I typically don't go to this location, but every time I do, I always have to have them remake my drink. It's always really watered down and barley has any ice. The coffee also doesn't taste that great. It doesn't matter which coffee I get, they just never taste right. I've never really had a complaint about the customer service, everyone working there is really nice and always are willing to remake my order. But even after they remake it, it still doesn't taste good. The overall quality of the food and drinks here just aren't it, I would definitely recommend going to a different location. The interior of this location is also not that great. It's really cold and the floors are pretty dirty. They don't have a wide variety of products, and it's pretty dark and gloomy. I've been to this Starbucks location a lot during covid. Having the ability to go and get a coffee in the drive through has really been a little piece of sanity for me. Nicely appointed newer (May 2015) suburban Starbucks with an awesome "Clover" coffee machine! My three experiences here (so far) have been very positive, each time staying for a few hours to work in the early morning (soon after opening). Nice and calm at that time, with plenty of seating options including tall bar-height leather-like high-backed bench seating with round bar tables. Great layout for a suburban Starbucks. Hooked on the various "Reserve" coffees made with the "Clover" machine (see video). Those "small batch roasted" coffees come without the bitterness of the standard Starbucks brews. Employees have been friendly and helpful. Bathroom clean and fresh. Zero complaints - wish this was my neighborhood store back home! read more

I love the fact that this Starbucks location has a drive-thru -which it super convenient for me before I start my daily "momlife" routine..Especially having a toddler who almost is my shadow it is just perfect on the days where I don't feel like hauling him out of the car to get my coffee. Every single day I am at this location to pick up my favorite lattes. It is next to Which which sandwich place. They also have an outdoor sitting . Drive Thru usually gets pretty busy but never I have waited longer than any usual wait time. Not only that this location is so convenient, the baristas are super nice and friendly! Not just the morning crew but as I as mentioned , I'm here almost everyday - on days when I'm needing a pick me up during the afternoon or even on early evenings to pick me some up cold drinks. Overall I am very thrilled that I have a Starbucks that has Drive Thru close to me and happy that everyone at this location is so accommodating! Oh btw this Drive has a video monitor so while placing your order you can actually see the baristas face while placing your order. Pretty neat eh? read more

I've come to this location two times and each time my drink was not filled all the way it seems like something silly to complain about but when I'm paying 7+ dollars for a coffee I expect it to be filled all the way. Michael is my absolutely my favorite. He remembers my order to the T. Daisy is the best as well always smiling and upbeat as well. Slowest Starbucks EVER every single time I try it takes literally 10-15 min for drive through to get coffee.

I have been displeased with the service here repeatedly over the last year or so. I stop back from time to time to see if staff changes have been made, but I just can't be treated like my business in not valuable. I have taken my business to another nearby Starbucks which is a few miles out of my way. At some point I have to think that this staff is costing the location so much business that the general manager will look into it. (Maybe check these Yelp reviews?) In the meantime, Maya on 59 has been taking good care of me and a few of my friends that have all had similar problems at this particular location with this particular crew. Every other Starbucks in the area is good. This one needs serious restaffing. read more

Since Starbucks has moved to this location (formerly north on Barrington near Kohls) I haven't gotten to frequent it much, as it's not on my way to work anymore. I have gotten to stop by a few times, and I like the new building. The drive thru is of course a bonus as well. I do have to say that I was surprised to see some old faces from the previous location that weren't very friendly working at this new location, but maybe I keep catching them on bad days. It just isn't professional to hear them complain about other customers at the drive thru while I'm at the window. Overall though, nice location. They can't seem to get the request for "very light cream" right in my boyfriend's iced coffees, but maybe one day. read more

This is one of the best Starbucks I have experienced ever!! They have comfy chair seating and a bench chair and lots of tables for bigger groups. The bar stool cushioned booth makes the layout and ambiance of this Starbucks feel more homey and inviting. The barista generously helped explain the difference between the tea and the tea infusions so that we were able to try a sugar free alternative to our tea time. There is lots of seating available on a Monday night around 7:30 and yet it doesn't feel totally empty! It's a great spot near a lot of restaurants to pop in for some after dinner coffee or tea. The barista was so friendly and helpful. He offered us free mint whoopie pies on his break and gave us a lot of guidance on our order to ensure us we would love it! I think this an amazing Starbucks experience and I love the friendliness and music. I highly recommend coming to this location. read more
