I love love this Starbucks location until today. Everyone there is SO NICE, but unfortunately, drive-through lady was very rude to me today. She has blonde hair, maybe in her 40s, my drive-through was on August 12 at 9:39 AM. I've been here over 20 times using drive-through, I've never had anyone ask for a tip? Usually I just scan and I'm good to go. Today I scanned, and then on top of that she asked to tip showing me the machine? And on top of that, she looked on how much I tipped her.... obviously I didn't wanna be rude so I tipped her a dollar. But that never happened to me? I asked for extra Srirachas, I will upload a photo of how she gave me my Srirachas. She's taking peoples money, and she took my Sriracha and threw it in my bag where the food was inside... usually everyone that worked here put it in a separate bag. I really do not like to complain, but this was very unacceptable I will include photos. Now I'm hoping I won't get her when I'm using the drive-through.... I'm still giving it a four star because everyone there is so sweet just minus one star because of the lady! read more

Every time we go to Starbucks, my son wants his chocolate milk. He's not a fan of the mocha syrup, so he always gets the Horizon chocolate milk carton. Unfortunately, this location has stopped carrying them. Just a note to self (and other mommas with toddlers): they used to have them, which was awesome since we frequent this Starbucks. That said, everything else has been great. The drive thru is quick, and since this location doesn't have an inside café, they've done a nice job accommodating guests with outdoor seating. There are cement tables and benches, plus a few cute café tables. It's shaded, which is nice. Customer service is great, drinks and food are great, and the drive thru is fast. read more

The service at this location is awful most of the times they don't make the drinks right I went there yesterday had a really bad experience with Holly she was rude to me from the gate for no reason I just asked her if she can make me a brown sugar Venti but I told her I wanted Light Ice and to just make it the right way because I know they leave a little space on the top of the drink and basically rip you off for your drink cuz then it's not even a venting at that point when I asked her if she could just make it the right way and it's okay to leave it a little bit room at the top just make sure that it's light ice she then flipped out on me and then she said when I came to the window I've never heard anybody ever say that in my entire life with a big old attitude and she was actually shaking like she was really pissed off about it I didn't understand why that would piss somebody off and then she said next time if you come you need to say this and don't say that I thought she was really really rude and I've never experienced that much rudeness from that place all's I've only experienced with them not making my drinks right but after she was rude to me like that and shaking while telling me I just told her honestly to f*** off I'm not going to spend my money somewhere where people treat me that way alls I know is her name was Holly she was blonde and the way she was shaking like that and the way she had big old gaps in her teeth made me think she was a meth head read more

I love coming to this location because it was near my college. I remember I would come here to get their waters one time along with their free pastries from last year. Today, I got the strawberry acai lemonade refresher. I personally love this drink with no berries & light ice because it tastes tart, fruity, and delicious. I would give this drink a 5/5 it's so good to the point this is my go to drink. Also, their water is free in any size, so that's very convenient for me. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. The store is small so it's like a grab & go, but they have outdoor seating. There is plenty of parking at this place. I would definitely come back here if I need some refreshers or Frappuccino. read more

And they wonder why people do not tip? This location does not have consistency when it comes to serving iced coffee. I always ask for "light ice" and sometimes it is light ice and other times like tonight there is over 80% ice in my cup AFTER I finish drinking it. My Venti has the equivalent of less than a tall. The last tip I left a week ago was $20 on a $6 dollar order. I gave them $1 tip today...then find out that they over iced my drink. I sepcifially ask for "light ice" not "extra ice". SUMMARY I go to this Starbucks (even though there's 3 closer Starbucks) because I always walk away feeling good about purchasing with them. REVIEW This is EASILY the BEST Starbucks in the area. There's another one closer to me (but their coffees taste burnt for over two years now). Not this one--this Starbucks is consistent with their coffee and their service. The foam was NOT chocolate foam, and the guy at the counter even had the audacity to gaslight me into thinking it was. He said, "That's how we make it here, the chocolate sauce is at the bottom. That's why it's look like that." I've ordered this customized matcha latte at three different Starbucks locations, I know what it should look like. This is my neighborhood location and boy, am I THRILLED for that! It's a drive through and walk up set up with some tables outside in a small patio area. Every single employee that has helped me here has been excellent and friendly. They are so consistent with their level of customer service I am hesitant to go anywhere else. Lately my favorite drink is the brown sugar shaken oat milk espresso with cinnamon dolce and vanilla sweet cream. Stopped by to ask for ice and was told it is. I longer allowed to provide. Starbucks needs to rethink their customer service. I said but you can actually provide ice And the barista Mykayla then said I am refusing to give you ice. We also needed to use the restroom, but were not allowed. She did provide ice after, the new policy allows this inconsistent behavior. If you are implanting a new policy, training in customer service should also be added. This will be my new Starbuck location. The shop is small by cozy. My wife and I usually get the Vente Iced Caramel Macchiato with Soy (upside-down) with an added shot of expresso every morning. This is a nice location, very different look than all others. I love the dark wood and plants, modern and organic, very pretty. Service was great, this is a walk up and drive thru only, not an issue since the only time I get Starbucks is when I am in a rush. Very fast and efficient, tea tasted great. Not a huge fan of their coffee, their coconut milk mocha macciato is tasty and the blond espresso is a bit less bitter and easier to drink. One of the better locations, but I would still rather get coffee elsewhere for a better quality and tasting product at the same price. read more

I came here at 6:15 to work on my laptop (I'm self employed, Content Social Media Queen -- look me up) because other coffee shops close early. I was pleasantly surprised by the sweet staff. There was an employee on his break and he was drinking a coffee. I asked him what it was and he basically concocted it himself because he's a freaking genius. Most Starbucks employees are. Anyways long story short, just ask for the Joeseph special if you really want something delicious this holiday season. I don't know exactly how it's created but there is some vanilla, some toasted white mocha. Some cinnamon. And some other magical ingredients. It kinda feels like you're sitting by the fire on a cold winter's night while sipping it. The flavor is light, fluffy and delicious. I'll be back soon! Yesterday I was running a little late andI got to the speaker asked for my mobile order they said they didn't have it. I checked the app and sure enough, I ordered at the wrong location. I was sad but they were able to help me at the speaker place a new order and also communicated that I should call the store so they can cancel the order. When I got to the window, I was greeted with someone who was so kind enough to hand me the drink because he knew how frustrating and disappointing the situation can be. I wanted to pay because I just didn't feel like it was anyone else's fault. But he insisted I just take it. There are 2 windows on the opposite side of the building; one for drive-thru and the other is a walk-up. There is plenty outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine and dark wood and plants give off a welcoming and warm vibe. My coffee was quick and service was average. I love love love drive through services and this one definitely has that, with plenty of maneuvering space (as opposed to some other locations). But, I wanted to go IN today, as in INSIDE, and there is NO inside! This all distressed wood exterior location has only an outside window where you order your drink and food items. There is outdoor seating, large concrete picnic tables, so it's shared seating. There is one restroom outside, no key necessary. There is a large shared mini mall parking lot, finding a space for your vehicle isn't a problem like some other SB locations. My food and drink were to my liking but I miss the hanging out part of the experience in what is normally like a shared living room, with music and comfy chairs and conversation. I love Starbucks! I use to be so addicted that I literally spent $150 in one month. I had to stop but every now and then I stop to get a quick drink. The service is pretty good. I love their popcorn it is so addicting! Their water is bomb too!!! I always ask for a Venti size water! It is free! Some places randomly charged me for it though. Kind of weird. My order always comes out pretty fast too. I have tried many drinks but my go to drinks are: 1. Vanilla Bean Frap with whip cream and caramel drizzle 2. YAY!!! This location JUST OPENED like less than a week ago. I always shop at the Fresh & Easy here, so I was definitely curious when they tore down the previous coffeeshop that was here (Daily Grind or something). Anyway, I saw the "Starbucks Coming Soon" signs go up a few months back - and thought how convenient it would be to have a Starbucks so close to my house (actually the Edinger/Sher one is closer, but has more traffic going to/from). This location has a very contemporary architecture. Another plus - DRIVE-THRU! You don't have to run in and grab your stuff anymore - you can order your coffee and get your coffee in the comfort of your car! IMPORTANT : This location *DOES NOT* have interior seating. Most of us are the grab and go type, but for those who like to take your laptop with you and browse the internet, there is no interior seating here. There is ample outdoor/patio seating, but nothing inside the cafe. You order at DRIVE-THRU OR the walk-up window. Considering the space before this one was built, there isn't much room to begin with, so they did a great job with what little space they had. I get a very simple drink thats hard to mess up - Very Berry Hibiscus No Water - and the baristas have so far done a great job making it - not sure if they're new or transferred from another location. Will try seeing how they make one of my favorite but slightly more complicated drinks at a later time. Parking is ample. This shopping center has great treasures - Dollar Tree, Fresh and Easy, Freight Tools - the State Farm office here is awesome as well (no I don't work for them, yes I buy my auto insurance through them). This Starbucks location has one of the WORST customer services! ... I REALLY hope management does something about this QUICKLY before they start losing more customers like they just lost me. Tonight (Tuesday 9/22/20 at 8:45pm) a female employee on the heavier side, with dark hair (wearing a bun) who was working the drive-thru window was INCREDIBLY rude to me while she was taking my taking order! ... I had already driven a long way to get to this Starbucks location in the first place, and I was way too exhausted after a super long day of work to drive to another location, so therefore that's the ONLY reason I stayed. It was also too late to even bother arguing with this clearly miserable individual, which is why I opted not to do so! She RUDELY corrected my order (when btw, SHE was the one in the wrong! - so someone clearly needs to RE- teach HER the menu). AND her overall attitude was SUPER rude to me! ... I wish I would have asked for her name to report her more properly, but hopefully this is just enough information to do so, and for someone to talk to her and let her know this was wrong to do, and to NEVER do this again to other customers! ... if she is so miserable working in customer service, than someone NEEDS to suggest another career path for her take because she is clearly not cut-out to deal with people with her RUDE attitude making customer feel uncomfortable like she made ME feel! read more
