    Butter finger milkshake

Decided to dine in at Steak 'n Shake since I haven't been inside in ages. The place was pretty clean. They have a kiosk that you use to play your order for dine in or to go. So they have definitely upgraded to new technology since I've last been to a dine in location. I order a butter finger milkshake which is my favorite. It was delicious and definitely needed on this hot day. I also ordered one of the meal deals, where you get a burger and fries for less than six bucks. So I was totally happy with the price! Burger was great per usual and love their fries. The only reason why I'm giving them 4 stars is because there seemed to be a man camping out in the restaurant which was unsettling for me as a female, he didn't bother me but still unsettling. The food and shake came out fast. Definitely will be back to Steak 'n Shake.

Nutella Shake (With EXTRA Everything!) AMAZING! This may be dinner tomorrow night as well!

This Nutella shake with extra everything was a great choice for tonight. In fact, I may order this for dinner tomorrow night!

Excellent food. Polite (& accommodating) service despite an extremely busy drive-thru (we chose to dine in). The workers have to get everything since nothing is available to the table- no ketchup, napkins or sauces. Felt bad for the people working near the counter & we had to keep walking up to the counter if we needed anything. You can see that management has limited customer access to water & condiments for dining in- guessing they've had problems with folks stealing drinks there or just trying to keep their costs lower. Feels like a lot of places still struggling with staffing & recovering supplies post-pandemic. Our table was dirty but everything had been bussed. So the 3 stars is for the great food & the kindness of the staff.

A milkshake that was quite delicious which is why there was only half. Nice atmosphere and service. They even have a claw machine. Super cool

Great experience at steak and shake. The fries are thin crispy and perfectly salted. Great on on their own and good dipped in a milkshake. The milkshake has a perfect consistency... wonderful prerogative chunks spread throughout and a nice girthy straw. The star of the show is the burger. Two Pattie's so juicy and tender. The bun is soft and buttery and American cheese compliments the meaty Pattie's. Overall a huge success and will be back.

We were trying to find fast food open on Thanksgiving and we finally found Steak n Shake. As expected, it wasn't crowded on Thanksgiving. We were seated pretty quickly. I got an eggnog milkshake and a Frisco melt with fries. The milkshake was quite good. I was actually pretty disappointed by the Frisco melt. It was a lot drier than normal. It definitely needed more sauce and I think it was overcooked. The fries are thin for my taste, but they were ok. The service was just ok. It took us a long time to get our food even though the restaurant was mostly empty. We were never bright our check, so we eventually just went up to the register to pay without it. For the most part, this is your standard Steak n Shake.

This is rated 3 because it takes to long to get a table, the drinks came late, and the comes late.

It currently offers free parking for 3 hours and incremental of 1- 2 hours paid parking after. My wife and I came here on a date night. While her original visit left more than be desired management invited us to give them a second try and I'm so glad we did. We had an amazing time from start to finish. The staff was amazing and I was astounded by their dedication to their craft. The best part was the food. We started with the chefs board which had an array of cheeses and spreads. The most memorable was the whipped feta. OMG. The Ambiance was the only thing I feel could use some tuning as there's not enough sound deadening to make the music out? It sounds like a heart beat and makes it hard to make out conversations. Major shout out to Leigh for taking care of us all night and making it a memorable night. Also big thanks to Odhie for the tickets to the concert. This was definitely a night to remember. Thank you Postinos Staff!

I can definitely say that this one is just as amazing! I've always been a big fan of their board and bottle deal and my favorite wine at Postino's is their Perfekt wine. It's perfect! If it's your first time here, you definitely have to try the bruschetta because it's the best I've had. You'll get to choose four different types among your board. My favorite bruschettas are the prosciutto and fig, the smoked salmon, the burrata, and the apple and brie. I also recommend the skewers. They are always cooked to perfection. If you're not the biggest wine aficionado, they also have cocktails and beers (and of course water, soda, mocktails). I believe they still do a special for beer pitchers and they have a good draft list.

We stopped in for dinner on a Thursday evening, about an hour and fifteen minutes before closing…read more The restaurant had several open tables, but right at the entrance it was clear something was off. A couple ahead of us was waiting, another had just added their name to the list, and when we reached the host stand, the host appeared completely overwhelmed. He told us there would be a 25+ minute wait, but didn't take our name--just gave us a look like he didn't want to seat anyone else for the night. To his credit, another employee--clearly juggling multiple roles between serving and bussing--stepped in and got things moving. He checked tables, managed the flow, and ultimately seated the waiting parties, including us. He was polite, professional, and exactly what you expect from someone in hospitality. Once seated, the contrast between staff members became even more obvious. The host wasn't just overwhelmed--his attitude toward the work was the bigger issue. Throughout the evening, we watched him complain openly to coworkers about being asked to bus tables or help with simple tasks. At one point, he spent more time explaining why he shouldn't grab a stack of cups than it would have taken to just do it. Other employees were visibly frustrated, rolling their eyes or simply working around him. We also observed him on multiple occasions heading back into the kitchen empty-handed while there were still plenty of dirty tables on the floor--at least twice that we personally saw. To be fair, he did bus several tables, but he also skipped others that clearly needed attention, creating more work for the rest of the staff. It gave the impression that he was avoiding parts of the job rather than tackling what needed to be done. Later, another employee asked him to assist with clearing several tables. Instead of helping, he began complaining loudly across the dining room. The employee simply said, "Don't worry about it, I'll take care of it," and handled the situation efficiently and professionally. Shortly after, the host retreated to the kitchen where he had a loud meltdown--audible from the dining room--right at closing time. We later learned he was stressed about a homework assignment due that day, which seemed to explain the behavior, but from a guest perspective, it was a poor representation of the restaurant at the front door. That said, every other staff member we encountered was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and professional across the board. Our server in particular was excellent--engaged, efficient, and on point the entire meal. As for the food, both meals were solid. I ordered a steak medium rare, and while it came out slightly overcooked--closer to medium--it was still a good cut and enjoyable. It was a bit heavy on the seasoning, but easily adjusted by scraping some off. The broccoli was cooked perfectly. My colleague ordered a steak topped with coconut shrimp and was very happy with his meal. Overall, this could have been a great dining experience. The kitchen did a solid job, and the service staff (aside from one) were exactly what you hope for. Unfortunately, the first impression--and much of the atmosphere--was overshadowed by a host who was clearly having a rough night and not handling it well. This feels like a training or management issue more than anything else. With the right guidance, this location has all the pieces in place to deliver a consistently excellent experience.

LongHorn Steakhouse in Pineville has some of the standard qualities you'd expect from the chain…read more(decor and standard menu), but my recent visit left me a bit underwhelmed. Even knowing that the restaurant doesn't take reservations, they do offer to call ahead to be placed on the waitlist in advance. The wait time was much longer than expected. Even though the restaurant was busy, our estimated wait time of 45 mins stretched to close to an hour. They told us at one point that our table was ready, but they were not going to seat us yet because they "didn't want to overwhelm the server". Meanwhile, we all sat or stood uncomfortably in the waiting area for an additional 10-15 minutes. I would have been much happier seated at the table waiting with the knowledge that the server may be a bit getting to us. Once seated, the service *still* moved at a slow pace, which added to the frustration of the wait time just to be seated. I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and while the flavor was fine, the portion was a disappointing collection of pieces rather than a full cut of chicken breast. It wasn't bad - just not as satisfying or well‑rounded as I've had at other LongHorn locations. There's potential here, but between the long wait, slow service, and a mediocre entrée, it ended up being an average visit rather than a great one.

It was pretty far from a New York style pizza, but give them credit for trying. I got very few vegetables. The amount of cheese put on the pie was OK.
