Starbucks is supposed to be a good place to study... this location makes it very difficult to do so. The music is way too loud, and the employees are very loud talking and yelling across the cafe if customers "want extra toppings." Starbucks is Starbucks. I wish we had other options. I would use them. But I digress. The staff here is very friendly but slower than molasses in the dead of winter. It's ok. I would rather slow and friendly then fast and ignorant. My only comment is that on one of my last visits, a staff member was on a step stool dusting above the back counter. Nothing below her was covered or protected in any way from the dust and dirt that was dropping from above. I actually had to giggle at the stupidity factor. There were four workers there watching and not one of them saw the problem with this. My husband and I were completely baffled. Admittedly, it took a long time for me to go back. As I say, if there were any other choices like Dunkin' Donuts or a mom and pop coffee shop, I would go. Perhaps I should open one myself :). read more

I like this Starbucks and go here regularly because it is in my immediate area. The service is always prompt and friendly. My only complaint is that they no longer brew decaffeinated coffee. First they stopped breeding decaf at 10am, then this store stopped altogether. They offer a pour-over at the same price, but it lacks flavor. To get something comparable in decaffeinated, I end up ordering an Americano with an extra shot of expresso. This drink costs about $1.00 more than a brewed coffee. I feel a bit punished for not drinking their preferred beverage. Other locations aren't as restrictive. read more

I paid $4.82 for ice and milk! I asked for a Tall Midnight Mocha Frappachino. But there was no flavor I only tasted the other ingredients. Blah I'm done with Starbucks. Don't skimp on the flavor when you charge almost $5 for coffee! I'm sticking to Boba drinks from Now on! read more

It's so sad that Starbucks only takes care of the drive-through customers. when you go in the store you place an order and they totally forget to make your order because you're too busy focusing on the drive-through pretty sad and pretty disappointed Starbucks shame on you for forgetting about your indoor customers. This must be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. For one thing, it's ridiculously slow. One time, I kid you not, I waited ten solid minutes once I got to the window for them to pour me a cup of coffee with cream in it. It's close to my house, so honestly I go there a lot despite that fact, and it's fairly consistent in slowness. One time I went inside and watched the barista slowly clean in between each drink with a line out the door rather than how EVERY OTHER Starbucks barista does it where they'll put one drink under the steamer, shake up a tea while that's going, etc. On top of that, I usually order 2 drinks when I go through, and I would say at least 20% of the time I drive off and one of them is wrong. read more

This Starbucks Location first of all, closes earlier than the other locations I've been to. The employees there, by what I've experienced, weren't very friendly. The person who took my order didn't ask for my name to write on the cups, and when my coffees were ready they set the cups on the counter without saying anything, so it took me a while to notice that my order was ready. I keep saying I'm not going to come back to this Starbucks because it's so slow, but somehow I keep going. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I've never waited less than 15 minutes, even when there is only one person in front of me in the drive through. Today, there was one person in front of me, it took them a while to get their drinks. I finally get to the window and pay, and then I hear them call out my drink to start after I've paid and sat for a few minutes. This would be okay if the store was busy, but it was not busy at all! The drinks taste fine, but the time it takes to get a drink here is ridiculous. Hopefully they do something to fix this problem, but until then I won't be back. read more

I went to get just a coffee nothing fancy. I was the only one in line -no one in front, nobody behind me. There were 6-7 Starbucks employees. I had to wait almost 15 minutes before someone took my order. After I finally got my coffee, I went to add cream and sugar. A white couple comes in and it took them 1 minute to get service. This is not the first time I've been here and got similar crappy service but it's the last. I hope no one else gets the same type of service. read more

This may be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They were incredibly slow, and then couldn't get my order right. I asked for light ice, but the cup was so full of ice it was sticking out of the top. When I asked them to correct it, the person making my drink dumped it in the sink angrily and then again put too much ice in. I asked her nicely to remove some of the ice. She angrily scooped out some of the ice and refused to top it off with more iced coffee. What happened to Starbucks' motto that they will make it like you want or make you another one? Don't expect that at this store. What a waste of time and money! read more

Ok so I really hate to give a one star because I love Starbucks and I really hope the mgr looks at these things. Anyways, I give it a 1 star because of the service especially in the drive-thru. Always grumpy ppl that seem to hate their job. I agree with someone else's review this is the slowest and worst Starbucks ever! Several times I've gone in there and the line is out the door in both the inside of the store and in the drive-through. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. I have found the issue is not the location and the demand the issue is that this Starbucks is just slow! Even just visiting the Starbucks once you can quickly figure out why this Starbucks is slow! let me just give a few examples of what I've seen... The person at the drive-through sits and talks forever and unnecessarily to someone they think is a regular customer with little to no regard for how long the line is. The manager of the store is the worst of them all, which is why even though I've been so frustrated sitting in the drive-through line for over 25 minutes multiple occasions I haven't said anything. I decided to visit other Starbucks instead after being late to work or a meeting on multiple occasions because of this Starbucks inability to get people in and out quickly. Another reason.... the consistency and quality of drinks they put out is very poor. I've often had my drink remade several times. And of course if you complain or have your drink remade you immediately you get tagged as the person who's causing problems or complaining. One last reason I've often seen lines build up is because the staff will sit there and talk to each other with no urgency or regard to get drinks out the door. Again the manager sets the precedent and I've seen her be the worst of them all. The reason I feel like I can say this is because you can go to the Greatwood Starbucks just a few miles down and the manager there really sets a great example. I have seen her outside taking orders to help reduce the line before they pull up to the intercom. That specific Starbucks gets a lot of volume but the manager knows how to run that Starbucks with urgency and not cause a line. I often go to that Starbucks because from when I get into line to when I pull away can be anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes tops! so have fun enjoy this Starbucks in Rosenberg because I avoided at all cost! read more
