully staffed too so I'm not sure what happened. No hassle, no issue Starbucks. Stopped by here super quick back when my boyfriend used to live in Redlands. Like all Starbucks, it's easiest and best to order through their app so everything is ready by the time that you get there. The location is clean on the inside even with the crowds that come and go or study or work inside. Service is efficient and friendly. Giving Starbucks a pass today because the staff was an absolute angel and the cafe vibes were so cozy but they completely forgot the caramel drizzle and vanilla in my iced macchiato so it literally just tasted like bitter milk and ice but then the warmed-up chocolate croissant was so gooey and literal perfection that it single-handedly saved my mood so the bakery section definitely won today even if the caffeine part deeply hurt my feelings and I'll obviously be back tomorrow anyway but I'm watching them make it next time!! read more

Absolutely the rudest staff I have ever experienced in a Starbucks coffee shop. I spend thousands of dollars a month picking up coffees for the offices I do business with. I was asked to leave because I did not want to buy something and was doing work on my laptop. Dropped by today for the free holiday red cup. The line for the drive thru was long so I just went inside. Enough parking outside. Employee was friendly while she took my order. Bought a venti peppermint mocha frap, grande hot cocoa and grande sugar cookie almond iced latte. We got three red cups! :) Our drinks didn't take long to be ready. In fact all three were done in five minutes. Super thrilled to get the red cups. We love the drinks we ordered as well. Refreshing drinks to sustain us through the rest of the morning. read more

Absolutely terrible human beings work here. I'm a single father of two 7 month old boys and it's been a tradition to start our days at Starbucks with a hot water to prepare their bottles before our walk and the manager and staff coldly shewed me away and said water is only for paying customers. When I made it know I only had $0.75 they nevertheless enforced a policy that isn't even officially in place as I've gone to several other Starbucks that happily give me hot water! Very lame of these people here to enforce an almost inhumane policy! Not giving someone water is ridiculous! read more

I come here often that I'm surprised they don't know my name or what I order by now. The fact that this location is always so busy, I don't expect them to. The staff is always friendly and I'm always greeted when I walk in. This serves enough purpose for me to keep coming back. Kuddos to Josh for always being positive! Ordering my drink, I usually get an Ice Tea, as it never fails. Sometimes, I'll pair it with something sweet but typically a drink is enough to satisfy my craving. Parking is a mess! Tiny strip of shops makes more for a busy parking lot with pedestrians everywhere. Be careful! Also, their drive through line is horrible. Follow signs posted and don't stray from hownthey want you to enter. This is very important, as it can hinder other traffic getting out or driving through the parking lot. This is something that always amazes me when I visit the Starbucks because I noticed a lot of people don't pay attention and it's always so chaotic. read more

I absolutely love this Starbucks location. They are always so prompt with ordering ahead, and the drive thru moves quickly. The bakery food items are always delicious. My drinks are always made correctly, and everyone is very friendly here whether you go inside or through the drive-thru. Plus, we always find parking no matter what time it is. I come to this Starbucks almost every morning. The customer service provided is awful and I constantly order from the same employee who presents a terrible attitude. I am not the only person who feel this way about this employee. I can never catch her name but she has read hair and the nastiest attitude it makes me uncomfortable. I get charged even when scanning for deals such as the cold foam. It's always a hit or miss with the drinks as well. This is a reoccurring experience that's been happening for months and I'm honestly just appalled at the customer service, when I have a respectful and friendly approach. Took over 15 min. even when placing a mobile order ahead. Not sure if the store is understaffed or a bit inefficient in their order handling as it seemed to be a mix of both. The worse one in town. Workers are nice and drinks taste like any other starbucks. Highly unorganized inside like there are no managers. Nice way to start the weekend when you walk into a Starbucks and everyone says good morning sounding like they're happy to be there. This location has a nice indoor set up that's a tight feel like most that I've been to. There is counter seating along the window since there's only a bench outside to sit on. One major drawback to this location is the drive-thru set up. It's sometimes hard to tell who's next in line because they tend to come from 3 different angles which can tend to block traffic. So, the solution is easy, use the app to place a mobile order if you're in a hurry or don't want to deal with the congestion. Regardless of the drive-thru, the staff has always been welcoming and helpful in deciding what to order on days when everything sounds great! read more
