I did not think it was possible for an internet & phone service provider to get any worse but now it has become obvious that they are now incorporating 3rd world type of customer service. And believe me, this is not an exaggeration by any means. They are specifically trying to deceive their own customers in order to keep you putting money into their pockets. It's impossible to get a real person on the phone unless you happen to find the number that they do not want you to have. And then they will try to get you to believe that they need to help you by getting you to hang up and promising to call you back but they purposely don't call you back. I have 2 apps on my phone for Xfiniti and neither one of them works properly. You cannot get into your own account and the reason is because they do not want you to be able to find out how much time you have left on the contract that you signed when you accepted their new free phone. As an example, AT&T will offer you a less expensive service but you need to know how many more months you have left on the current contract with XFINITY/Comcast but they put in place road blocks so you cannot find out. And if you leave too soon, they will hit you with additional fees for breaking the contract you signed when you accepted the free phone. As you know, you are wasting your time trying to get through to their customer service office but this is the phone number that will get you to a real person. But they will do everything they can to make you feel as if they are helping you when they are trying to share as little information as possible. Once I leave, I am never going back to these professional scammers. We are supposed to have a Customer Protection Agency but they simply take monetary gifts to look the other way. Xfinity/Comcast is an embarrassment to the term "Customer Service." This is the number to reach a real person but they are are very schooled in how to "NOT" help you. 1-888-936-4968 And those surveys that allow you to give a review. That's only there to provide the illusion thattheyu care about their customers. THEY DON'T CARE....

We had COLE from Verizon fix everything! Omg....He had to fix so much of our account and guess what.... We learned our lesson.... Never leave Verizon to save a few bucks cause it ain't worth it!!! They ripped us off by selling us GOTW3 internet service. After signing up, GotW3 stopped delivering the service. More than 5,000 people were ripped off by GotW3, and South Hill continues to sell their service. GotW3 sold the service, stopped delivering, explained it would be fixed, strung their customers along saying if we got tired of waiting, they would do a full refund any time. When we did cancel, they refused any refund. We are starting a class action suit against gotW3 and will post the link here if you were ripped off too.

When I asked Travis (owner) to help, I was told that I am on my own and to call Centurylink. So the business view, is to take the commission earned from the sale, but not to support the customer. Buyer beware!! It appears that I will be forced to go back to Xfinity. I would never have switched if it wasn't for the internet cost reduction. Now it looks like I will be stuck paying even more for TV and internet.
