I've been frequenting this Starbucks for over a year and the good far outweighs the bad. Every time I walk in the door I'm greeted warmly. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. They recently upgraded their interior decor and design, while adding more seating options. This is definitely a plus. I regularly order cappuccinos and matcha lattes and they are consistent with the way both drinks are made. A couple of times in the past they've gladly remade my drinks for free, when they weren't up to par. Bathrooms are usually cleaner than most other Starbucks. Overall, I'm pretty happy with their quality and consistency. In fact, I'll be back tomorrow! read more

Today was not a good Starbies day. I ordered a 1/3 decaf cortado with coconut milk, extra foam and cinnamon powder. It is literally undrinkable. It has a burnt taste and is just so bad. In 2/3 of my visits here, this one barista was just looking at me some type of way (You know when a girl looks at you like she's judging tf out of you? Well I feel it with this one barista). Not only did she make my first drink wrong after mf eyeing me sideways the entire time she's making it--made it mocha instead of white mocha. Didn't make a big deal out of it bc I felt bad that it's was pretty much a holiday and she was having to work--whatever. Today when I walk in, I clock the same barista working.. she makes my drink correctly but then when I ask for more oat milk (which I believe was super neutral I wasn't giving attitude or anything) she gives me that same judgey stare and gives me the tiniest bit of oat milk. If I needed to pay for more just say that?? The girl who picked up her drink before mine, I noticed how she perked up to say you're welcome for the drink. Pretty standard Starbucks experience recently, which has been being met with a cheerful staff with good recommendations. The location and clean, but parking at times can be tricky. I haven't tried the food at this location, but the Refreshers I tend to select have been executed well. The seating is well spaced, but I wouldn't call it cozy and encouraging one to stay for a while. I ordered a hot matcha latte, paid $1 extra for soy milk since I'm lactose intolerant. They tossed my tea on the counter and didn't call my name when it's done. First, the staff is usually super friendly. I appreciate that. And the location is clean. The sporadic malfunctioning of the multiple doors gets annoying. Here's my concern, more times than not, the wait time in the morning is longer than it should be. And whether it's a staff of 2, or 6, the disorganization is apparent. And the lack of leadership is visible when you see the manager(s) doing paperwork, at a table, while the chaos unfolds and the register's line snakes to and out the door. Will I keep coming? Probably because of its location. I would like to see the leadership team be more proactive, or at the very least reactive, when it's morning rush hour. read more
