Both drinks are a little bit on the sweet side (which we like), so be sure to request less sweet if you don't like your coffee too sweet. Sandwiches were ordered were also delicious and we're looking forward to trying other food next time. There are plenty of tables and seating with plugs which is a plus. Because it is a workplace cafe, it is only open Mon-Fri.

Lots of indoor seating, high counter tables with power ports if you need to work. Plush chairs to work or relax in. But the real draw is outside. Once you look out the large windowed back wall, you see a lovely view of a lake. There are lots of chairs and tables, along with a dock with more chairs and tables. The views are great and it's crazy to think it's nestled inside a business park. There is a waiver to sign if you want to take the boat ride, there are also some rowboats out there. The ride last about 12min and was very pleasant and fun. My daughters enjoyed themselves and we just relaxed and took in the sights. If you want to sit out and relax, there is the dock with great seating. Also various spots around the lake have lounge chairs or other seating. There is a market with 3 different eateries inside. So you can grab a meal after having your coffee, boat ride and walking the grounds.

I stopped by on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and was surprised by how quiet it was inside. Then again, with Philz right next door, maybe that's not too surprising. I ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk and honestly had to do a double take when I heard the price. I don't mind spending a little extra for a good drink, but this one wasn't worth it. The matcha was pretty underwhelming, and the staff came across as indifferent. Nothing was terrible, but nothing stood out in a positive way either. Maybe I set the bar too high based on my experience in London, but this visit left me disappointed. Next time I'm in the area, I'll probably save myself the money and head to Philz instead. Lesson learned.

I understand there are cleaning tasks to do, but when a customer is waiting, shouldn't customer service come first? The Sparkling Passion Tea was also not made correctly--it was far too tart. Unfortunately, I didn't taste it until after I had already left the store. It's disappointing that even such a basic drink was not prepared properly. Please retrain your new employees on both drink preparation and customer service.

Disappointed and misled by the listed hours…read more ----------------------- We came to Cafe Alora because Yelp said they open at 8am and my husband and I were really looking forward to a coffee. The doors were unlocked, we walked in, and waited at the counter, but there was no bell or way to get someone's attention. Eventually, someone came out and when we asked to order coffee, he told us they weren't serving coffee. I mentioned that Yelp says they're open at 8am, and he just said, "Oh, they need to change that," as if it was Yelp's mistake--not theirs. (For the record, businesses are responsible for the info listed on Yelp.) He then said no one was there who could make coffee and they don't start serving it until 11:30am, which is just baffling. Why even have a separate Yelp listing for "Cafe Alora" if it doesn't operate as a real cafe in the morning? Might as well just bundle it with the main business if it's not functioning independently. Really disappointing experience. No solution was offered. Shame, it looked real nice inside. I had been eyeing their coffee options and left frustrated and confused and went to another coffee shop nearby.

The next day, same lady was ringing my order and had a glove in one hand but she was touching the gloves with the other hand while touching the computer. Then she takes the hand with the gloves bagging my bread. Lots of cross contamination. Food tongs for customers were not washed and reused! Food trays are not wash. I ended up using the parchment paper to grab the bread. I think the workers need to be train on food safety. It is not safe for workers to be handling cash and transactions using the same glove like this with food.
