Ordered pickup and was confused when I came to what looked like a drive thru only location. You can actually drive to the back parking lot if you turn where the drive thru sign is. I've never been to a location with a pickup window before so I did a lap around the building trying to figure out where to grab my drink. PSA: there's a window facing the street with a door(window?)bell. You can order and pickup drinks from there. There is also a small, air conditioned room with limited seating next to the window. I was looking for a comfortable place to settle in, get some work done for a couple hours, and then catch up with a friend, but the setup felt much more geared toward quick orders and drive-through traffic than hanging around. That's not necessarily a flaw, just not what I was hoping for. I ordered a drink that ended up being way too sweet for my taste. In fairness, I picked something that couldn't be made with less sugar and they told me as much, so that's mostly on me. If you like sweeter drinks, it may be exactly what you're looking for. Maybe I could have chosen something else. Who knows ... As a Brazil resident, it was odd seeing "Brazilian lemonade." The Portuguese name translates directly to "Swiss lemonade," which is a real drink here in Brazil, also, but whatever. No points off for getting Brazil wrong. On the positive side, the order came out quickly and the staff were efficient. The flavor was *probably* good, underneath all the sugar, but I honestly couldn't tell. From the roast coffee to the matcha the quality of ingredients and attention to detail is perfect. From the coffee selection, I typically order the Vietnamese or House coffee. Both are strong and sweet, but I would say the House coffee is creamier. The Sea Cream Jasmine tea is always a staple and I enjoy the Matcha Soy as well. Trick: If you order on the app you can also see the expansive secret menu items as well! For this location, there is only one safe way into it, so it may require some turning depending on which one you're coming from. I've been to this 7 Leaves location a few times, and it's always a solid stop. The drive thru is super convenient especially when you're on the go. The only downside is that it's on a really busy street, so getting back out can be a little difficult during peak traffic. This time I ordered the Spanish Latte it was my first time getting it usually I get the Vietnamese coffee and it was so good. I love that you can actually taste the strength of the coffee instead of it being overly sweet. I placed an order through the mobile app. The pickup window is facing the street, but if you park be prepared to walk through their hallway seating area detached from the main building. My eldest daughter and I were in the Rowland Heights area. I remember there is a 7 Leaves Cafe within the vicinity. So here we are... This is actually an updated review. I went through the drive-thru instead of walking up. I got my favorite drink which is the Green Thai Tea with custard pudding and crystal boba. My daughter got the Strawberry Hibiscus Tea with crystal boba. Both with no ice. The drinks were amazingly refreshing and delightful. What I love about 7 Leaves is that they don't skimp on two inches of tea just because the customer asks for no ice. I know some boba places do do that. Thank you 7 Leaves for being true to your craft! Staff was super friendly and nice. Btw, they do have one restroom for use... it's located in the back of the shop on the outside. The only gripe I have about this place is its location. It is at the busiest spot on Fullerton Rd. Parking is very limited. You can't turn into it when you're heading south on Fullerton Rd. You can only turn into it when you're heading north on Fullerton Rd. Be prepared to wait for traffic to clear before exiting the premises. Good luck! read more

I've been to quite a few 7 Leaves in Socal now and for the most part each one of them is consistent with their drinks. What's different about this location however is when you're not doing drive through, you have to order from an outdoor window rather than going inside to order. They still have indoor seating but it feels quite disconnected. 7 Leaves was promoting this Brazilian lemonade drink so I decided to try it out. It was quite refreshing especially since it has been a hot week in the San Gabriel Valley. I liked it but I don't think it would be my go to. Would recommend it if you're wanting to try something new! I've noticed that all 7 leaves have pretty good customer service, but this place probably has the best one. I ordered two house coffees, easy sweet and it had the perfect taste. What I like most is, even though I usually order from the drive-through, which most people do at this location, I don't feel rushed and I'm always asked if there's anything else I needed. I've been coming to this location frequently since it's the closest one to me on my way to work and the drive thru window service has always been quick, easy, and hassle free. The only difficult part about this location is that if you are coming from Colima street, you have to make a left across a double yellow which can be difficult if there is oncoming traffic but that just be how it is sometimes haha. So far, this is my favorite location because the staff is so accommodating and informative about what is new and how to make the most of each visit. It wasn't until I came to this location that I: signed up for the app, used my leaves rewards for the first time, tried the house coffee (which is now my go to instead of just getting boba tea), got offered a healthcare worker discount for the first time, and claimed my first birthday rewards drink through the app. Even though I had difficulty with claiming my birthday drink on the app and there was perhaps a misunderstanding on my part of how to claim the drink, the employee was exceptionally understanding and got me my free birthday drink and I thought that really made the experience for me. I am familiar with the area due to several restaurants that I go to and when I found this 7 Leaves Cafe, I was pretty excited to see this one. This particular location has a drive thru service which is a plus. It's probably due to the location , but LOVE that they have it. However, because I wanted to check out the place, decided to get out of the car and place my order. There are parking stalls behind the building of this establishment. I walked inside the building and I was expecting a counter (like all the other 7 Leaves that I've been to) to place my order. To my surprise, orders are place outside of the building; a walk up window. They have a ringer, door bell type, in case no one is there to greet you right away. They have ample seating outside in front of the establishment as well as inside to the side of the building. I ordered my favorite, Sea Salt Jasmine Green Tea and as usual, made to my complete satisfaction. I was greeted in a nice manner by the employee who took my order. It was not busy at the time I went there, but based on the seating that they have, it looks like it could be on the weekends. A great place to hang out with friends. I've tried the: Sea Cream Jasmine tea, mung bean milk, assam milk tea, soy matcha, and the sunset passion. Most of these drinks are sweet and pretty yummy. I think the mung bean milk was a bit grainy, but to be expected from this kind of drink. You can ask for extra plum in the sunset passion for no extra charge.
