I'm sure this is a great Starbucks but there is no indoor seating at all! Only outdoor patio seating

This is the nearest Starbucks to us, we have just moved into the area. We have came on four different occasions and usually try to keep to ourselves and not be a nuisance but the first time we got our drink it was already watered down after just barely ordering our drink in the drive thru with no line, took our L and just left. Second time, we received our drink watered down AGAIN and this time asked nicely for a change in drinks (Açaí and a Frap) they were kind enough to do this and it was still not made correctly but took our second L. My husband picked me up a Iced macchiato and it was disgusting but the effort and thought was appreciated. Fourth time today realized just by the look our drink was watered down until I realized the curdling at the top was obviously unsafe for consumption. This was brought to the employees attention and it wasn't taken very seriously, there was an excuse regarding machine "might" be a bit wonky or it wasn't shaken properly although the drink itself is not even shakthey are really kind employees and they did offer to remake the drink but some serious changes need to be made. It's clear based on other reviews that it confirmed my experience of drinks being watered down. Please be careful it's not only the drink experience but now safety issue from consumption- this was my husbands holiday drink he was simply going to drink due to the price of an expensive drink- he didn't know any better and it's not worth it! read more

Three chocolates-1 warm and 2 hot. The warm ended up being cold. The flavor was less than impressive for all three. This was my second attempt at giving this location a try. By everyone else's standards, they're kinda bad because Starbucks just has terrible drinks and bed prices, and that's why they get a three-star rating, which is the highest I will ever give a Starbucks. Sevice was disappointing. Do they not teach customer service at Starbucks anymore ? The cashier told us that our order wasn't available and then turned around and totally ignored us. And then another cashier came up and didn't even ask if we were helped yet. And continue to take other peoples order. And then the situation got more awkward with delivery of items. It's very simple. there was like 4-5 employees in there they had the door locked even tho map said they were the only starbucks opened. idk if im tripping but their door was locked. and i saw all employees with personal bags just putting food or like leftover bread in them. when i attempted to open door and noticed it was locked 2 employee females looked at me and just giggled as if they were making fun of the situation. this was my first time going to this starbucks was not impressed at all. This location is not consistent. I order through Uber eats frequently. My drinks are never consistent and I never get an actual full cup of coffee. I have ordered there several times through the app, only to go pick up my order and have to wait in line for a refund because they were out of my items. read more

I've had several meetings with people here. The atmosphere is run-of-the-mill Starbucks. It's nice, has good Decour and most everything else that you would expect from Starbucks. One of my biggest complaints about Starbucks, besides the fact the coffee is better, is that they're mixing station could use a lot more options. If I'm spending a premium on a cup of coffee, I should be able to have premium options to customize it the way I want. The next thing that this location doesn't do, which messing small, but it is a pet peeve of mine is that they don't by default put a stopper in the drink. Even when you're walking across the room, coffee can spill and it's hot. Put a stopper in it. Today as I got my drink from the barista, as soon as I grab it from him and set it down on the table it's spilled out of the mouth spout. The drinks took longer than normal, about 10 minutes. Starbucks should be way faster than this. The other thing that I would do to improve this experience is encourage and train your baristas to be more personable. I understand the business model is a machine, and that you have to get the product out quickly, but the people making it should enhance the experience and personalize it. Every time I come here I don't really get that vibe. The location is fairly convenient, and the Decour is good and the drinks are standard Starbucks, but compared other Starbucks stores they need to do way better. read more

This is a busy Starbucks but they handle it well. My coffee is always made fairly quick considering the popularity of this one. There's usually a place to sit and it does have its slower times too. read more

I stopped by the Starbucks at 24406 SW Freeway (Rosenberg) on a Wednesday during the lunchtime run. Like most Starbucks, this location seemed like a good place to hang out on your laptop inside or out on the patio. After the great greeting I got from the barista, I was really digging this location... until the wait time. The baristas behind the counter were producing drinks, just not mine. Always super friendly at this location! But I have been ordering a passion tea lemonade with stevia and raspberry, for years. It's my fave. Last several visits it's been super watery so I asked them to make it stronger and today it was super watery again. I won't spend my money here if this can't be fixed. I come into this location at least a couple of times a week. Although I would not say that I have had unfriendly service, it's never been over the top service. I have been sitting here for over an hour. The entire time here I've been listening to barista Jessie. She has been friendly, informative, polite and customer engaging the entire time. Her attitude has been unquestionably positive and genuine. She is definitely an asset to this location and it has been an enjoyable visit this time around. This is the slowest Starbucks in the history of Starbucks, especially when going through the drive through. I have had instances where I left my house to get to work early, I stop at this Starbucks, and I end up being late. I've waited in line for up to 20 minutes with 1-2 cars in front of me without so much as even an apology. When you go inside it isn't as bad, but still bad. They do, however, make an effort to get to know you, your name, and your common orders. Well on the inside. By far, THE slowest Starbucks I've ever been to...ever! I've been here quite a few times, each time hoping my experience will be different. The times that I have come, there were maybe 2-3 cars in line and it took over 35 minutes to get my basic Pikes peak coffee. It wasn't anything special. Not to mention when I pull up to the intercom, I've sat there in silence for a good 4-5 minutes every single time before getting a hold of anyone. Don't understand what the hold is...every single time! Now I just go to the Starbucks across the street inside Target. Where I have to find parking, get out, walk inside and order.
