I had ordered a drink from a Starbucks near by and they gave me a black coffee with pumpkin foam. Hannah was so kind to make me a new one. I never return anything food item but I was completely dissatisfied with my drink. Jesus made me the perfect drink! The best customer service!! Love this Starbucks!! Baristas were unaware that I placed my order through the app and walked in right after. They began to discuss my order in front of me without being aware that I was standing there and were talking about "how disgusting" my order was. I always come to this Starbucks and I never receive this kind of ugly behavior from them. I'm so disappointed. Service was HORRIBLE. read more

I use to come here a lot!! The baristas use to be nice and friendly and know what they're talking about when it comes to what goes with their drinks. I came back for the first time again and the barista that works at the register seems like she doesn't know what goes with the one that always order. She started asking me questions. If its ok for me that they put 2% milk and regular milk? and if i want my sweet cream foam on the side? Im hella confusedI actually ordered Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato with extra Caramel and Sweet Cream foam on top. Idk but whatever goes with it Originally I guess?‍‍ At other Starbucks, baristas know what goes with the drink that i order but the barista here does not. I made her nervous though but she was nice. read more

Checked in recently to get a chilled delicious sparkling Water to refresh myself and Jacob was a terrific Barista! I do enjoy having a drink at Starbucks on a daily. Some days I just need one right in the morning or sometimes during the mid-afternoon. At any time of the day, I feel like I usually am pretty excited about getting or trying something new or seasonal. They serve different coffees and teas and even have bottled drinks for even quicker go drink. If you have a sweet tooth they have different pastries to order and that also depends on the season. The parking lot at this location just depends on the time you get here but recently since Covid it seems like you can find parking quite easily. This location doesn't have a drive through so you'll have to get down from your car. Fast service and the baristas are very friendly and super nice! I usually get an Americano or black coffee but sometimes I'll switch it up with some lattes made with coconut milk! I'm glad they have different dairy free options. Can't wait to also get that Irish cream cold brew! read more

Great location!! Baristas and friendly, fast and precise! I don't come to this location often but when I do some local shopping I like to come in. The location looks clean and organized. There is no drive-thru. There is some seating inside but some seating is available outside as well. People seem to enjoy the outside seating since the store is quite small. This location is next to a smoothie place so parking usually opens up quickly. There's a SchoolsFirst bank, Aldi grocery store, TJ Maxx and a Homegoods located in the same shopping center. A cross the street there's a McDonald's and Chick fil a for the kids if you have any. read more

My go to Starbucks near is. Everyone is always super friendly and I personally never had an issue. The AC is nice and strong and 2 restrooms to use. Keep in mind it's an air dryer so if you don't like touch the handles being some napkins with you. There's a place to study so it does get busy when it's finals/midterms since cal poly and mt sac is down the street. And lots of parking! read more

I ordered a cold foam cold brew through the Uber Eats app and they provided my drink to the driver unsealed/unbagged with a strawless lid. Considering we are in a pandemic you would think they would take more caution. I basically wasted my money because I can't drink this now. I don't know if it's been contaminated. I normally walk in to a up beat Starbucks employees Which one of them was "Cat" you cool. I felt so bad for her that she was getting attitude by Taylor. This guy had her working slower even after Cat asked him to help. With this in place clients are having to wait longer. Cat deserves a 5 starts note. I am sure she knows this. read more

I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks until visiting this place on Christmas Day. All locations don't take mobile order 6 am on Christmas Day except this place, so I ordered a salad and coffee through the app while came in at 6:20 am to pickup their store was closed. I went back the second day (12/26) and hoping they'd give me my order which I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR the previous day, Rachel the girl who works here refused even I showed her my receipt from the app, super rude and made me wait for a long time. I ended up paying again in the store to get my order. Just ridiculous and horrible customer service. WHAT KIND OF PLACE DON'T GIVE THEIR CUSTOMER THE ORDER THEY HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR?!!!! read more

This is my new go-to Starbucks. I like the fact that there's no drive-thru because there's less customers. Great customer service. The workers are friendly, nice, and welcoming. Commenting here more for those who are looking for a good work/study space. Overall, not a bad venue if you're able to find a seat. The place is decently spaced, with just enough seating inside, and outside seating when it's not too hot. Some days it can get very crowded, hence the 1 star reduction. Internet speed here is good and reliable. Never had any issues with the baristas. read more

I come to this Starbucks when I'm in the immediate area, and not in a hurry, but I don't typically prefer it because I actually have to get out of my car. I've grown accustomed to drive-thru Starbuckseses...so pardon me for being a snob =p Anyway, I usually stop by when picking up my kid from school or eating at pieology or L&L or Cappriotti's next door, but the no drive thru makes it less desirable for me, again, yes, that's how lazy I am. It gets pretty busy tho, because of it's proximity to the aforementioned restaurants nearby, plus it's on the way to the big freeway arteries. But because it gets kinda busy, you'll rarely find a seat inside, but there are plenty of seats outside, and even out in front of pieology next to the fountain. I've met with some friends here on occasion, and had a meeting or two that were work-related, and it was always pretty packed. Staff is always friendly and so far, has not messed up my order, both app orders and in-person. Usually, when placing an app order, our items are already waiting for us when we get here, so I really like that. Parking, parking right in front is always kinda tough, esp during busy times, but the parking lot is pretty big, and you can easily find a spot and take a 1-min walk over. read more

Instead of making me a new drink. They just poured out what they messed up on, poured in more oat milk and called it a day. Because of that I couldn't taste really any coffee and my drink had flavors of cinnamon in it due to their mess up. If I had more time I would have told them to remake it but I didn't. No tip this morning that's for sure. read more

Just because it's Starbucks so I am giving it 2 stars. I would give it zero star if this review is based on the barista. The baristas who made my drink was unprofessional as she had no smile, argues with the guy who questioned her how his drink was made, and she didn't shake my Starbucks iced double shot like other Starbucks barista did. When the guy questioned her way of making his coffee she simply responded with "this is how I make it". Well, it's Starbucks you work at and you should make it like how Starbucks want you to make it. Bad customer service from that specific barista, and yeah my drink was bad which prompted me to write this review. read more

Its Starbucks & I have yet to have a problem with this location. Its down the street from school, its in a great plaza & its surrounding area has a lot of restaurants. Parking is huge because it shares with a whole plaza BUT if you're looking for close right in front parking, then okay good luck, especially during peak hours. read more

This Starbucks is literally down the street from my school. With that being said, it is normally super busy and there tends to be nowhere to sit. So it is kind of hard to nab a spot if you're trying to sit down and hit the books. I always get great service here when I stop by. There is both indoor and outdoor seating but there is limited outlets. It is in the same complex as TJ Maxx and nearby complexes have an In-N-Out, Michaels, and a variety of other places. Super convenient location if you ask me. Overall this is a great place to get your morning coffee fix, but just be prepared to take it to go...unless you are lucky enough to get a seat. read more

Love Starbucks, I am there at least 4xs a week. I am there for tea, coffee, egg & cheese protein box and breakfast sandwiches for kids. If I could change anything it would be the salt an pepper packets in the protein box. They are moist an most of time can't use. read more

It would have been redeemed if the drink was tasty, but unfortunately the sesame was gritty and tasteless.

For the interior, they had a few seating they primarily accommodated a few groups of four and two. I was able to grab a bench seat that had an outlet. However, there wasn't enough space for my laptop and the items I ordered. WiFi was available but it had a 90 minute limit. The store had a moderate noise level and stayed busy throughout the time that I was there. The service on the order was quick and they do bring it out to you. The store also has their own house espresso which was a medium dark roast. American Express is accepted as a payment option here. Overall, it was a decent work spot. If I come back, I'd prefer to try another drink and hope other pastries are available. Would recommend the biscoff cheesecake for those that want something sweet and the house coffee beans for those that like medium roasts.

I want to say my favorite would be Matcha latte with variety of different milk. I don't know if I like the artificial banana flavor in the banana milk latte, but I definitely enjoyed their matcha flavor simple milk. The pastries are interesting. Sweet potato mochi is bomb, and the garlic bread warmed is really really good as the cream inside makes it so addicting.
