Every time I visit this location, one thing remains consistent--the food and drinks are prepared terribly. Even the simplest orders, like a hot coffee, get completely messed up. Today, my order didn't even have the correct label on it, which should have been a red flag for the worker. The lid was partially open, the cup was overfilled, and worst of all--it wasn't even what I ordered. Instead of a hot coffee, I was given some lukewarm cinnamon-flavored drink that I didn't ask for. To make matters worse, the worker who handed it to me had soaking wet hands. Why? Because the coffee he was serving me was leaking all over them. How does that even happen? The lack of attention to detail and quality control at this location is unacceptable. It's a clear sign that Starbucks is expanding too quickly without properly training employees. I've been to this new location a handful of times since its opening and I'm pretty happy with the service. I always use the drive through and the line moves pretty quickly. Staff are kind and helpful. When in the drive through it can sometimes be hard to hear and/or hard for the staff to hear you due to the location of it being directly across from the car wash. The dryers run loud and I have had multiple occasions where I have to repeat myself and/or shout for the Starbucks staff to hear me. Just poor planning on the layout. Food and drinks are consistent at this location. What I order is what I get! I have seen that the lobby has been closed periodically due to staffing shortages. Just something else to note. But that doesn't bother me as I rarely go inside. read more

I come here often, 3-4 times a week and for the past couple visits the girl working the drive thru is completely rude. I know the last part of her name is --enia. Jasenia maybe? She will hand you the order without saying a word and roll her eyes. Definitely not somebody that needs to be working customer service. The first time I let it slide, maybe she was having a bad day but she continues to have a nasty attitude. read more
