Friendly staff, good service, nice ambiance, no complaints! The Magnolia Square location is also the perfect spot to order ahead on your way out of San Ramon

Starbucks is the world's largest coffeehouse chain with over 33,000 locations in 80 countries. This location is within the Magnolia Square shopping center, off of Crow Canyon Place. The coffeehouse has a warm interior with natural materials and large transparent windows on one side. Staff is friendly and offers quicker service than your typical Starbucks. The coffee is made to order with good flavor, but the breakfast sandwich was over cooked. Ample parking available and within a couple blocks of the Ironhorse Trail and close proximity to freeway. Convenient location that is easy to stop at on your way to work.

I came to Starbucks in the Magnolia Square and was greeted by Ryan he was really patient as was unclear on what I wanted to order ( whoopsie) then I decide what I want to order and it was my birthday yesterday and I am a reward member and I thought you had it a few days to use your reward. However, you are supposed to use your reward on the day of your actual birthday. Debbie was so kind as to let me use my reward ( I wouldn't had gotten it anyhow if I had to of use it I was working In-home and couldn't leave to come and use my reward yesterday) Brandon and Xiyu were making the drinks really quickly. My drink was made with accuracy, and it tastes great. Inside you can hear a groovy upbeat song playing in the background the tables were clean inside and outside The entire Staff work really well together. The store is very clean and they were very busy and I didn't have to wait long at all the jobs you guys nice work good job thank you thank you

A small was $5.90 which was steep for how small it actually is, but I think this is what's expected from coffee chains now. The service was excellent, but the docked star was from them not having anymore pistachio milk. I was getting so many ads (I got sucked in!) for their new Pistachio Rose Latte and Pistachio Matcha Latte, and I was disappointed they ran out. The kind cashier offered to put pistachio syrup instead but it's not the same T-T There's a lot of two-person seating inside, but for larger parties there are probably two options inside and more outside. I would be back since the Starbucks across the street has closed, but the Philz at City Center poses strong competition (albeit more expensive).

More importantly, while I was sitting there, the barista was sweeping and the broom went over/against my shoes. I found that very disrespectful, and in my culture, sweeping over someone's feet is also considered bad luck. There was no apology. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon, yet I also waited quite a while before anyone came out to take my order. I understand there are cleaning tasks to do, but when a customer is waiting, shouldn't customer service come first? The Sparkling Passion Tea was also not made correctly--it was far too tart. Unfortunately, I didn't taste it until after I had already left the store. It's disappointing that even such a basic drink was not prepared properly. Please retrain your new employees on both drink preparation and customer service.

We started with the Crispy Cauliflower, coated with tempura batter and served with lemon aioli; Roasted Brussels Sprouts, topped with chili flakes & Parmesan and served in a cast iron skillet; and the Hummus, topped with Pepitas and served with thin, crispy parm'd pizza bread. The Chopped Kale Salad came with apple, radish, carrot, cotija, and Pepitas, all tossed in a tangy pomegranate vinaigrette; and the Chickpea Salad also had a base of kale topped with chickpeas, roasted sweet potato/carrot, and charred halloumi, and dressed with herbed pesto. The highlight of the menu was their creative pizzas, which you could order either on a thin, crispy Neapolitan crust, or on a thick, soft, square-shaped Detroit-style base with crispy baked cheese edges. The Fun Guy came with porcini cream, mushroom, onion, goat cheese, and pecorino; and the Hail Mary came with beer braised chicken, caramelized onion, cotija, garlic, and Calabrian chili oil, which gave the pizza a flavorful spicy kick. Overall, my favorite items were the Hummus with aromatic pizza bread; and the tantalizingly spicy Detroit-style Hail Mary, but everything was tasty and came at a good value and with quick service too!

The next day, same lady was ringing my order and had a glove in one hand but she was touching the gloves with the other hand while touching the computer. Then she takes the hand with the gloves bagging my bread. Lots of cross contamination. Food tongs for customers were not washed and reused! Food trays are not wash. I ended up using the parchment paper to grab the bread. I think the workers need to be train on food safety.
