It's always great when the barista can breakdown the difference between drinks when you ask a question and they don't make you feel like it was a dumb question. Wow, Shay the barista you need to work on your attitude. Starbucks has this policy for rewards members where if you buy a drink with your rewards card and stay in the store you get a free refill of coffee or tea. I ordered a horchata oatmilk which was horrible in my personal cup and Shay was acting like she was the police asking where I was sitting in the store to get my free refill. I pointed to the table I was at with my coworker but the back and forth and attitude for a free refill was beyond ridiculous. When I finally got my free refill of black tea they decided to add extra ice and shake it until it was foamy out of spite. This is why starbucks isn't doing well in terms of retaining it's customers and boosting sales. read more

Very rude, dismissive and ugly behavior not what I'm used to and to find out Shayleen who was very rude is the store manager which seems to be in more need of customer service training as she lacks empathy, great customer service skills and friendless she carries her attitude on her sleeve she talks to you in a very rude tone gets mad if you ask kindly got them to make sure your getting the correct drink. She rudely shut me down when I tried to tell the barista something like lady learn manners and most importantly learn to be professional you're representing your job and your not doing a good job at that at all with that poor behavior. I called another store to complain and they right away knew I was taking about Shayleen they said good luck with that as apparently she's used to acting this poorly and getting away with it!! Latina lady older, we didn't catch her name but she wears bright colored eyeshadow who may be a manager met my husband with so much disrespect yesterday it was so disheartening for me and my family. We called an order in a couple times because what was on the app wasn't reflecting what was actually there and had to call to confirm what we were ordering as a family member was in the hospital all night for serious injuries. We just wanted coffee to help our family who had stayed the night return safely back home and figured Starbucks was the way to go. When my husband came in, he said the name it was under and the manager old lady woman immediately said "Oh 5 calls." Being sarcastic, ugly and alluding to how she had to do her job and answer a phone to take down our order because the Starbucks app for this location was inaccurate. She could have chose to say "It's almost ready just a couple minutes" but instead she chose a sarcastic remark, during a very difficult day for my family and I. If this person reflects Starbucks management, leadership or simple human decency we are no longer supporting this location or anywhere this old lady is a part of. You don't know what people are going through at the end of the day, and this was the nastiest thing you could say to someone who's already hurting. Learn empathy! Life is truly too short. read more

Stopped by here for my daily fix, lol. I don't come to this location much because the parking lot is very tight and is not car friendly, lol. But this particular morning wasn't bad. The employees are super crazy nice and friendly. Both greeted me as i came in. Even confirmed my drinks because I'm assuming my orders were unusual, lol. See picture to see what's labeled per drink. I came in one day and the manager Sheleen was so rude to her employee. It was so uncomfortable and was really rude to her. That barista was always pleasant when I came in and very professional. My drinks would come out the best. She should be fired and re-taught how to use her manger skills way better. I asked for a brown sugar espresso and she didn't even make it right. I also heard her tell the barista how she wasn't trained well and as a manger she couldn't even make the drink I requested. I will never go there again read more

I go to this Starbucks after I go to the orthodontist sometimes because it's nearby. It's a smaller Starbucks and nowadays you can't hang out there anyway because of COVID. I do order ahead on the app to limit the amount of time I need to talk to someone and that helps a lot! They have always been pretty expedient with these orders. There is a parking lot here. I think it can get a little crazy since it shares it with a restaurant and some other businesses. read more

They always get my drink right and it's very clean. The baristas are fast and efficient with drink orders so I never wait long. I only wish they didn't play the music so loud--it's closer to club than coffee shop in that regard lol. With good noise canceling headphones I can block most of it out and study, but it's much too loud to take phone calls or Zoom calls here. read more

This Starbucks crew is awesome. It was my birthday earlier this week but because I was tied up with work commitments I couldn't stop by on the day of my birthday to claim my Starbucks free coffee. I explained this to Joseue and Ivan and they were friendly and kind in still offering me my Birthday free coffee! This isn't the only reason for the 5 stars. Many previous visits were always met with a friendly greeting and smiles. In a time when we're all busy and things a bit crazy at times it's nice to get that friendly greeting and warm coffee. This was the most slammed during COVID that I have seen this Starbucks in a while. They clearly Mark where people should stand to remain safely 6 feet apart from each other. The staff was hustling as fast as they could and sadly the customers were being awful cramming themselves into the store. I think the manager ended up stepping up and demanding people stand 6 feet apart and told people to go outside if they can't stand in the designated spots. I really appreciate that he came out on the floor to personally hand out drinks as customers were starting to touch everything. Great job staff!! read more

I have been going to various Starbucks all around the Bay Area for about 10 years -- this location wins for worst Starbucks in the area. I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. While there are a number of employees who have always been nice and helpful, I feel as if most of the employees at this location do not care at all about the customers. For example, while one of the employees handed me my iced coffee, he looked at his coworkers near him and started to say rude things about my order... "overboard on the sweetener much? that's gross." The last thing I want is for my barista to talk badly about my order. Especially right in front of me. Furthermore, they are unprecedentedly slow. After I arrived at the location to receive my mobile order, I noticed that they were not on the bar yet so I began to wait. It was about 20-25 minutes before I received my coffee and food. Why mobile order then? I then took a sip of my coffee and it was so bad that I almost spit it out. It was SO BITTER and tasted horrible. I asked them to take it back and give me a Pike Place...which they did... but when I walked over to the cream/sugar area I saw that all the creamers/milks were empty. I decided to leave. Unfortunately, this is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to, which is probably why this place has such low stars overall. They are quite understaffed and always busy because of the location. This Starbucks is a bit different then most of the other Starbucks I've been to. It's smaller with not as many tables. I didn't notice any sofas or cushy chairs, but I really wasn't looking for them. I was distracted by the fact that there was only one other person in the whole place which seemed really odd to me. The employees were working hard behind the counter and the place was tidy, it just seemed to be missing something. Can't quit put my finger on it, but from the modest crowd I'd say I'm not the only one who feels the strange vibe. The employees were great. The Chai was good. No complaints there. I just hope whatever missing mojo is happening they eventually fix it and pull in the crowds that most of the other stores generate. read more

This is my favorite starbucks! Its the type of place where you go because you are in a rush to grab a cup of coffee or tea but if you want to stay there & do some work on your laptop, correct papers, study....not a good idea. There just isn't enough tables or chairs to feel comfortable. Customer service: amazing!!! I give them props for always saying goodmorning "iris" when i walk in, sometimes its nice when people say hello & remember your name! A bunch of friendly baristas! I ordered a ice soy green tea latte with vanilla and whipped cream. The lady who took my order didn't seem like she woke up on the right side of the bed. She wasn't smiling and just gave me a bad vibe. I tried to joke with her, but no responds. Maybe because she was busy, but still... jeez. I got my phone ready to scan my gift card and she just walked away. I stood at the counter for about a minute, a bit confused if my transaction was finished because she just started helping the person behind me. Like, hello?? I scanned my card and eventually walked away and waited for my drink. I'm a bit picky on how my iced green lattes are made. I HATE it when all that green tea powder stuff is still floating at the bottom of the cup. Guessing he was too lazy to mix it in the shacker, like how it's suppose to be done. My whipped cream was partly melted so I'm guessing it's old or was left out for too long. Not satisfied with my visit, but on the plus side, this Starbucks has a nice comfy couch to sit on while I write this review. read more

Came here four times and four times they couldn't make my frapp right. Today, ordered a Green tea frapp asked for extra matcha and they didn't put in extra matcha. Told the guy and he goes "was it supposed to have more..?" I said yes, I told the cashier three extra scoops and he also asked u how to punch in three extra scoops on the POS. On top of that, they didn't even fill my cup up all the way. There was 1/5 of the cup empty. I asked another guy if it's supposed to be this empty because I've been to other starbucks and they usually fill to the top. And he says, "you got it like this? Yea sure we will top it off for you" but he hands it back to the guy who messed up my order and he just poured in milk and swishes it around without even putting it back in the blender to mix. The other time I came I ordered the same drink and I said no whip, the cup label even said no whip, the same guy asked me "no whip right" and I said yes and he ends up putting whipped cream on there.
