My internet has been down for 3 months. Only me in a private neighborhood of 22 people. Someone random person that does not live in our neighborhood dug up one spot to my line, broke it, buried it and left. I have called constantly, every time "Your technician will be there the next day or 2 days" Every time NO SHOW! *10 or more appointments with no show. *requested to talk with management, they are always on the phone and never call me back. *contacted Lumen their parent company. No help I am about to have my neighbor bring his tractor up, dig the hole then my brother in-law and I will splice the damn thing ourselves! I made a appointment on the 16th of this month to have internet installed in my building. They gave me a huge run around even getting that far. The 16th came and no one showed. I didn't get a email till 9:30 at night telling me they weren't coming. I call the next day and after two hours they finally set me a new appointment for today.... I called to confirm this morning and they told me he would be here at 8pm... a little invasive but whatever. They said he will call a hour before he makes his way here, their services online claim to end at 5pm. No one has called at all. I've received no messages both text or e mail... so again I take another day off from work for absolutely nothing and no one even had the nerve to let me know they aren't showing up. Needless to say I will be reporting this to the fcc as well and will not be getting any services from this company ever. Absolutely not worth the run around and dealing with their crap. ​ read more

Service was fair but my issue is when I thought I called and canceled. On the 12 th of the month I called to cancel service I was told it would end the 24 th as usual. Ok. So on the 3 rd of the next month I'm billed for a full month I call and Nichole informs me they shut it off 26 th Not my fault so now I must wait for a new closing bill 7 to 10 days but I owe for those 2 days. Hmmm there error I pay extra plus the whole 67.00 bill they just billed and pull directly from my account she tells me I will be credited back So century link uses old computers or something that they are running so far behind. I totally understand covid wait time..but why is it that century link's sales can answer the phone super fast and customer service is about and half wait time? Ok they say customer services call volume is more. Why is it century link cannot please hire more people for this. Us customers have limited time to wait on hold and then get hung up on no return phone call and wait another hour and 19 mins for help!
