This might just be my favorite study spot in the neighborhood and one of the better locations compared to the ones in the city! Needed a change of environment and decided to head there this morning for some coffee and was surprised with the ample seating room here. Definitely bring some earplugs/headphones if you're trying to get some serious work done since the music may not be fitting for a laid back/studying vibe. Got my drink made quickly and perfectly and the workers did their best in cleaning up the area as often as they could. It's definitely a place that can get packed easily but there are plenty of outlets and tables to get some work done. Haven't checked out their drive-thru but whoever thought of the idea -definitely a smart move. It's conveniently located adjacent to a gym/car wash so grab some coffee after your workout and you're ready to go! read more

Horrible service. I think Bc i am Spanish and the manager who happened to be African American was rude and dismissive with me. I have been to other Starbucks where they can put down the shade for a customer, since the seats are right by the window. When I asked, she answered "no" and went on her merry way. And gave me no second thought or attention. I was sitting at the bar and she seemed upset I was there as well, which is why I moved to the window seat and had to sit under the sun to do my work. I felt she acted in a racist way and was not at all understanding of the situation or provided good customer service. I was so happy I found this Starbucks close to where I was and was treated so poorly just by the way I look. read more

I've been coming here religiously for the past 4 years I work across the street at the post office. On nov 28 2020 me and my co worker decided to get some coffee around 7:30 am I ordered a iced caramel machiato with the cashier then my coworker ordered after me my coworker received her drink before me even tho I had placed my order before her I waited a full 10 minutes before I decided to ask the barista if they had forgotten to make my drink she didn't even let me finish my sentence when she rudely said we only have one bar open you need to wait I didn't catch her name but she was a heavy set girl with glasses tan skin and brassy blonde hair so I waited another 10 minutes for my drink 20 minutes in total with out the barista having the courtesy of telling me and my friend that they were having an issue as I would have understood instead she was extremely rude and completely ignored us she then slammed my drink at the pick up section and didn't even bother telling me my drink was ready I had to ask if it was mine I mean is this how Starbucks treats their customers? Especially during a time like this during a pandemic I am completely disappointed. . I then asked her if there was an issue going on wouldn't it be common courtesy to let the customer know instead of having me there standing like an idiot ? She rudely looked at me and ignored me so then I walked away I asked another employee if there was a manager around and they said they didn't have one just a supervisor and that her name was Kelly but she was no where to be found but come to find out my cousin works for Starbucks and says there is always a store manager at every shift looks like I was lied to I will never spend a dime at this location again and I'll make sure to tell all my co workers and friends not to either. read more

Needed improvement with the staff some are very rude and nasty when you inquire about certain drinks etc. The location is perfect but if the staff don't get it together they will be loosing a customer.I come here basically everyday order a toasted everything bagel w butter and i get cream cheese cause the person is never paying attention. The staff here are legit the most awesome I have ever met! Whoever hired them all needs to be promoted, as does the rest of the baristas for their excellent service (not sure where they would be promoted to lol, so perhaps a big fat bonus would work). Drinks are made without delays, cafe and seating area is always kept clean, communication is clear and open, if you have any problems they're more than happy to fix it for you. Just like any other place, you're bound to run into one or two unpleasent interactions but for the most part this rarely happens here. Only complaint is that sometimes, and I notice this at other starbucks locations, the drinks can be partly filled. I've ordered a few latte's and without asking for a "full drink" (which you'd expect lol), I ask for less whipped cream. It's worked to make sure I get more drink in the cup, but sometimes it doesn't so I have to either supplement with milk from the napkin area or ask them to add more milk. I don't know if this is because of company policy, or a human error with the measuring? If it's a nearly $6 drink I'd expect it to be filled up, not 4/5. That's my only complaint, but otherwise things here are 5 stars!! read more

I love this Starbucks which is in a strip mall just minutes from home, and much better experience than nearby Dunkin' Donuts. And the experience of going to Starbucks is like a coffee bistro. Free wi-fi, stay and work as long as I want, and a wide selection of real full-bodied coffee drinks. The employees are friendly, and especially helpful to those of us with disabilities. They have a wheelchair accessible table (like every Starbucks), which is very nice. And, as their sign reads, they actually bring the food and drinks to the table for me! Besides delicious coffee, expresso, and tea drinks - my favorites are the Vanilla Latte (both hot & iced) and the Iced Green Tea Lemon. I actually think I must be going too often, as they already know what I am going to order. In addition to coffee they also have a great selection of healthy foods - my favorites are the Protein Bistro Box, Greek Yogurt w/berries & granola and the recently added Peanut Butter & Jelly Bistro Box w/veggies. All are natural, healthy (and for my medical needs, loaded with protein). Now those are real healthy lunches. I also like Starbuck's ethical business practices, such as "fair traded" coffee. read more

I love the combination of convenience and flavor. The mobile app has made it way too easy and expensive haha. I get java chip frappucinos on the regular but I get free drinks now and then. this is my go-to Starbucks and i can't say anything but good things. i've never come across rude staff, and i've never waited long for a drink, mobile or otherwise. i can walk in and they already know what i'm getting, and everyone say hi. i only get like 3 drinks (all cold) that are easy to make, so no complaints in quality or quantity. food is always as ordered. i don't stay and hang out like the regs with laptops or friends, as i'm usually on the go, so i can't review for that. the store is usually super clean, aside from lazy customers that don't throw out straw or other wrappers (i pitch in and toss those strays when i can). i don't know how much more detailed i can get about a starbucks, lol. this store = good experiences! read more

Pretty standard fare considering Starbucks has streamlined their business to be consistent from one location to the next. I find myself gravitating now to the locations with a drive thru creating a whole new experience for me. Glad I don't have to park and wait in line anymore. The lines at this drive thru are almost never long the staff are pretty good at getting the order right the first time. Extra points for Starbucks finding great locations next to major highways to make a pit stop for coffee as easy as possible. read more

My drinks are always right, the service is always good, they're always friendly and they have a drive thru open til 11pm! I love that when I drive thru, some of the employees recognize me and know I have a dog in the car and ask if I want some ice water for her (esp on hot days when she just came back from the dog park. This is the most library-like of all Starbucks I've been to. Everyone is studying here, and the atmosphere is incredible for students and writers and lone workers. The place is spacious and non-crowded. The staff is kind. And the coffee is classic Starbucks coffee. I highly recommend this place! It's my favorite place to study. read more

The baristas are wonderful and helpful - 5 stars for them - however this place is like a funeral home/library. It's so quiet in here you feel like you can't even talk over coffee. No music, no vibe, just people doing work on their computers. I actually feel uncomfortable sitting here like I am bothering the people around me who are either "praying" at a wake, or studying for their final exams... oh and by the way, it's packed in here.
