On my recent visit, I sat at the bar area, and when I looked down at the floor around the stools, I was honestly shocked at how dirty it was. I understand it gets busy, but cleanliness should never slip to that level. It really took away from the overall experience. Check your To-Go orders! I ordered two biscuits and gravy, one with hash browns and one with O'Brien potatoes as well as an add on pancake (forgot to add one on my order) and a kids breakfast and a side of hash browns. I was bummed that they could not add on the pancake to the order when I arrived for pick up, but not a huge deal. However when I got to the car I checked the items and the O'Brien potatoes were missing. Went back in, they brought back some regular potatoes. I asked if they were supposed to have onions and peppers in them and she proceeded to shake them around searching for them. There are clearly no onions or peppers present and her response about missing items is this doesn't usually happen, sorry. She offered to remake them but they were missing to begin with. I told her not to worry about it because I'm not waiting for a remake and allow the other food to get cold. Probably won't order from here again! read more

We love coming to this location, we always feel like at home eating there with warm welcoming service, we seem to always get couple familiar faces to serve our table, we were gone for few months with holidays and was noticeable for our absence. We enjoy changing up our menus as we enjoy everything on there. Over Easy or Over Rated? I hate to say it but I've got to go with over-rated on this one. First off get in me out of this place was terrible, and there isn't nearly enough parking available. I the food is decent it's worth overlooking these slight drawbacks. Alas this was not to be. I had the ham and eggs which came out looking ideal. Unfortunately the ham had little flavor, unless dry and tasteless count as a flavor I guess. These are basic staples of breakfast, so I'm not sure how you can mess this up. My wife said she enjoyed her eggs Benedict though and the place was crowded with happy campers so maybe take this review with a grain of salt I guess. They do have fresh squeezed orange juice though which is rare and almost made the visit worth it in and of itself. Love this new place not far from my home. One of few breakfast places that offer some serious non-sugar loaded breakfast options. That in and of itself is a reason to come here, but the service and outdoor patio are also great features. Open from 6:30 am to 2 pm, you can get your early food and coffee fix. Decent sized parking area, although there is a ton of commercial and road construction at corner of Gantzel and Coombs. On a weekend the immediate parking lot will be full, but there's a Sprouts Farmers Market location adjacent where you can park. I come here mainly during the week when there's no wait, but this place can get really busy on weekends. Fortunately they have a "join the waitlist" option on-line that's effective. Everything is bright and airy here keeping with there motto of "rays for days". I LOVE the large dog friendly patio with plenty of shade. Service can range from good to GREAT. Folks seem to be happy to work hear and they tend to team up with ordering, coffee re-fills, and food delivery to keep the customer happy. My fave is the Fit Chicken entree. Grilled chicken tenders, egg whites, avocado, tomato slices, and this amazing "spiced up" cottage cheese. Also one of few places that asks you how you like your bacon cooked (always get a side for the pup). Crisp to limp, they can do whatever you like. Always a great, healthy meal. read more

First time to over easy. The family went, about 10 of us. My grandson and I really wanted chicken fried steak, it was one of the worst I had, my first bite, I saw the grease dripping out of the breading, then tried to cut into the meat, super chewy like they took it out of a freezer, then microwave to defrost, thats how horrible the meat texture was, on top of that the meat was not seasoned!!. Both our steaks were that way!!. My wife had the biscuit and gravy, the biscuit was flat like a pancake , it wasn't normal 1/4" piece of dough cooked, then gravy ontop, once again no flavor. Not a normal biscuit. My son and granddaughter had burritos, they said they were just ok, talking with them further, that said the sausage was nok. Overall, this place needs work, won't be back. I have been a fan of over easy for well over a decade and was so excited to see they had a location in Queen Creek. I took my family here for a special occasion and we had rather large group so this can sometimes be problematic but the management team and the staff not only welcomed our large group but made us all feel so welcome. The food is always extraordinary, but I have to say the service and experience we received was truly second to none and we will be back often. And finally, this restaurant is beautiful. The amount of flies that came in was crazy. As we got our food, it was getting warm inside which was uncomfortable due to the temp outside and we had to keep shooing flies away from our food & drinks. We said something to our server 2 times and he said management requires it open. This is the most ridiculous thing I've heard.
