Get better customer service from management!!

Very rude, dismissive and ugly behavior not what I'm used to and to find out Shayleen who was very rude is the store manager which seems to be in more need of customer service training as she lacks empathy, great customer service skills and friendless she carries her attitude on her sleeve she talks to you in a very rude tone gets mad if you ask kindly got them to make sure your getting the correct drink. She rudely shut me down when I tried to tell the barista something like lady learn manners and most importantly learn to be professional you're representing your job and your not doing a good job at that at all with that poor behavior. I called another store to complain and they right away knew I was taking about Shayleen they said good luck with that as apparently she's used to acting this poorly and getting away with it!! That's a huge shame !! Just to confirm with other reviews of her yes she does wear bright eyeliner!! Very unprofessional!!

Small gestures and kindness go a long way in starting the day off right--and that's exactly what the team at our local Starbucks does, day in and day out. Whether it's a warm smile, remembering your usual order, or just the friendly vibe, it makes a difference. I feel lucky to have such a great crew at this location. It's more than just coffee--it's a great start to the day, thanks to an amazing team!

Stopped by here for my daily fix, lol. I don't come to this location much because the parking lot is very tight and is not car friendly, lol. But this particular morning wasn't bad. The employees are super crazy nice and friendly. Both greeted me as i came in. Even confirmed my drinks because I'm assuming my orders were unusual, lol. See picture to see what's labeled per drink. The store is nice , tidy and spotless. There were these super cute coin purses that said San Francisco on them with puppy pics all over. Very cute and I forgot to purchase a couple on my way out.

Great Irish tea, but loud discordance music finally drove me out. I don't like today's music much, but tolerate it, except the staff cranks it up on high!!! And then there's a lady in back having a loud teleconference, she managed to share with the whole room. I know, she's trying to talk over the music

We have come now semi-consistently for the past month or so and let me tell you... no regrets. The service here is excellent. The staff is not only cheerful and super helpful when I'm indecisive... but they are often quick to help and very efficient with keeping the tables clean and ready-to-go for the next set of individuals to sit and enjoy. If ambiance is your thing...the decor is very modern and inclusive. It doesn't seem to change much but, their signage is always bright without being too "loud." Whether you sit inside or outside the experience is a great one no matter how you look at it. And of course, the pièce de résistance is the food and drinks! While we stay fairly regular with our order... he gets the chorizo breakfast burrito and I, the egg sando... we always mix it up with drinks or the pastry we share. The seasonal rotation so far has yet to disappoint... and honestly, I love coming back each time to try something new. 11/10 highly recommend, I'll definitely back and think you should try this spot if in the area!

We are definitely coming back for that again. It's probably the best part of our experience here--second to the espresso I tried. I ordered an iced triple espresso w oat milk and it was the real deal. Baristas did great. It might've been a more positive experience had our order been taken by a more knowledgeable and customer centric staff person. Suggestions for brand new customers is always helpful when trying to decide what to try. And I was thrown off a little after seeing cold drinks served in actual glasses--so I went back to the register girl to ask her if I should've asked for my order to go since I noticed the drinks served in glasses on the counter--it was our first visit. And she said she ordered it to go, but that still didn't clarify if it would be served in glasses or Togo cup. She was just minimal at best in reassuring me that I didn't have to worry. One tip of advice for her: Suggestions always attract customers to return when they're welcomed to try something that's a favorite or best seller of the house. She wasn't as helpful as a lot of coffee shop cashiers can be upon discovering new customers who are a little overwhelmed with ordering from a large menu. Ambiance was good, this shop is on a popular block surrounded by busy eateries. It's located in a very convenient location-- surely there's no lack in attracting customers. Service could definitely improve with front cashier staff based on our first impression today. Right people right seat is the bottom line in the service industry. There's always room for improvement.

I was really hoping to try their morning bun or monkey bread, but unfortunately, both were sold out. However, I did get to try the Kouign-amann pastry and a peanut butter cookie. The peanut butter cookie was amazing. It was not overly sweet or intensely flavored, with a lovely peanut butter cream filling between two cookies. We also ordered two cappuccinos for my parents and a caramel latte for myself. The total came to about $28 for everything, which feels pretty reasonable for the Bay Area. The cafe itself had a really great vibe. Very cafe-like with a unique decor that blended old-school bakery charm with modern touches. Parking was a bit of a trek; we ended up parking quite a distance away on a residential street to avoid paid parking and walked a bit to get there. It's definitely not the most convenient location for parking. Despite that, the place was packed, which is always a good sign! The service was great. They took our order efficiently, and while we waited, it was clear this is a very popular spot. I'm determined to go back and try those morning buns and monkey bread!

Chose the cheapest item on the menu, which was the taro ube sago for $7.95 before tax. Honestly, it's pretty hard to mess up taro ube sago, so at best, I'd say it only meets the standard. It was more of a dessert soup than a pudding, which is what I expected. Serving size definitely way too small for the portion amount, even if you say the glass jar itself costs ~$2 (and that feels like a generous estimate). I've made an entire pot of taro sago that served 15 people that cost about $8 in raw ingredients. Personally don't see the value in coming back, but if you're looking for Chinese desserts in a pinch, then this place does the job.

A super thoughtful crew who know how to make a really good tea and I'm sure coffee as well.! As summer approaches, longer days, I believe they will find it will be necessary to implement some structure around the seating Because, we found there are campers on a Friday evening, there were two young women not together and each taking a large table. ,8pm with their laptops open and only a beverage , there was a line of people people searching for tables I would suggest or some sort of signage that they could share a table, not necessarily sit on top of each other, but on opposite sides with an empty seat in front of them, two (strangers) people at one table with two or four chairs. It's not uncommon practice. In cafés. What was happening was that groups of four were having to share tables for two squishing in, I just thought it was a little thoughtless of those two customers to keep their heads down, and they knew precisely what was going on around them, people were giving up tables and shifting around, and neither of them moved or offered to share. There's a polite way to manage those kinds of situations. Or signage on tables. I saw a group of four guys walk out because there was nowhere to sit that would've been a substantial tab There's a way to make people mindful of that included there were other locations for these two individual people to move. Since their heads were in their laptops, sitting across from a stranger, would've been like being at the library anyhow where we do share tables. I noticed there was a seat on the sofa side, or they could've shared a table It would have left two large tables available for people who were in line, groups of people who were in line Something to think about to the owners of Sana! I could see the frustration in the faces of the people waiting.
