We had a nice lunch experience here. The hostess was super nice. The location was clean. The prices were a little on the high side (like $15 for spaghetti & meatballs) but the food was tasty. The waitress did a nice job of taking care of our group. The burgers were huge/thick and had a moderate amount of golden fries with them. The beef sandwiches were not skimpy and also had a moderate amount of fries. My family had chicken tenders, salad, and some other items while there. They were all good. There are only two semi-negative things I can say about this establishment. First off, the parking lot is quite small. The spaces fill quickly. Second is the ladies' room. It is a one-person restroom. The door opens outward into the hall instead of inward. Two things about that made me nervous to use the facilities. I was nervous (because I wasn't sure of the lock's reliability) that someone could easily barge in on me. The second thing that made me nervous was when I left the restroom. It would be easy for someone walking by to get hit by my door as I opened it to leave. Having said that, I'm not marking the restaurant down for those 2 things. I just felt they were noteworthy. Went tonight friday may 31st. 4 adults 3 kids. I ordered a philly steak sandwich. 5 min later they told me it was out. I ordered a Italian beef. 5 min later I was told .. they were out. WTF! so ordered a pulled pork. So an 1h 15min later we got our food. The kids food didnt show for another fucking 15 min. We had a bday boy and he ordered a damn grilled cheese and it never came. The pulled pork was trash. A table spoon of coleslaw, bottled bbq sause. Guessing sweet baby rays.. and cheese . WHO THE FU%& PUTS CHEESE on a damb pulled pork?. Noone. If your allergic to cheese make sure you tell them.. wait nm its trash anyways. Ooo the fries . I got a whole 10 .. 10 individual fries. No free refills on Soda .. 5$ a glass.. Do not recommend with a group. We were here with a soccer team and know it's a lot of work not asked them to bring the food out as it was done so we didn't end up with most of the food cold. Clearly they didn't choose to do that. They brought it all out at once. My Rueben looked like it might have been good a half hour before. The top was crusty and dry and the bottom was totally soggy and vey dry in the middle. Minimal silverware and no napkins. We had reservations over a week ahead. Been here 3 times now, I keep trying to give it a fair chance bc it is a pretty nice place but the food just sucks. Staff is nice enough, seems pretty clean and I love all the TV's for game day. But for the prices they are charging the food is just not up to par. They need to change their menu ASAP or hire new cooks. It kinda seems like there are 15 yr olds just microwaving the food. Chewy chicken and bland sandwiches. I've officially given up on this place. Station continues to be my number one favorite go to spot in CP. This place is great. It has wide variety of food items and food is always good. Nice comfortable clean atmosphere with comfortable seating area upstairs and downstairs (outdoor rooftop seating available weather permitting). Great place for watching a sports game. Stopped at Station 21 for a beer and a few appetizers this afternoon . Jamie our Server, did a great job , pleasant , helpful, happy and attentive !! Pretzel bits were very good and a lot of them - hot and delicious... ordered Chile , changed our mind and went with the bbq wings and tropical habanero wings - meaty , great taste , and just enough - 6 of each !! The Burgers were huge and looked really good!! Jamie, told us about the $2.00 domestic drafts - Thanks for that Jamie!! But the way took the Chile home - that was good too !! I'm a big "atmosphere" type of person, and this place definitely has it. Tons of TVs to watch the games, awesome decor, and very friendly staff. The food was just good, but that's not what I would go there for anyways. Its all about a good place to watch the game and hang out with friends. If I was looking for AMAZING food, I definitely wouldn't consider a restaurant/pub... Great place to have drinks with friends, or watch a game at any time of day. Station 21 - Soup & Salad - Sports Bars Near Me - Crown Point, Indiana

My family and I go here at least once a week! They are always quick when seating us and we always get our drink orders taken right away. My children love the mac n cheese (Id be lying if I said I didnt sneak a couple bites lol) and I always get the club 21 wrap! Their fries are always cooked to perfection and I always add avacado to my wrap! Its delicious! For dessert- gotta try the cookie pan. It is definitely a family favorite. We enjoy the atmosphere and quick service as much as the food! So glad to have a place like this in our hometown! read more

Meh. The food is overpriced. I ordered a house salad with chicken. The chicken was over cooked. The wait staff is okay (and slow). There were screaming children in an already loud bar. Really good place! I wanted to try something new while visiting my family. We had the fried pickles which were very tasty. I tried the Tokyo burger-ahi tuna with slaw and a super hot hot wasabi sauce on a pretzel bun. So yummy. My dad had the pot roast sand which which he seemed to enjoy. It seemed smaller in the portion side but he really liked it. Then grandma tried the fish and chips which were a very good portion and looked so good. The coleslaw was fantastic. Also the staff was super friendly, always a plus. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy but we didn't have to wait. Definitely recommend it. read more

Great service, great spot to catch a drink and watch a game, and great food!! You must try any of their burgers (bison tends to be my favorite). In addition, I always get their wings (the dry rub is my favorite). So, why four stars instead of five? Well, I have ventured away from the burgers once or twice and haven't been very impressed by the result enough to give it 5 stars. The most disappointing thing I ate was arguably the beef sandwich. I believe the waitress should have known. Its not like they have a huge menu. It took forever to get an appetizer. They were not busy, now I know why. Food was average at best. Well I've been driving past that place for awhile now. Finally I told my gf I was taking her out to eat. It was a little on the disappointing side. The food was decently priced however it's taste was bland. I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and while it was ok the chicken wasn't that great. I almost would of rather of had the sauce and bun. Fries were a little under done. Like they needed to be cooked more in the center. The chips and pico was the best part of our lunch. The avocado burger my gf was had was just average. The buns we're good but the meat just needed the extra kick rather then just meat everywhere else has. I dont see myself going back there but you never know. However I'm sure the beer is good there and there are plenty of tvs to watch sports on. I like the upstairs area as well. Also.. Parking is a little congested. The fried pickles at this place are AMAZING....5 stars for sure, but I can not find anything else on the menu that is worth going here for. I've tried the spinach salad and the raspberry vinaigrette was too sweet. I've tried the bruschetta, which was just not good. The grilled cheese is just too heavy and greasy...way too much cheese on Texas Toast. The Mac and cheese with veggies is ok, but nothing to get too excited about. The last thing I tried was the cheese quesadilla, and while I was happy to see it wasn't fried in butter like some places do, it was just kind of blah. Literally just a tortilla with a scant amount of cheese served with sour cream and pico made from what appeared to be canned tomatoes. Gross. I could've made the exact same thing in my microwave at home. So while I'll definitely return for the fried pickles, I've given up on finding an entree that I really like. read more

Housed in a beautiful brick building, this place serves a variety of food from seared ahi tuna, perch, great calamari, wings, salads and burgers. The service is very good, and there is a good variety of beers available. During warm weather you can sit outside on the veranda located on the second floor. This is not fancy food...but they cook it well. Like I say, if you don't know how to make chicken wings, why should I return? They do wings very well! read more

If you come to station 21 you have to try the wings. They find the chickens that hit the gym before they are served on your plate because they are huge. The sweet sauce they put on them is awesome. I had the pot roast sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. Meat is so tender you don't need a knife. I highly recommend this place for dinner. This is the second time I have been here and the pot roast was great both times. If you like pot roast, come to Station 21 as this is some of the best I have ever eaten. read more

We have been to Station 21 several times. It's a decent place with lots of options for everyone in the group. However, this most recent visit has turned me off from returning any time soon. I ordered a burger and asked for a side of mayo as our food was brought out. The waitress said no problem. After waiting and watching everyone else in our party eat half their food, and seeing that the waitress was not coming back around, I decided to just eat. When I was more than halfway done, lo and behold, here comes the waitress. Annoying, but she apologized and I was fine with it. Flash forward to a charge on our bill for a side of mayo that I didn't even use because I'd already eaten most of my food by the time she brought it out! Add this to the slow service and lack of refills and it'll be a while before I'm back. Disappointing. read more

Sad. This place used to be very good. Now that it's become popular the quality control in the kitchen has slipped. I ordered the yellowfin tuna tacos, a dish that I've had at least twice before. They came out cold and disgusting. For the first time ever, I sent a dish back. When they came back, they were much better but the rice was still horrid. It was so far overcooked it was ridiculous. Stopped in after the Saint patties day parade, many open tables, set down immediately, waited and waited and waited and waited for a waitress who was waiting on every table that came in after ours except for ours.It has been my experience when the experience starts off badly it only continues and finishes badly. When our waitress finally made the table, after asking the hostesses several times where are waitress was, she finally came to the table,she agreed that the service that you gave us was bad. The some what possible lm guessing was a manager came up to us when we were complaining to the waitress and asked what the problem was. I told him bad service which even the waitressed agreed with. He told me he would give us a different waitress. He stood there for five minutes and looked at us while we were waiting.
