This is for recipt order # 735603. Nicest Barista I have encountered. I noticed there were other coffee shops and almost went elsewhere but I'm glad I stopped by this Starbucks. I asked if the berry matcha had berry foam or just berry in the drink. I was told it was foam. So I instead asked for regular matcha with oatmilk. The barista then asked if I didn't want the cold foam because of the dairy. I said yes. I'm always shy about expressing that I can't digest dairy and making my drink too complicated. The barista told me they could make the coldfoam non dairy and made me feel comfortable about ordering it. I immediately changed my order. He even welcomed I come back for non dairy foam if any other location gave me a hard time. I pass by this Starbucks on my way to LA so I'll definitely be making this stop. I appreciate the kindness. This place has always been busy - like for decades. They used to be across the street - but they have their own building - complete with a drive-thru. This is my 'Go To' Starbucks off of the 101 because it has a large parking lot, indoor, & outdoor seating. I've never had any issues with the staff - the drive-thru is hectic but at least they keep the lines inside moving. Today was no different - everyone here is hustling hard to fill orders. read more

The worst Starbucks ever. Try an online order for a regular coffee when you're in a rush. For most Starbucks you'll zip right in (or they'll bring it out to your car) and pick your coffee up off the shelf, made perfectly to order, but at this one you'll stand there and wait 20 minutes AFTER 20 minutes of driving. Then they'll look at you like you're a Karen for asking if your coffee is in the works. Place is not worth it. Go to any other location. read more

Every time I come in, this place is always busy. (Don't come in if you have no patience) The dude working the bar, Angel, is always running back and forth making sure everyone has the correct drinks and makes the effort to organize the finished drinks in a manner that would make it easy for the guests to grao (putting the same orders together etc. it's a small gesture but many places don't do this). My point is that I can tell he's a hard worker! Appreciate all you do every time I come in Angel One thing I would say is that y'all do get SUPER busy, in my opinion I would say they're understaffed/ unprepared for the rush. So we visited this Starbucks in hopes of finding a low fat low sugar Mocha Latte, and Katie was great help to us! She recommended we ask for half non fat milk and half 2% milk to create 1% milk!!!! The 1% milk complemented my usual the blonde espresso mocha latte so much!! We're obsessed!! Not only did our latte taste amazing, it also made me feel great knowing why my coffee taste so great!! This place is the worst Starbucks location i have ever visited. The floor was dirty with pieces of paper throughout the indoor seating location. There were employees working at the time 11:00am. There was a line which is normal for a Starbucks which I'm ok with. When I get to place my order i pay and my name is not asked for my order. I ask the cashier Ellie if she needs my name for the order and she says no, that she will call it out by the the type of order. So i wait and i start to hear them calling out different names for various orders, and a mixture of only the type of drinks that is being served. (so you don't need my name but clearly names are being used?). The area where the drinks are picked up is a mess to say the least. For the orders that have no names various people have to walk up and touch multiple drinks and read what it says to make sure it's their order. Might i add this is during COVID! Some people even reach and grab a drink and take it and bring it back. All the mean while the employees are chitchatting and not paying attention to what is going on. I finally get my order which is called out by type of drink which is a Brown Sugar Oatmilk w/ 1 extra shot. (which i have ordered multiple times at other locations). I taste it and it has no brown sugar. Doesn't even taste how it supposed to. At this point i have waited and seen what type of poor quality service this location provides and i decide to leave it at that and write this review. This is hands down not what Starbucks represents, it is very sad that customer service has gone down. read more
