I love this Starbucks, located in the Nut Tree Area of Vacaville. They are right of West I-80 at Monte Vista in Vacaville, just past I-505. You might ask why do you love this place? I love this Starbucks because they get it right every single time. I stop here every time I commute to work, and my Americano is always done and done right. This Starbucks has plenty of parking, with parking lots on two sides. It is one of the more moderns Starbucks with the area to grab cool drinks or snacks on your way up to the counter. They have two restrooms, that are always clean, and the staff is super friendly. I had one occasion where someone grabbed my mobile order before I arrived. They were so kind, they made me another drink quickly instead of putting me in the back of the line for a redo. I have ordered Breakfast Sandwiches from this Starbucks, and they are always hot and ready to eat. For me, this Starbucks gets 5 stars for its location right off the freeway, the friendly service, and always getting my drink order right! read more

Starbucks are generally good in customer service. This location not so much, they kept messing up orders so what I thought was going to be a quick grab and go 30 mins later. I ordered something straight forward so there wouldn't be a prob, so I'm watching the lady make my drink and she literally put 90% ice in my drink. Horrible customer service. They got everything in my order wrong down to the name. They took care of about 10 orders that came in after me. And I asked about mine and the barista stated the receipt never printed out. Then she only did half of the order of frappuccinos and had zero straws. How do you run out of straws and not mention it to the customer as they order. Brought my boyfriends son here for an afternoon snack. He got a cake pop and instantly threw up while eating it. The cake pop was discolored inside, which I'm guessing was mold. Another Starbucks in Vacaville! To compete with the.. 5.. or maybe 6.. other Starbucks locations around this small town. But I'm not complaining, as long as they can make my drink the way it usually is and this one definitely did! The baristas were friendly and I was in and out with my drink in no time. Compared to the other shops, this location has the largest amount of seating with plenty of small tables and outlets available for getting some work done. There are also a few tables with large umbrellas outside and around the side of the store. The only complaint I would have is I absolutely hate the design of this parking lot. After Boudin and Chipotle opened across the lot, I've seen so many accidents from cars backing into each other because the parking lot itself is just too narrow. So just be extra cautious when you're driving, or park along the side of Starbucks. read more

Went in to get a tea and for a pit stop on the way home from Tahoe. I asked the seemingly nice kid with the long brown hair if he could please replace the toilet paper in the bathroom. He said he'd be right on it as he continued to talk to his coworkers. Another lady came in to use the bathroom too and I told her there was no toilet paper in either bathroom and that they were gonna replace it. After a few minutes I asked if he could please replace the toilet paper in both bathrooms as there was none. He rolled his eyes and got some toilet paper and said his shift was over and he couldn't do it. And handed me the toilet paper. When I was done replacing the toilet paper in the bathroom he was still there talking to his coworkers making some lame excuse about how some shift leader had the key to the toilet paper holder so he couldn't replace it. First time I've ever been told to replace the toilet paper myself at any establishment. EVER. PERIOD. Because I'm a small business owner I don't write bad reviews publicly. I just write an email if it's worth my time. Your employee pushed me to my limit. It was humiliating and he said I was rude for taking the toilet paper from him!!??? One of the better Starbucks locations in Vacaville to work from. I enjoy the decor and the multiple circular tables with most having close access to power. At this location is the Clover machine which can produce unique flavors through its brewing process. Personally, I still am not a fan of Starbucks beans when compared to smoother (less bitter) coffee shops. So today...I went into this Starbucks for the 4th time in as many weeks and asked for a Peppermint Mocha. That is all I ever order from Starbucks! Yes, I may be boring, but I am a GREAT customer! As he is saying that, the girl who I last talked to about this came out from the back. " Every time I come in here, you are ALWAYS out of peppermint and you ALWAYS tell me it will be in NEXT FRIDAY! This is getting ridiculous! I can go to any Starbucks and I want to come here! So what is the problem?" She tells me that every time she orders peppermint, it gets "zeroed" out on her order form! Well, maybe if I make a big enough stink about it Starbucks Corporate will get the idea and start giving them their peppermint for their customers!
