This is my go-to Starbucks. All the employees know me as a regular. I work right down the street so this location is super convenient. All the staff are always so friendly and kind. My order is always perfect. They never mess it up. I know people complain about the parking but this is a drive thru location, not rocket science to see that. There was spit in the lemonade my husband ordered our kid today. I thought it was lemon pulp when he saw it and refused to drink it. I took off the lid and fished it out, and it was definitely spit. Like someone hocked a loogie in the cup. I am so grossed out. Thank goodness he refused to drink it. We have been coming to this location for 9 years and honestly I am not sure if I will ever be back after this. 2/7/26. I went through the drive through on my way to an early morning appointment. I ordered a cold brew and a water, they were both placed on the counter and sat there for 10 minutes while the 4 employees chatted and ignored me. I was the only customer on the property. Came to this starbucks after a long day of school, came here for a pick me up and the environment when i came to the window was not friendly or was trying to connect with me as a customer at all. On top of that, I came to try the new drinks for the 2026 valentines day launch & my drink wasn't up to par. This location is a hit or miss depending on who's working, it seems. I've been there and been so impressed with how nice the baristas are. And, on the other side of the token, I've been there and been appalled that someone who seems to be antisocial would choose to be in such a social job. This Starbucks has been my favorite in my area, but every time I have ordered the lavender latte, the powder base is NEVER mixed into the drink. It appears as though they just put the powder in the cup, pour the liquids on top, and call it a day, which leaves you with a coffee with lavender sludge and some how dry powder at the bottom. Every other Starbucks i've ordered this drink at shakes the drink up, so i don't get why this team doesn't do that. read more

Normally this location is okay, not spectacular, but they do their jobs. The last two visits have been less than acceptable. A few weeks ago, the amount of liquid in my cup was far less than usual. I chose this Starbucks because I was up early and this was the closest spot and I needed my coffee!!! I ordered ahead on the app, which I love, and parked to walk up and get my order. This Starbucks is small. The building is small, the parking lot is small, and the drive-through is easily missed if you are not ready to turn right on Fremont Blvd. But I was early enough that pulling in was not a problem. My order was ready. The service was fast. My coffee was hot. The girl serving me was wearing a cute reindeer head band and she was friendly. It was an overall pleasant experience. This Starbuck's location has consistently gotten worse. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what but 25 minutes in line at the drive thru when there are maybe 5 cars in front of you? They also allow people to add drinks at the window. I'm all for that but they should have to pull to the side to wait for their additional order. Forgetting food, drinks tasting burnt, the list keeps growing. Its disappointing but I'll be going to a different location from now on. Hopefully they get back to where they were, where service is number one. read more

Not once have they gotten my order right. A few years back I went and they were apparently out of the drink base, but did not tell me. After pulling out of the drive through I noticed my drink tasted off but I did not have the time to go back through, later that day I called to ask if something was wrong with the drink and they said they had been out of the base. Not only is substituting an ingredient without alerting the customer a major health risk if someone where to have allergies, it's also super unprofessional. A few days ago I went again because it was the only Starbucks in the area, they got my order completely wrong. This is by far the worst Starbucks in the country, it's definitely worth taking a few extra minutes to go to ANY OTHER STARBUCKS. read more

This is a drive-thru and walk-up only. They have 2 bathrooms with coded doors, but they are apparently not ever in-service. This is not the quintessential, full-service, customer-forward Starbucks. Think of this more as the experience you'd expect in an airport. read more

But PJ/TJ (I'm so sorry forgive me I can't remember is NAME) who was taking my order was the NICEST SWEETEST FUNNIEST barista I've come across! He definitely knew I had no idea what I was ordering and recommended something he's had before. He said it in such a respectful kind and funny way. My fav Starbucks in town!! I stop by here almost every single day and most of the employees always remember my order and name. Each person here is the sweetest! Even when I come here with my friends and we get a lot of drinks they've never messed up any orders. The drive thru always goes by fairly quick even when it's packed. But other strange things happened that will keep me from this location! When you walk up to order there is a machine that blows cold air on your head the entire time you are ordering! I asked if she could turn it off and she said she can't. When I presented my personal mug I was told they can't take it, ah what? I could not hear why because of the blower. So I asked for a cup of hot water to warm my mug before I add coffee but they can't give out hot water because someone could "use it as a weapon". Yes that's what she said, the lady that is serving piping hot coffee can't give me hot water....So I finally order my drip decaf coffee, well they can't make that, ah what? Nope, gotta get a decaf americano for $2 more, sure, here's $2 more for all the things you can't do. The service here is good when they are OPEN. That being the key word " OPEN" this location has a large tendency to be closed during prime hours consistent note on drive thru that's always reads we are closed, closing early and not open today. Also they tend to be very slow and traffic often overflows onto the main street, Which can be dangerous, I am really suprised the city has not noted this yet. Wait times can be up to 20 minutes/ half hour. Save your self time and got to the one in the Sand City shopping center by Target, it is a walk in store but they are much faster. read more

For a drive through only location (with the exception of a walk up window) you would expect a 10-15 min wait. I ordered at 6:12pm and received my drinks at 6:32. 4+ baristas, no walk up orders, and people were only ordering up to 4 drinks. I don't get why it was such a long wait. They would've received more business that day but people would come in to the parking lot, see the long wait and leave. Definitely need to work on their wait time. read more
