Drinks were good. Staff is busy talking to each other instead of greeting customers. Went to the bathroom while I waited for my drinks and this was their bathroom. So gross!!! Holy moly this Starbucks gets PACKED in the mornings! If you're on a coffee run to this location before work definitely leave early! There's always a line out of the center to get to Starbucks! I usually walk in! I went in today and they were super packed and they completely messed up my order but the barista gladly remade my drink which was the wrong size and didn't taste good at allll and I didn't have time to get in line again and wait so after a while I came back and told the Barista what happened and she gladly offered to remake the drink and let me choose another flavor also and it was great! It seems like it is getting harder these days to find a Starbucks that doesn't try to just give you a sub par beverage with low quality customer service just to push you out the door in order to meet their window time or keep the line down.with that being said My mom and i make it a routine to stop at this specific starbucks when we go on our shopping dates. Just left this location after using the drive through. I ordered a venti matcha tea latte, and light ice. She asked if I wanted room, i said no. I noticed it said "in a venti cup" but I didn't think much of it. Then I pulled up. The barista showed me a half full venti drink and said "I know you said light ice, but if you want no room you have to pay for a venti." Incredibly confused, I said "Of course I'm paying for a venti." She was like, "Oh okay," then kind of rolled her eyes. When she handed it back to me, I noticed there was a lot of ice, and I realized, I am not sure they even added more drink. They filled the cup with more ice. I was going to go back in but my friend was concerned they would mess with my drink if I asked them to remake it. My guess is the barista I dealt with was new, but I wanted to leave a review because it was such an odd interaction. Apparently you have to be VERY clear you're ordering a venti SIZE. Just left the Alabama location in Redlands and I got a white mocha grande. Right before I'm about to drink it I noticed, as the sun was shining through my cup, that my coffee cup is only 3/4 full. I didn't ask for that. I predicted I would get a full cup. I know that you're a busy location but aren't you supposed to verify that the cup is full before you give it to the customer? Some sweet nectar for my afternoon pick me up. So what makes this Starbucks so great. Was it the drink? It was very tasty but nothing special. It's a hard drink to mess up. Was it the drive thru line? No the line moved quickly. Was it the cleanliness of the interior? I used the drive thru. I wish you would pay better attention to me when I'm talking to you. No, it was the barista. I didn't get his name. I know, I know. Yelper foul. But as I waited at the window for the good stuff, he chatted me up. Asked me where I was headed. Asked me where I'd been. Lied about not having white studded tumbler even though their was some displayed before the store even opened and they even posted multiple instagram stories showing they had them in stock but when the first customer waiting since 3am asked for them they sold out. Also, I told the lady what tumbler I wanted and by the time I got to the window to pay she said they sold out of that tumbler because they opened the lobby and people grabbed it. I was upset because I put in my order for the tumbler before the lobby was open so common sense would be to put the tumbler aside for the customer in the drive thru. read more

I order through mobile app very early in the morning and have ran across this issue where there front door is closed. (App says in-store pickup). I see other people get frustrated as well as we have to get back into our car and now go into a line that we have to wait in just to pick up a mobile order. (Speaking for myself). This location usually makes the drinks prettt good and has good customer service, however they need to put out signage for the drive through that directs traffic better. There's supposed to be a line that goes around but sometimes people like to cut people and enter from the street, straight into the line.
