I haven't been to this location often. My BFF was a shift supervisor years ago. Well today I cane in and Zaber took care of us (my BFF and myself) and Zaber was freaking amazing. We ordered than sat down to chat. She brought out our food and even went and grabbed our drinks and brought them over to our table. Very Rude Worker. My girlfriend and I were in there for one Venti Caramel Macchiato and some pastry's. She asked for extra caramel drizzle and one we didn't get one. I can understand forgetting and simply just putting some more in. She had to wait 10 minutes at the counter and when a worker with pink and brown hair saw her she gave her a very dirty look and ignored us. Aside from a very small parking lot, and some water bug awkward and tight location, in terms of the drive-thru, no real complaints here. Very typical Starbucks with a very friendly and decent staff. Haven't had a bad experience here. Like most Starbucks, though, you will have your days where your drink is spot-on and perfect and then you'll have your other days where you drive away and you can tell somebody didn't follow the recipe, was in a rush or just didn't care. I can't think of one Starbucks that I repeatedly visit that has any type of consistency. That isn't a blemish on Starbucks, but rather the fast food industry as a whole. You sort of expect to expect the expected, if you will. And, unfortunately, you never know what you're going to get. Would I go back? Yes. This is a local location that I stopped at occasionally. I haven't had a horribly negative experience there. One downside on the drive-thru is that, it's the type that "once you're in, you're stuck" design. This one is the nearest to the AMC, so we stopped by to have a beverage here. Great place. The staff is good. The overall ambiance is really good. With direct sunlight available from two sides, it's a great place to relax on a sunny day. Plenty of seating options inside with quite trendy chairs. They have a couple of low height but high-chair design chairs on the service counter which I haven't seen in any of the Starbucks I have visited till date. I absolutely LOVE the staff! From the minute my daughter and I walk thru the door, they automatically know what we want and how we want it, so all we have to do it tap and pay!!! Consistently the employees there will allow one person to serve the cafe customers while everyone else goes off and does "other" tasks. Tis the season ago for pumpkin flavored everything including Starbucks drinks! Starbucks released a new drink, Nitro Cold Brew with Pumpkin cream, along with the classic pumpkin spice latte. The first sip was delicious with hints of cinnamon on the foam but the more you drink it, I believe the flavor of the coffee is diluted by the pumpkin cream. I wonder if it was just how my drink was made, or if it is the nature of the drink. I believe the drink tastes a little more of cinnamon then pumpkin, but everyone to their own. If you are looking for a less sweet version of the PSL, then this might be the drink for you. read more

This is THE slowest Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. You will not find another Starbucks anywhere that is slower. Expect to wait anywhere from 15-35 minutes for your order on average. I'd recommend going just about anywhere else in the area for coffee that 1. isn't $7 a cup and 2. doesn't force you to wait an astronomical amount of time to receive said cup of coffee. read more

Who doesn't love Starbucks...unless you're thoroughly against big business?! I can appreciate that mentality, but they're no WALYWORLD! I love my neighborhood Starbucks! The people there are ridiculously friendly. I have to say going there is my guilty pleasure and it happens every day. My son (and dogs) get tons of attention! He loves going to see them...he even tells me when he's ready to go sometimes! My drink of choice is an iced soy cinnamon dolce (or pumpkin/gingerbread if in season) chai. I NEED IT!!! The new cake on a stick, wow. Had the birthday one and thought I was in heaven! I did a fund raiser for a Hamilton, OH homeless shelter by selling coffee in my driveway in the dead of winter just before Christmas. When I talked to the manager, Debbie, about what I was doing, she gladly offered to donate the coffee and all the amenities toward my cause. We made over $200.00! Thank you Debbie!! Your typical Starbucks. I mostly visit when placing a mobile order that I pick up at the end of the counter. In the two years, I've been visiting this location the service has been consistent and I don't recall my order magically getting lost like at other locations. Inside the seating is right up next to the line, so if it's a busy time of day you could have other customers along your table waiting to order. You'll find folks from local cops working the beat, rushing commuters, and teleworkers at this location. Five stars after visiting on Christmas Eve morning and receiving great service. My first words to the staff were "Good Morning. Thank-you for working today" They were the same perky selves, maybe a tad more pleasant since there didn't seem to be a morning rush. Decided on trying something new, the Eggnog latte. Which was ok. As I was deciding, they did offer to make something new if I didn't like it. I took the opportunity to mention that if Starbucks didn't remove my favorite holiday spiced flat white from the menu this would be so much easier. I have been to this Starbucks a few times without issues, but this morning was pretty disappointing. I had placed a mobile order for a drink and food item. I got the drink fairly quickly, but stood there for an extra ten minutes waiting for the food item. After ten minutes, I asked about the food item. They told me it was out of stock. I can say that service here is always super fast and friendly from our experiences. The baristas even go the extra mile in making you aware of special deals going that you might not know about so you can get the most out of your dollar. Pretty consistently bad service here. There always seems to be something. I thought it would be a good day seeing as there was only one car in front of me however they still took forever, they also never have a bag when multiple items of food are purchased, so I always have to ask for one, and then when I got to work and look in the bag, I find the egg bites just in the smaller bags as well, not on the trays they typically come on, so they were all stuck to the inside of the bags with spoons. Not sure who manages this location, but they either have never worked at Starbucks or food at all, or they literally do not care. Dropped my husband off at the LA Fitness and was looking for some real coffee -have not had a good cup in a few days. After not being able to find it when the GPS clearly says I have arrived at my location - I called from across he street San was finally able to spot it. Had to drive through the parking lot of another restaurant to get to it and once inside I found out that they were not a "fresh market" when I asked for the yogurt and fruit parfait. Like I was supposed to know what the term "fresh market" meant and she didn't want to tell me what that was until I asked!! Then when I asked where the next Starbucks was at she did tell me another location but said they are not a "fresh market" either so that one or any others in the area wouldn't have it. I've going thru the drive thru at this Starbucks almost every weekday for the last 3 months. They have only messed up my order twice, and on both of those locations I got the right drink but the wrong size. I've never been inside yet, but it looks like they stay pretty crowded in the mornings. Despite how crowded they are inside and the lines at the drive thru, they keep things moving quickly. My only suggestion for Starbucks would be to put a list of the baked goods available at the outside drive through. They may have three different types of bread inside, but only one listed at the drive thru. Let's put those challkboards outside to better use. read more

I love this Starbucks. I stop here on my commute to Dayton from Cincinnati and it's perfect. The staff are pretty quick and very friendly. Starbucks should be proud of them because I don't like to flatter Starbucks employees. But how can you not flatter the employees who treat you exceptionally well on your first visit, and every visit thereafter. Whether it is redeeming a free gold drink reward and letting you know about all of your options, or just getting through the line quickly and making sure your order is right the first time. As far as Starbucks go, this is a good location. They almost always get my order right, and are reasonably fast and friendly.
