Nice find in Newtown. Had the kimchi chicken cheesesteak. First time I've ever had one like that. The kimchi mixed with the cheese and gave it a delicious tangy flavor. Definitely gonna get this the next time I'm in the area or I might have to try making it at home. Also had the fries which were good. Crispy on the outside, tender in the inside. Solid 4.5.

Bi Bim Bops (beef and Spicy Pork) and Kombucha on their (limited) outdoor seating. A great alternative from the everyday breakfast food.

A break from the everyday breakfast! Super friendly owner and staff. A great grab and go selection as well, but a little short on seating.

Jess and I really enjoyed our first visit here. First impressions were not exactly what we had in mind but it turned out to be better than expected. It is a cozy little restaurant with a few tables in the front window, a soda fountain, hot java and assorted single beverages in a fridge to the right. Those were all self serve Micha explained who is the owner all the way to the bus boy. She does it all and is very friendly and informative. I opted for three eggs, potatoes and turkey bacon while Jess got the oatmeal with fruit. Micha explained we could create any combo we would like. The food was right off the grill with my meal being delivered in a thick paper plate which I enjoyed and Jess' coming in a plastic bowl. We enjoyed the contrast. Their entire menu looks great and judging from the pictures we are going to have to come back for lunch to enjoy a cheesesteak and fries. Highly recommend!

Michael, the manager, always greets us with a smile, and sometimes we even get lucky enough to have him as our server. I genuinely don't think I've ever seen this guy have a bad day. He's professional, welcoming, funny, and somehow makes every visit feel personal. Gin is also amazing, we absolutely love getting him as our waiter. Honestly though, we've never had a bad experience with any member of the staff. Everyone there is friendly and attentive, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. For years, this has been the ONLY restaurant my mom consistently wants to go to. We use way too much sauce, accidentally burn half our food, and still somehow have the best time every single visit. The atmosphere is just that good. And the food? Absolutely top tier. The meats, seafood, and vegetables are always fresh. The Thai Tom Yum broth is my personal favorite and never disappoints. My mom is obsessed with the KPot short rib, and honestly, I can see why, it's amazing. I'm hooked on the sweet and spicy sauce with the garlic shrimp. Every time I tell someone about this place, I hype it up with the same excitement because it truly deserves it. If you've never been to KPot Franklin Mills, just GO. I swear you will not be disappointed.

I even asked for a side of mango, nope. they " couldn't charge " for it? will to pay for something you have, but refused because they didn't know how to charge, what ever.. apps were decent. we ordered a bunch of rolls, philadelphia roll ( WAY too smokey, no one in my party liked this) soicy tuna was ok, tropical was ok, spicy kani was ok, we added mango to it because it should have come with it in the first place ( this was a side of avocado which we were able to get...) and the sparkler roll, which was absolutely terrible. it tasted like they poured lighter fluid all over it -5 out of 10. was not impressed with any of the rolls at all really and probably wouldn't return because of that. presentation was beautiful but for me, the taste needs to be there too.
