I did come in for this store for over a year & I know they already change the manager. I think everything is still good but today, 07/10/2019 at 3:25 PM, I did come to order 2 drinks and I usually give them my personal cup. It not a very serious thing but it just like, when the customer give you a personal cup that means they are helping you to save the environment, saving for your store for not wasting more plastic cup. If I don't see that, It will not have this comment but yeah, I did saw all. That's girl make the drink for me, i already give her my cup but I just saw she pick it up, look for what is the order and she used PLASTIC CUP to take the coffee, pull it again into my cup. I come to this specific Starbucks because it is conveniently located to the freeway entrance. There's a lot of tables here but I would not recommend doing work here since it is extremely loud with the amount of people that pass by or hang around here. There's a private parking lot so parking is never an issue. The mobile order pick up is right at the front of the store. read more

Normally I'd give 5 stars as the food and drink here are usually of a good quality- not to worry though, they still are! The wait for the products this time around however, soured up my visit. I've been a Starbucks member for a little while now, and have the app installed on my phone which allows me to order on the app as opposed to in store. I place an order about 10 minutes before (prep time for the drink!) I get to the actual Starbucks location and by the time I areive my drink still isn't done. Not a problem, I don't mind waiting since I wasn't in a rush. My mom places her order and waits as well- 5 minutes pass and her drink ends up being finished before mine. Odd, but alright. Getting really frustrated with this store. I ordered a Venti drink (Hot). And every time that I got my drink , the cup is like 60% full. You are charging me a Venti price for literally either a Tall or Grande cup. It's frustrating and just got my Venti Chestnut Latte and happen again. I don't want to come back in after got to my car (holding two drinks) to complain because I don't want to seem like I drink it and came back to a refill. Took forever for a simple drink but made everyone else's waited 20 minutes didn't get my drink. Worst Starbucks experience never been so mad

For some reason, this Starbucks at this location was not on yelp so I decided to take matters into my own hands and add it myself. I am a coffee lover and I really enjoy going to Starbucks but for this store, I am willing to drive an extra mile towards another. Every time I am here, they fail to greet me and make me feel welcomed. I always order the White Chocolate Mocha HOT at any Starbucks but at this place, it does not taste good at all. Every time I pay a visit, I have the hopes that my drink would taste better but so far, no. I recall this one visit when I was running late for class and I stopped by this place. I made it noticeable that I was running late as I ordered. After I ordered I sat down patiently and waiting for them to call my name. I sat for 10 minutes and I was getting worried. The worker stood there and stared at me and the empty store and did not say a word to me. After my wait I went to the register and asked the worker " Is my drink ready yet ? " and he replied " yeah, its right there. " So annoyed, I said to him " So its' been sitting there and you didn't tell me ? " and he replied with a tone of not caring " yeah. " I grabbed my drink and left with anger. Pros - They have indoor and outdoor seating. The heater works really great so for the winters, its good to have a seat inside and enjoy your drink. They always have the sandwiches and scones in stock. There is a lot of food places near by so if you are feeling the munchies, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Aloha Kitchen, Tai-Pan, Crawfishaholic and Dennys are in the same plaza. Cons - The White Chocolate Mocha is not really good here. The workers seem to not want to serve anyone. The customer service is terrible. When you walk in, most likely you will see some workers sitting on the chairs on the left chit chatting instead of greeting you. I have experienced much better service from other Starbucks and this one is the one closest to my house. I come here only when I am near by because my friend also happens to live near by this Starbucks so I buy myself and them a drink. There is another Starbucks at a nearby plaza which I go to for a drink. It's a little further from my home but it's better. read more

I did a mobile order this morning and sent my coworker to pick it up, the order said it was ready and when he got there he picked up one drink with my name on it (not realizing there was a couple more) he left and came back to work and we asked for the other drinks and he said they weren't there. He had to go back for them and they still weren't ready after I had called saying he was coming back too. The whole point of a mobile order is to have all the drinks ready at once and ready to go. As I use to work for Starbucks this is super disappointing. When he went back they still only gave him one drink, when they should all be given together. A mobile order shouldn't say "ready" and then only have one drink prepared waiting. He also had to constantly ask for a cup holder for all of the drinks when I had already called already saying he was coming back for them all and they read me my whole order... probably won't order from this Starbucks again. I rarely go to Starbucks before work but today I had some time to spare before I had to go in so I decided to grab a drink. Before going in I half-expected the place to be busy but to my pleasant surprise there were only a few customers. I was second in line and one of the baristas greeted me and asked for my drink order. I usually order a grande sugar-free vanilla soy chai latte--extra hot. The barista at the register greeted me and also complimented me on my shirt. I thought to myself, "Wow...I should come here before work...not a bad way to start off the day." Within a couple minutes my order was ready and drink was called out. Right when I picked it up the barista who made my drink said "thank you and have a nice day." Working in the customer service field I know how important is to treat your customers. My boss always tells me, "If you don't take care of your customer, someone else will." They took care of me...and I'll definitely come back again. read more

I usually go to this location since it is conveniently near my house. Sadly, my favorite latte is white mocha and they fail at making it. I got it once and it tasted disgusting. Could not taste the flavor of the white mocha at all, despite i mixed it several times. Honestly, it didn't even taste like coffee at least. I recommend getting the fraps instead of the hot drinks since it tastes much better. Inside is a bit small but not too bad. Outside seating is nice, but the tables aren't as balanced so it keeps moving. Service: Bleh they are slow. It isn't always bad (which is why I go to this one at least a couple times a week) but there have been some times when the employees seemd preoccupied, weren't very friendly, or didn't listen. The husband came up to the counter to order, and it looked like there was another barista that was training with the manager and Susan. The husband waited patiently for at least 5 minutes at the counter until Susan turned around, and STARED at him. Yes, ladies and gentleman, she stood there and stared at him. Don't go if you don't know them. Go if you want to take the chance of getting sick! They have good signage outside indicating four people/customers at a time. That is a good thing. The arrow signs inside are good. The order placing process was good. While I was waiting for my order, A family of four walked in plus the people that are already inside waiting for their orders. So it's more than four customers now. And they seem to know them very well they can call each other by names. I guess good customer service! The other lady in front of me and I have been waiting for quite a while. I saw them preparing the order for the people walked in later than me. When the lady in front of me asked about her order, they were clueless. Then I walked up and asked about my order, they asked for my name. Then they said oh I only need to add the cream. It has been here. So what's the problem of finishing an order before they prepare for the next one! I frequent this place regularly. The employees are really nice. They make my order exactly as I ask. I am pretty amazed how fast they can move a line. The place does tend to have a lot of smoking customers outside, so it's often littered with cigerette butts outside. Also, parking here is painful at times. Love it mainly for the drive thru...inside is usually too cold for me! Drive thru is always quick and the employees are super friendly. If your drink takes a little too long, they take the time to lean out the window and chat with you for a couple of minutes, rather than hiding inside. read more

Meanwhile you open a new account in a bank you get your new ATM less than a week after you open your account.
