In my opinion, Push x Pull is the only shop I've found in Seattle that can truly compete with the best shops in those cities. I mostly drink cortado (a drink which leaves nowhere to hide) and Push x Pull executes them at a level I haven't found elsewhere in Seattle. The espresso is always dialed in, and the milk texture is ridiculous. The staff is also great.
