My husband tried the hot matcha latte for the first time, with oatmilk and sweet vanilla cream foam, and loved it--he gave it a 10/10. I got my usual iced matcha with oatmilk and vanilla sweet cream foam, and it was perfect as always. The service was great, and the drive-thru wait was only about 10 minutes. I ordered a drink, waited for quite some time while Ryan made drinks for the few cars going through the drive thru after me. It wasn't busy at all, it was 1 car every few mins. I watched people that came in after me get their drinks and food before me as well. I ended up asking for a refund, the person didn't even bother to ask if it's everything was alright. 3 workers in the store and only one making drinks one walking back and forth and the other chit chatting. I'll start by saying I'm not a fan of Starbucks and do not like visiting their establishment. That being said, my daughters wanted to go and they enjoyed themselves. My girls asked for two complicated drinks. A nice lady with a bunch of tattoos took their order and disappeared for a little while. I don't know if she was gathering ingredients or trying to figure out how to make the silly drinks, but maybe 5 minutes later, some guys handed them their $7-8 liquid mixes. My daughters let some of their siblings try to the drinks. Most of the family did not like the taste and found them off-putting, but a couple liked them alright. From what I can tell, going here is trendy or a status symbol among their peers, so they were excited to experience it. read more

Completely unprofessional cursing back and forth, some tall larger guy kept dropping the F bomb. Waited well over 20 minutes for my drink, one drink. I placed a mobile order here earlier in the morning for an iced coffee. Given that I used the app, the order was trackable. It was accurate, and my drink was made rather quickly. This Starbucks has ample parking, a large amount of both interior and exterior seating, and a fairly clean building. The staff greeted me upon entering and laid out the orders for customers to clearly see which one is theirs. This location has a drive-through as well. read more

Drink was sub-par, the fact that I actually paid extra for it (I'm assuming because it's in a mall?) is almost insulting. The staff here is great, it's Starbucks so there only so much I can share about it cause everyone has been here before I am assuming. If not try the Carmel ribbon Frappuccino ( icy blended drink ) I never had issues here, they are rather nice here and I like them way more than most locations I go to. read more

I was headed to a meeting at a business in this area, I'd been on the road for about an hour and a half but hadn't yet had a cup of coffee to wake me up. I was jonesing for a nice cup of coffee when I looked to my left and spotted it... Starbucks! Perfect!! This Starbucks is housed in a building along the outer perimeter of Wellington Green Mall, facing Forest Hill Blvd. This location has about 1/2 dozen tables and chairs out in front, and about 1/2 dozen more tables inside. Inside, this Starbucks is sort of triangle shaped and is long and narrow, not the most spacious one I've been in, but it did the trick. Their selection of pastries and cakes was good and they had USA Today, New York Times and this city's local newspaper available. This Starbucks has a drive-up window and when I arrived at about 10:30 they had at least 5 cars lined up, all waiting to be served. When I went inside, I was the fourth person in line. The staff were friendly, efficient and were cranking out coffee creations as fast as they could to fill all the orders. If this place was this hectic at 10:30, I don't know if I'd want to see how busy it gets during morning rush hour when everyone stops in for their coffee fix! read more

They're never consistent. I order the same coffee 1-3 times a day and I never get it the same way each time EVER. They take a lot of short cuts or just ignore ingredient instructions. My salted caramel cold brew is never exactly that it's always whatever whipped cream or sweet cream they have around they put on top. I'm only writing this because i sat here for 45 minutes waiting for my mobil order watching the associates talk and laugh with not only each other but more of their friends are standing at the counter just talking to them. On of the nicest Starbucks I've been to...in the terms of customer service. Everyone seemed to have a genuine smile on their face, like they really did enjoy their jobs. It was nice to see. Plus...in Florida, I they have a patio, apparently you can smoke on it, which can go either way for someone.
