Worst encounter I have ever had at a Starbucks. It took them three trys to get my order right and they still failed and I only ordered one thing. The blond girl making the order was finaly "done" with the third one that she proceded to set the cup down with such force that it slide across the counter rolled her eyes and took off as to not have to deal with the customer. Im not exsactly sure how hard it is to make a salted carmel hot chocolate but I didnt think it was that hard. Defiantly wasnt worth my money or time. read more

Today, I ordered a green tea frappe & as I was drinking I noticed there were two stickers on the cup, so I peeled it off & noticed that the sticker behind the top one has someone else's name on it. This drink was made about 5 minutes befor I ordered mine. The drink already melted. I ordered my drink right outside of Starbucks via the app. I called the store & the manager wasn't very helpful. Pro- it's on the way to TRMC and when you are facing a 12 hour shift on 3 hours of sleep you need it Con- plan on spending almost 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru while they wait on the 1 customer in the store. I sat in my car, waiting on my 1 drink order which I know they can throw together in less than 2 minutes for 7 minutes this morning (yes I timed it cause I was that irritated). While I waited, 3 different girls looked right at me and proceeded to do more important chores like restocking straws and cleaning. I finally yelled at someone and she offers to take down my "info" to give me a free coffee next time, u was majorly late by then and declined. Very slow drive through. Sometimes customers can go into the store to avoid the very long and slow drive through line and sometimes they can't. The inside hours make zero sense. If there was a Starbucks somewhat close by, I would avoid this one. read more

My visit yesterday was quick, correct, and fine. However, today was extremely aggravating. The girl making the drinks never called out any orders or names. She doesn't speak to anyone. I was not the only costumer frustrated at this time either. A lady asked this girl a question and got no answer. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting on my drink to never be made. I ordered it ahead of time with the app, just as I did yesterday. Only after I asked another girl about my order was I then told it was never received. I'm not sure how much of that I believe but at least it got me the next size up for the same price. read more

You know, as often I come here to work or have meetings, I should give them a little review love. I happen to grace the door of many Starbucks around Houston and some are good and some are great! Yes, over-priced coffee is a thing, but who cares about that when your standard order is a Venti Breve Latte at 140? The Tomball Starbucks does a great job at getting my order and temperature correct every time. When it comes to the basics, you have to have your coffee the correct temperature. Whoever was just taking orders needs to fix her attitude, she was extremely rude in answering a couple basic questions!

They messed up my entire order. Only 1 out of the 4 drinks were correct and they took a very long time. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I ordered one drink, got a different drink so I came back in to tell them. I got attitude instead of help, and unless I spoke up I wouldn't have been helped at all. Never got to place an order. When I walked into the store, there were 6 employees, 1 doing drive-thru, 1 at the counter with a customer, 1 leaving and the other 3 were just hanging out and socializing. We were never acknowledged and after 5 minutes just decided to leave and go elsewhere. On our way out, the guy at the counter said, if you know what you want I can take your order. We just left. Needless to say I am not returning to this location. I cannot rate the coffee as we never were served. read more

These people are Freakin' fantastic, lines always move swiftly even through out the hype of traffic on weekdays and early morning commuters. I have to commend the young lady who took my order this morning, upon my final total and being asked to drive up, I realized my total should have been almost a $1 more than what I was informed. Once I approached the window, I said ma'am, I will not be cheating you today, my addiction normally cost $4 she said I made a mistake and pressed the wrong tea, so today you are going to get your Green Tea Lemonade for the quoted amount. Not only did she correct the mistake with the price, my cup just so happened to be bigger than normal also. I know you may be thinking, she writing this review because of the freebee's today, but you are far from correct. Wow, talk about busy....the car line was very long but didn't mind b/c I like to go in anyway. When I went in there were a ton of people who had ordered who were waiting for their drink but no line to order. When I walked up I noticed 3 associates in the corner in a huddle talking. Lucky for me I was just getting dark roast with room so I got my drink right away. When they handed me my coffee I looked over and the 3 were still talking. So they are very busy and 3 were working and 3 were talking.....not very good customer service. read more

Update: I rarely flip-flop on a review, but this latest experience was so amazing I just had to give them 5 stars. Although I really didn't want to, I recently went back after a friend of mine who lives in in the area told me their service had improved quite a bit. I decided to give them another shot (especially because it's the only Starbucks in Tomball and surrounding areas). I was amazed at the difference in service since my last visit there. (Has someone in charge actually been reading the Yelp reviews??). There was a long line of cars leading up to the speaker where you order; the orders were being taken very quickly so that line was moving quite fast. I got my deliciously hot coffee in record time - the entire process took less than 5 minutes and the place was hopping. The young man who took my order, etc. was experienced, professional and quick - as were the staff inside the store who were making the coffee. It was running like a well-oiled machine with maximum efficiency. Kudos to the manager and staff! I sure hope they keep up the great service!! read more

Rude little teenagers that work at this place. I couldn't hear the name called out and another customer also wasn't sure if my drink was hers. So I asked the first person that would make eye contact "this is [name]?" and the girl just said "I don't know I didn't call it out" and walked away from me. Most, not all, but most of the team is friendly and polite. There's this one older gentleman who is kind of a douche so know what you want if you're in his line because he will likely snap at you if you hem or haw over anything. Also, this location REFUSES to fix their Fizzio machine. It's been busted for going on 3 months. What business takes THREE months to fix their machine? They should just take Fizzio off of their menu. THREE MONTHS!!!! Sadly, this is only Starbucks in Tomball (that you can drive up to) so it's this or nothing. SMH. read more

This Starbucks is HORRIBLE. I work in a doctor office and our entire office order coffee 2-4 times a week from this Starbucks, and they can NEVER get everyone drinks correct. I have spoke with managers up to 5 times. Its not rocket science to follow an order that is typed up for you with step by step instructions. How hard is it to make a coffee with NO SUGAR light cream, instead you put extra SUGAR with No cream. Yall seriously need to get it together, or you will lose our business, and that's 50 orders for 1 week. read more

Ohmygosh! The employees at this store are so great and fun! If you go in when the night crew is there they always have fun music playing and they just look like they're having a good time. They're really attentive and always have the drinks out in a timely manner. Have been here before. My first time leaving a review today. This is not to be "that guys that gives bad reviews because I have to have it my way". I just ordered 2 coffees. Sat down as they were busy. But watched 3 customers who ordered after I did walk away with their drinks and than asked if my order was coming up. The response I got was,"the ticket machine broke so I don't know what your order is". I told her my order and got my drinks without a recognition I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my coffees. Granted this is not the baristas fault but customer service is lacking in the fact of sorry for the inconvenience of our error. I don't ask to be given anything free or a plea for forgiveness. A human quality of, " I'm sorry we had this inconvenience you." Well, I don't even like to leave reviews as everyone has an opinion but many times the little bad experiences never get to management to re-evaluate the good or the bad that is done. If I could give negative reviews for this Starbucks, I would. Not only are they as slow as molasses and take their sweet time with everything they do, but some of the employees are beyond rude. I love Starbucks, but I will never give my money to this location again because ordering coffee and asking them to do their job is very obviously an inconvenience to them. Went through the drive through this morning, Sunday 12/27/15 between 9-10am and the blonde working the drive through scolded us for ordering 6 drinks through the drive thru. Listen, I completely understand if you don't want to be slowed down and six drinks are a lot, but there is no reason to be rude and yell at my family to never order this many drinks through a drive thru again. Most places, if you happen to have a big order through a drive thru, they just kindly ask you to pull up and park and they bring it out as soon as it's ready. No, not here. This lady completely took out some serious anger and frustration on us and did not handle this situation even close to correctly. Oh, and did I also mention that she got the order wrong and we had to turn around and go back? Yeah.... Love Starbucks, but I would suggest a different location. Even going to the Starbucks in the Target down the street is a better option than This location.
