My fiancé got the iced sweet cream latte and absolutely loved it! smooth, perfectly balanced sweetness, and the espresso was top-notch. I went with the iced Americano topped with banana cold foam, and wow, it was a game changer! The banana foam was creamy, flavorful, and not overly sweet, pairing beautifully with the bold espresso. Both drinks were prepared and refreshed us instantly. The only minor downside is parking, which can be a bit tricky, but the location is clearly thriving with tons of foot traffic and business out front, so it's totally understandable. Once you're inside, the excellent drinks and friendly service more than make up for it. Parking is somewhat limited, but once inside, there was plenty of seating and lots of natural light. It wasn't very busy when I visited, so I was able to order and receive everything pretty quickly. I ordered the Breakfast Sliders and Einspanner Matcha. If you're coming here hoping for a Community Goods alternative, I don't think it quite lives up to that comparison. The Einspanner Matcha was very milk and cream-forward. Even in the photo, you can see that most of the drink is milk and cream with a relatively small layer of matcha in between. It's unfortunate because the matcha itself actually had a good flavor, and I think a stronger ratio of matcha to milk and cream would have made the drink much better. The Breakfast Sliders had good flavor as well, but the buns were toasted far too much during my visit. The edges were so crispy that they practically fell apart as I ate them. The idea is definitely there, but I would have preferred a much softer and fluffier bun, especially for this style of breakfast slider. Community Goods is a pretty high standard for me, so I don't necessarily expect another cafe to replicate it. Even judging Inc Coffee Roasters on its own, though, neither item was particularly memorable for me. It's not a bad option if you're already in the area and want a quick drink or bite, but there are a few things I think could be improved before I'd go out of my way to come back.

The friendly staff on Saturday afternoon indicates that they may have regulars that come through. They spoke to a few people as if they have known them awhile. When I walked up to the cashier, I was greeted with good energies. After eating enough pretzels and beer to keep me full, I only came in for a cold brew to take as I drive home. The wall has their regular menu but if you look at the paper menu hung at eye level by the cashier, you will see their currents specialties. I ordered the hazelnut Kyoto cold brew and it was simply amazing- smooth, balanced and not too sweet. I will definitely be back if I am ever in the area.

I forgot to adjust the sweetness but that wasn't needed at all! When I took the first sip without the straw, I had a lot of black sesame notes as there was actual black sesame topping on the cold foam and the strong bitter coffee taste. Then I mixed it with the straw and omg, it was a really nice balance of strong, delicious coffee and a nuttiness from the black sesame. SO GOOD. We both enjoyed it a lot! Based on our experience from just the black sesame coffee, the boba must also be very good. We will be back to try their other drinks in the future!

When I do get donuts, I usually go for the chocolate Long Johns or the custard malasadas. Both are tasty!

The windows between the customers and the staff were splattered with stains of previous drinks. The shared bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, and doesn't feature paper towels (an employee even walked out with wet hands). On top of that, when I received my drink, I noticed it was a bit more sweet than I liked and asked if they could modify it. The staff looked at me, paused and said "ummm....yeah". They did fix it, but felt very odd, especially when Tastea has on its menu that they would gladly fix any drink. The drinks were the saving grace of this experience.

Located in a big shopping center, this one has plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about finding a place to park and it does have a drive-thru so that makes it easy. Now it was pretty early in the morning, around 7:00 a.m., I would have thought it would have been busier on a Saturday but there was a few people outside and a couple people inside so my order process was super quick. As I've said many times before, it's the people behind the counter that make the difference and this place was nice. Friendly, always greeted with a smile, and just generally helpful. Even though the drive-thru was fairly busy, they were able to get my order out in a pretty quick amount of time. Which is always nice, especially if you are on the run or going somewhere. Bottom line? It seems like you can't throw a rock down the street and not hit 15 Starbucks, however, when you find a good one it definitely should be added to your list. This one is definitely added to my list of will return to again.

When you think of Starbucks, you might imagine cozy interiors and the smell of freshly brewed coffee. But the Starbucks on goldenwest is no ordinary cafe, it's like the Rebel Without a Cause of coffee shops - all drive-through and outdoor benches, no indoor seating. As I stood at the outdoor counter, I ordered a flat white, hoping for a quick caffeine fix. Oh, how naive I was! My coffee took so long to arrive, I could've grown, harvested, and ground my own coffee beans in the meantime. Meanwhile, the cars in the drive-through were whizzing past like they were on the Autobahn. It was like watching a tortoise and hare race, except this time, the hare was winning and the tortoise was stuck sipping an imaginary flat white. The staff? Bless their hearts, they knew they were slower than a sloth on a lazy Sunday. They were apologetic, sure, but not particularly friendly or engaging. It felt like a missed opportunity in customer service, like serving a cake without the icing. if you're in the mood for a drawn-out coffee experience where you can contemplate life, universe, and everything else, this Starbucks location is perfect. But if you're after speed and efficiency, stay in your car and join the fast lane. Just remember, patience is a virtue, and in this case, it might just be rewarded with a flat white... eventually. read more

This occurred 10/13/2014 at 11:00 AM Went to the drive-thru and ordered two venti iced vanilla coffees, one drizzled with caramel and one without and as well as one tall iced vanilla coffee, drizzled with caramel. The employee misheard our order and I hadn't realized that until I drove up a little. Then when I got to the window to pay, I tried to tell her that I got three drinks in total after she handed the first coffee to me. Instead, the woman at the register interrupted me saying that there was another drink coming and that she didn't hand it to me yet. So I said again that a venti iced vanilla coffee was missing. She proceeded to add that in the order and then soon after that, I reminded her that there was no caramel drizzle in that one. She said that the drink was already made and handed it to me. I was being as polite as I can as so I just accepted it and drove away. I've worked in the food service industry before so I know what it's like when you get an order with a customer wrong. What she should have said was, "I'm sorry, let me get you another drink without the caramel drizzle" or something along the lines of that. This experience was surprising because I've always expected high quality customer service when it comes to Starbucks. read more

At this Starbucks location, I am consistently impressed by the fast and exceptional service they provide. Placing my orders on the app for pick-up has been a breeze, and the majority of the time, my drinks are ready within 5 to 10 minutes, which is incredibly convenient. Of course, during busy weekend mornings when the store gets crowded, there have been a few exceptions to the speedy service, but that's understandable. One thing that sets this Starbucks apart is the delightful surprise of receiving unexpected free treats. It's a thoughtful gesture that always brings a smile to my face. The staff at this location are wonderful and truly add to the positive experience. They greet me with a big smile, making me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. While they do have a few outdoor tables suitable for small group gatherings, I agree that this Starbucks might not be the ideal place for working. ZERO STARS!!! This location sucks. They have given me the wrong order 3 times. I thought I would try one more time. I went this morning around 9:30. I ordered $19.90 worth of drinks and when I got to the window I gave the girl a $50. She refused to take my money saying they didn't have the change. I tried to remind her how much my order was but she refused. I took my money back and left. Came home and called to speak to her manager. Some douche named Jeremy got on the phone and proceeds to let me know how giving me "that amount of change" would have messed them up the rest of the day. I asked if there were any signs up saying they will not except bills larger than $20. He said no, then I asked wasn't it more of a waste to make $20 worth of drinks that now will just go to waste? He said with attitude, " why are you patronizing me". Huh? What? I had to laugh and hung up. I have observed a decline in the quality of service at this location over the past two years. On October 27, 2025, at approximately 3:10 pm, I encountered two employees, one of Asian descent and the other of Hispanic descent, who demonstrated a lack of willingness to fulfill my request for something I had already paid for. Despite my previous payment, they were unwilling to provide the item, leading me to return the drink and request a refund. The Hispanic female and Asian female employees displayed a lack of sympathy and customer service skills, which was disappointing. It is concerning that they did not seem to value customer loyalty, as I am a frequent customer who spends approximately $300 per week at Starbucks. Furthermore, their actions may have violated store policy, specifically the protocol for handling drinks that have already been handed to customers. The Hispanic female employee's actions may have also breached health policies. read more

Nice drive-thru, fast service. Today was kinda busy cause of President;s Day and the fact that it was a hot day so my friends and I ordered from the walking through side and they were really friendly and very informative about the drinks. I have to say this is one of the best Starbucks I know. The facility is super clean and the staff has the most outgoing personalities. They always make you feel at home and the sales aspect is awesome. The staff is always up selling. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and all Starbucks fans. Awesome place! read more

At first I thought this was some sort of compact car drifting course, only to discover this is the way that they manage the traffic going to Dutch Brothers. That alone should tell you about the popularity of this place. I chose to do the walk-up window, and was greeted within moments by young guy that took my order. Very friendly. Very fun, and chatty. Really made the experience. Awesome. I ordered a cold vanilla latte and a poppy seed lemon muffin top. My order was up in less less than 3 minutes, again, completely impressed. Bottom line? I have never been to a Dutch Brothers that did me wrong. Everything about this is a five-star event. If there's one near you, and you haven't gone, you need to rectify that situation immediately!
