Mobile ordering took wayyy too long. I don't recommend coming here for that reason. We were standing outside in the hot sun sweating for 30 ish minutes. I could see through the glass two drinks that maybe looked like mine but we werent allowed inside and they werent giving them out to anyone finally they called my name and grabbed those two drinks, and When we received the drinks they were very watery . Frappes are supposed to be thick and cold. Im very disappointed we were waiting for so long. Don't go to this location. read more

This Starbucks is awesome. Not for the coffee or drinks - I mean, all Starbucks are the same. This review is for the amazing baristas. It's not an "elegant" location, but the employees all make their customers feel welcome. They are friendly, helpful, and sincere. There are a couple of standouts, but, truthfully, you can't leave without feeling better about the world. The manager has picked gems to do more than make coffee. read more

I am a regular at this location. The staff here are often very nice and know me pretty well. But one of the non-regular staff's unprofessional attitude and demeanor that warranted the 1 star review. Walked into the store to place 3 orders, as their.mobile order was not available at the time. As I walked to the cashier, I was greeted by one of their staffs that had a black top, blue jeans, and an obvious baby bump. From the ghetgo, she already had this pissy attitude, as if she didn't ant to be there. As I started to order, I had forgotten what my family wanted, and it took me literally 5 seconds to relay the order to the employee. The entire time, she was being very impatient, and was giving me an attitude. Just imagine the piss poor attitude I had to endure for each drink i had to order. Not something I was just going to forget. To too things off, she didn't even say thank you after the transaction, and just looked away with an annoyance. I have never been treated so poorly at this location that i was fairly shocked. This employee definitely needs additional customer service skill training before the stars starts to dwindle. read more

Friendly service and pretty quick but I asked for 140 degrees (a child temp as I was holding my child) and thankfully I took a sip first and burnt my tough very badly! So upset! Make it at 140 for children...this could have been horrible if my child drank this first! Shame on you! read more

Dirty, nasty filthy Starbucks. Poor management...to say the least. Not only were the floors and tables super dirty but behind the counter it was dirty too. This Starbucks never has any of there teas available. I have placed multiple orders from the Starbucks app and every time I come in they never have it made; someone should update the app stating they are sold out of a current item or do not have items available. The whole point of using the app is to not have to wait; yet at this location i always do. I will no longer be coming to this Starbucks; i would rather drive 2 miles to my next closest Starbucks then to come back to this one again. read more

I walked into this location expecting to order my drink with good customer service and get my drink quick. I was wrong. The barista was ranting on with some customer and getting side track with the order of drinks. People who ordered after me were receiving their drinks before I was & mine was just a simple hot drink. Let me mention how rude the cashier was. She didn't even greet me, she simply looked at me with those" what do you want" type of eyes and i had to greet her. She didn't even say anything but mubbled " Can't you tell, I'm tired." She was new but still, these people need to be friendly. How can you be a cashier and take orders if you're such a jerk about it. And she forgot to give me my pastry. HORRIBLE STARBUCKS EVER. I really enjoyed the customer service that was given by the store manager Diana today . She managed to be so helpful with all my questions regardless of the long line that was behind me. One of my top favorite places to get myself something to drink. Employee's are very friendly and spark up a conversation 8 out of 10 times (their were mad crazy the other two times). It be nice if the place was a tad little bigger to have more tables around for students to do homework, but not a big complaint, more of just an opinion. read more

I try to avoid going to this particular Starbucks because the parking sucks. It's right across the way from McDonalds and three other food restaurants. It's a very busy part of the plaza so it can get irritating trying to even get near the Starbucks at all, so it's just easier to park really far and just walk sometimes. This is my "neighborhood" Starbucks, about a mile from my home. NOTE: It's at Capitol & McLaughlin, in the Gould Shopping Plaza; reading the other reviews, some have confused it with other locations. There is no Drive-Thru at this store. In my experience, the baristas and managers are all so warm and outgoing. My family frequents the place at least 1x week, and they remember us pretty well. The quality of the drinks is consistent, and they are quick even if there's a lineup on the weekday morning. They have a lot to put up with at this location, I must say. Their store, although conveniently located, is in a (very) homely, run-down shopping plaza...panhandlers and residents of the banks of Coyote Creek roam about, sometimes hustling for $ or just plunked down on the sidewalk. It can be unnerving. The Metro PCS store, next door, also draws a large and somewhat intimidating clientele. However, the Starbucks employees treat everyone (families, business people, homeless ones) who enter this store with respect...and I think that's classy. read more

I'm not a coffee drinker, so I frequent starbucks very seldom. I came in the other day and was the only person in line. the 2 people working looked up at me, went about their business, and finally came up to the register to help me a couple minutes later. A greeting would have been a little nicer especially since they weren't busy at all. My drink was made to my specifications, but just left on the side after my name was called and they disappeared again. Quality was fine, but the service left something to be desired. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I've been to! Came here when there was no line and they messed up one out of 2 cups I ordered! People behind me got their drinks even before mine drink. They also ran out of matcha power too which made me super sad. So when I ordered a caramel frappuccino and they got it wrong I had nothing to say. Never come back here! read more

I love starbucks! Here the employees are not friendly and they take forever to make your drinks. Been here a couple times and always have to wait! Busy or not, still have to wait. This Starbucks always feels slow and inefficient. It varies based on the shift manager but you can be guaranteed to wait whether or not it's busy. I understand that there's a lot to clean and refill but with a 5 person shift there's one cashier, one barista making drinks and three others doing support work.
