There's so much hype around this bagel place, from yelpers and guy fieri.... Is the hype real?!? YES!!! Great service and even better bagels and schmear! I will come here every time I'm in Dallas.

Went again for a second try, I really wanted to try their coffee again & I loved it. It's consistent and good nice service, pretty quick too! Next time I'll be trying their food loved the vanilla iced latte with oat or almond milk.

Ordered the 30 Bagel + 6 Schmear box for the office and these were a total hit! My coworkers were excited to try these and provided rave reviews. The price was pretty fair in my opinion. I do want to mention though that even though the preordering website advertises "skipping the line," I still had to wait in line with everyone else even though I had scheduled a preorder pickup. Just a heads up to plan accordingly.

We came right before close- which meant the bagels were already picked over. I wound up getting the salt bagel. Not my first choice but WOW! I'm so glad I did! It was so delicious, sprinkled with crisp Maldon salt and nice and crusty. Absolutely delicious. I saw a girl with just a buttered bagel and thought she was crazy since there is so many topping choices, but once I tasted the bagel I realized they really don't even need anything else. Next time, I'm def trying her way too. Service was easy and nice even though it was almost closing time. Sitting in the sun eating your bagel is a great way to spend your time in Dallas. If you're in the area, stop by 100%

A Pretty Good Bagel Shop, But Not Quite Worth the Hype... After hearing so many people rave about Starship Bagel, namely my husband, we decided to finally give it a try -- and we really went out of our way to do it. We drove about 40 minutes to get there, and once we arrived, we had to park pretty far away because there was basically no parking anywhere close. By the time we made the long walk and finally got in line, we were definitely hoping the experience would match all the hype. The bagels were fresh with a nice chew, and the flavors were decent. Everything we tried was perfectly fine, just not the standout, "you have to go here" level we kept hearing about. We didn't get any of their sandwiches, just bagels and smear. Garlic, salt and everything. None were anything to write home about. What really threw the experience off, though, was when another customer grabbed my order off the counter thinking it was theirs, thumbed through my food, and then just set it back down. When I pointed it out, the worker didn't seem to care at all -- no apology, no remake, nothing. It definitely took away from the overall visit. In the end, it was an okay spot with some good qualities, but between the long drive, the parking situation, and that awkward moment with my order, it just didn't feel worth the hype. Probably fine if you're already in the area, but not something I'd go out of my way for again.

I'll be dreaming about these bagels until my next time in Dallas. I was strolling around the area and came across Starship Bagel, located by the big eyeball in Dallas, you can't miss it. I kept noticing how it got so much traction from people on their breaks/also strolling the area, and I decided to give their egg bagels a try. And let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by how delicious my toasted bagel was. I order the egg bagel with scallions cream cheese and it was perfect. I was delighted by every bite, so much so, that my coworker and I ran back before they closed so she could order the same thing. I'm not from the Dallas area, so I ordered 10 bagels to go and the owner graciously threw in more bagels for me to try and share with my coworker. Thank you so much to the Starship bagel team. Excellent customer service! I can't wait to come back to Dallas just to be reunited with these bagels. Perfectly toasted, they had a nice bite, delicious flavor that reminded of the bagels I used to buy as a kid in Brooklyn. Starship is also located in a perfect area where you can sit and bask in the perfect atmosphere. Can't wait to come back and try their eggything bagels.

Nikki and Pat are absolutely the best! Great recommendations and super friendly! A real NY feel with a few tables to sit and eat outside! Great iced latte and bagels! And a morning special from 7-8am (bagel and coffee for $5)

We came here on a weekend morning and there was a steady line of customers. They do the orders in the order they are made, and so even if you have a simple bagel, your order might take longer behind someone ordering 10 sandwiches, which is what happened to me. I ordered the everything bagel with chive cream cheese and it had so much flavor. The bagel had so many spices on it and it was the perfect everything bagel. It was soft on the inside and somewhat crunchy on the outside. I asked how the olive cream cheese was and she let me Sample it, which was pretty good overall as well - tasted like olives mixed in with cream cheese. My partner from New York said it was pretty good for a bagel in Texas. Overall this place is solid and there are about 4-5 small tables in front of the stand (there is no indoor seating). Would recommend this place, which seems to be a small chain around at least the Dallas, Texas area.

Truly the best bagels I've ever had--definitely lives up to the hype! The best combo was pretzel bagel with honey almond cream cheese. The basil cream was a close second, so so savory and flavorful! The pickled jalapeño cream cheese was also good, but didn't taste too pickled. I would recommend taking the dart or walking to this location since parking is difficult. There is also only outdoor seating, but the area is very nice!

Average bagel. Don't know what all the hype is about. The actual bagel was fine, online ordering a lot of items were sold out but when you got there it seemed they had them. Got the Supernova - barely any lox in it - I could hardly even see it, looked like all tomato. Did the Millennium Falcon as well, the sprouts smelled foisty. Not fussed about coming back. Nice storefront. Difficult street parking downtown.

Bagels are sooo good! And the workers are so helpful and nice. We didn't see many drink options but the workers lead us to a a great nearby coffee shops.

Our event coordinator had already been in contact with each hotel's sales team regarding room blocks, but my fiancé and I wanted to personally see the properties before recommending them to 30-40 hotel room blocks. Although we arrived after sales office hours, Liz at the front desk was exceptionally kind. She walked us through the restaurants commonly used for private events, explained the renovation timeline, and invited us to take our time exploring before returning to the front desk to view a standard guest room. Unfortunately, our experience changed when another employee, who later identified himself as Clayton, a manager, stepped in. It appeared he had been listening to our conversation but had not introduced himself. He abruptly informed us that we would not be able to view a room. We explained that our event coordinator was already working with the sales manager regarding room blocks and pricing, and that we were simply trying to ensure we felt confident recommending the hotel to our family and friends. Despite understanding the situation, he remained unwilling to accommodate the request. His only suggestion was that we purchase a room if we wanted to see one. For us, this interaction spoke volumes. Hospitality isn't just about beautiful rooms--it's about making potential guests feel welcomed and valued. If this was the experience we received as prospective clients considering multiple wedding events and dozens of room nights, it gave us pause about what our guests might experience. As a result, we will likely to move our room block, welcome dinner, Saturday event, and Sunday brunch where we're met with warmth, flexibility, and genuine hospitality from the moment we arrive. The Joule is undeniably a beautiful property, but customer service plays a major role in our decision-making. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling that our business was neither appreciated nor wanted.
