The Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. The cinnamon flavor added just the right amount of warmth without overpowering the coffee, and the cream topping made every sip feel like a treat. The Hawaii Açaí Bowl was equally impressive. Fresh fruit, great texture, and a generous amount of toppings made it both refreshing and filling. It tasted fresh, looked great, and was the perfect complement to the cold brew. Fast service, friendly staff, and quality food and drinks keep bringing me back. Queen Creek continues to be one of my favorite Better Buzz locations.

The other day, on the way to work, I stopped through a couple of Dunkins... (yes, a couple) because by the time I got to work, I'd eaten all of my gatherings from my 1st stop... Seriously. It was that good! On both stops I grabbed an order of those everything Bagle Bites and an order of their Sweet Black Pepper Bacon (or Snackin' Bacon) as they call it...and I warshed both stops down with one of their large Strawberry Refreshers! It was about 1:33 pm so maybe they had a rush? I am never that person who asks for no ice or light ice but goodness, look at this?? I went to the restroom while they made my drink and my friend noticed that there was a ton of liquid left in the container they made the drink in before they poured it. This is why I don't go to Starbucks often. This was $7... Also, 7 employees working. 3 people I. The lobby. Took quite a while to even be greeted. I understand it gets busy, but cleanliness should never slip to that level. It really took away from the overall experience. And for the record; No, I did not eat any of the fries before taking the picture -that really is what they gave me. Another thing; depending on what you order some items have been under cooked a few times now too. All I can say is, check your food folks! Really, all fast food places are hit and miss most of the time anymore. Unacceptable for food safety reasons, but even more unacceptable given the price increases to knowingly cut portions (and I'm sure the workers are not making any less -they just don't care) and now lower quality but then, this is the new ethic under 'build back better' - to hire apathetic and lazy workers and be happy with less. And to the dissatisfied customer -how dare you complain? But then, what else should we expect in a decaying society? Want breakfast and waited in the drive thru ten minutes already? Be prepared to park and wait fifteen more while you watch people who ordered their food after you, leave before you. One time it was longer than that and I just left. Clearly there is a problem at this location with consistency concerning the drive thru but according to other reviews it isn't just with the drive thru. Like I said, it's not every time, but even twice is too much. At least McDonalds does get it right sometimes whereas Burger King a mile further away, never gets it right and you certainly will not have it your way. Oh and the ambiance? Not much to say as I usually don't go inside. Brown and beige like the rest of Arizona. Not sure if they are trying to model it after the McCafe but I certainly wouldn't call it a bistro. Hard metal and plastic seats. Ronald would be pleased but then his butt is padded from a clown suit and he smiles regardless while your child can play one of two video games as there is no play area but then this is common in most McDonalds' anymore. Two stars is fair since I have had a few bad experiences now, thus I removed a star for each time I've had a bad experience which isn't often as McDonalds is not usually my first choice unless it's later at night. Maybe this is why they think they can cut the portion of the fries almost in half? ...as if I won't notice? Do better guys. It may have been late but not everyone is asleep (or stoned) as what may be the case with some who are manning the night shift.
