Due to the drive thru line of about 5 cars I decided to go inside to order. I ordered a cake pop for my nephew and a tall green tea lemonade. it took a while to take our order but then they waited on six cars before they attended to ours. I have never asked starbucks to remake a drink. The 1st Carmel frapp was awful. Nothing but ice and water taste. Asked the girl to remake another, the girl was VERY rude. This Starbucks has got to be the most irritating one I've ever been to. The line so always long, not a super big deal to me though. This Starbucks has made my drink correctly maybe once EVER! I get four shots of espresso over ice with almond milk and caramel drizzle. Seriously not complicated. They refuse to put any more than 2 oz of almond milk and forget the caramel half the time. The espresso is always burnt and watered down.... it's also the slowest drive thru I've ever been in. I happen to be near Starbucks on Goshen Ave in Visalia and decided to get a hot drink for myself and a cold one for my grand child. We went through the drive through due to my injuried leg . We sat in line for 30 minutes , finally got to window to order, another 10 minutes before we were given one drink. No explaination , "I am sorry we are making your drink right now " I finally honked to get their attention , the youth at window I felt sorry for because of volume of customers . We went through the drive thru a few weeks back traveling to see some friends. The store is in part of a small stand alone building in a parking lot with a larger strip mall. The drive thru is actually not that obvious when you first drive up on the store. But we went through the drive thru and all went well. We ordered coffee and water. The customer service was very good and we were satisfied. The order was accurate and the quality was as expected. We did not go in the store so I can't comment on much to be honest. My cousins and I decided to go to this location and we thought it was going to be a quick stop before our road trip, but it turned out to be extremely bad quality and disappointing. We ordered a vanilla bean frapp, it turned out partially blended and watered down with not enough vanilla in it. We also got a iced caramel macchiato, upside down with extra caramel, it came out hot first, and when it was remade it came not upside down and didn't have the extra caramel in it. We also ordered an iced coffee that tasted old and burnt. If my third cousin would have ordered anything else besides a black coffee they probably would've fucked that up too. The bathroom was also out of toilet paper and soap. This location is seriously lacking and you should take your business to a different location, don't even waste your time coming here.
