Tried out Biscuitville to see what their biscuits were about. I went for the biscuit with chicken and hot honey. Overall the sandwich was good but the I prefer fluffier biscuits. Can't do drive thru! Our orders are wrong half the time today-- no hashbrowns w my meal!! Can't turn around at this location- you go directly on the fwy so by the time you realize the order is wrong it's too late . They don't care the service is not good at this location . Never again !! The sandwich was cold . Made way in advance . Half the time they are out of stuff too they never prep. In advance for the orders on the weekend it's a nightmare . Fresh biscuits! I really wish we had a biscuitville in FL because I always miss this place when we leave town. This spot is quick and delicious and I promise you will leave happy and full. The muffins are a need but the star is the biscuits and gravy! I had been curious about Biscuitville since its recent arrival in the Charlotte area. I won a giveaway that included several coupons and a gift card and we were in the area so we stopped by. Covid-19: their dining room is currently closed, so it's a drive through only situation. We two combos. The first was the Ultimate Sausage Biscuit with a Hashbrown and Blueberry Lemonade. The second was the Spicy Chicken and Honey Biscuit with Country Fries and Strawberry Lemonade. We enjoyed everything. I liked both biscuits, but preferred the Spicy Chicken and Honey. I wish it had more honey though. Both were a little dry and I wanted more sauce. I think the sausage would be good with gravy on it, so I might see if they can do that next time. Between the sides, I definitely preferred the country fries. I really liked the lemonades. They had actual fruit in them which was great. The biggest downside is the line. We waited for close to an hour. If we hadn't already been in the area with a gift card to use, I wouldn't have waited. For fast food (well I guess this wasn't fast for us), this was pretty good. If you can avoid the line, I'd recommend giving it a try. read more

I ordered the breakfast platter- eggs, bacon, hashbrown & biscuit. It was a lot of eggs! The hashbrown was salty- no need to add. Bacon could've been crisper- but that my irrational preference. Not a bad restaurant when they get the orders right. What more can I say except somebody needs to listen carefully to orders? I really shouldn't have to pay for someone's mistake. This is our second Biscuitville and was not as good as the one we went to north of Charlotte. Not that this one was bad, no...it was A-OK. Service was a little slow, which surprised us as we were the only people there at the time. Maybe because it was within an hour of closing? Food was great, menu same and they sure do deliver on good biscuits with a variety of stuff between the two halves. If you have not been to a Biscuitville, give it a go. Only open for breakfast and lunch. Hours fluctuate...so goes the web sites, but generally they are closed by 2pm. Check before you go. read more

Yummy. The biscuits are delicious. The cinnamon rolls are out of this world. If the place was clean it would be five stars. Unfortunately each time we have been there it's been quite dirty- trashes overflowing and floors and tables need to be cleaned. However the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. We don't have Biscuitville in Atlanta, so we weren't familiar with the restaurant. We were heading back to Atlanta from a weekend in Charlotte and my crew wanted breakfast. I had my daughter pull it up and we were surprised that they looked pretty good. The restaurant is a little on the small side but they have tables inside where you can sit down and eat. They also have a drive through, that stayed pretty packed while we were there. We ended up sitting down and eating. The restaurant was pretty clean and there was someone going around cleaning, while we were there. The cashiers that took our order were nice and helpful as well. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. My mom ordered a bacon plate with grits and eggs. My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich and grits. Let's start with, Biscuitville should really do nothing but sell breakfast biscuits. The grits and my mom's eggs didn't taste like much at all. BUT the biscuits were so good!! We laughed when we came in the door as we noticed "Alice"(what we named her) making the biscuit dough, right in the front of the restaurant. And when we saw the buttermilk in her hand, we knew the biscuits should be up to par! And they were!! My sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was yummy! We all agreed the biscuits were tender, fluffy and baked perfectly! I probably wouldn't order the sides again, but I would definitely stop here for the biscuits! This place is dynamite. Reasonable prices, FAST drive-thru, excellent coffee, and the food was top-notch! My favorite was the spicy chicken biscuit sandwich with jalapeno pimento cheese- EPIC! Our egg biscuit sandwiches were killer too, but I wish we'd ordered another super-crispy hashbrown, and blueberry muffin! They were perfect! Can't wait to go back (and try the apple fritter)! Move over, Bojangles, Biscuitville is now my favorite fast food breakfast joint! I went with a group of 5 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals! We got 2 bacon breakfast samplers, 2 spicy chicken breakfast samplers, one Spicy Chicken Biscuit, 2 orders of country fries, a stack of pancakes, a blueberry muffin, and an apple fritter...IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!!! Lukewarm food and coffee say it all. I typically go to the one near the concord mills mall but wanted to give this place a try. Not my favorite. Everything including my coffee was lukewarm. Not too horrible but my food and coffee both not seem freshly prepared at all. Cheese in the grits was not melted and my grits looked like it has been sitting there for hours. Barely warm. Hash brown was a bit too salty but okay. Regardless, I am not sure why fast food place is not serving their food hot. I hate wasting food but had no choice. And there was a long wait considering less than 4 cars ahead of me. No napkins were in my bag so I had to walk back to the drive thru to get some napkins since the dinning area was closed. read more

This used to be the best 'fast-breakfast' option in Indian Trail albeit it was always pricey. The price was always worth it for a good meal that tasted home cooked. The past couple years all quality is out the door, items wrong on order $40+ dollars, cold food after paying an astronomical price for biscuits. So this is the ONLY Biscuitville in the Charlotte area and boy is it a gem! Drove out here after a serious hankering for Biscuitville. I've been fortunate enough to always live or work no more than 6 miles from the nearest Biscuitville in all my years in North Carolina. So imagine my dismay when I realized that the nearest one was in Indian Trial. So after weeks of plotting and planning, I made the trek way out to Indian Trail in morning traffic to cure my hankering. When I got there there were only 2 other cars in line so I already felt super lucky. When I got there the heavens opened (Or maybe the sun just came out from behind the clouds...) but either way there was a big, beautiful advertisement for their new spicy chicken and honey biscuit. They do a regular chicken biscuit well...I love spicy, I love honey and I've become a huge fan of the spicy-sweet combination. This my lovely Yelpers was a true foodie win-win. So I ordered the spicy chicken and honey biscuit combo with their home fries and a sweet tea. The customer service was outstanding from the speaker to driving away from the window. The food was beyond perfect. Hot and fresh. The chicken was juicy and perfectly spiced and the honey was the perfect complement. The breading was crispy and formed a perfect envelope nestling the meaty goodness inside. The biscuit was the perfect texture. Fluffy and tender and flavorful and it gave the perfect bread to protein ratio. The fries were hot and fresh and doused in just the right amount of seasoned salt. And of course the tea was North Carolina sweet--aka perfect sweetness. I will definitely make the trek again soon!! Kudos to this location. You made my morning. read more

I first stumbled across Biscuitville many years ago in Greensboro. Being a lover of biscuits, a restaurant specializing in them was right up my alley. This location just opened within the last 12 months if I recall and it was busy when I stopped in on a Saturday morning. The restaurant only serves breakfast and features (as the name implies) all sorts of proteins on a biscuit. A sign on the window advertised a bologna, egg, and cheese biscuit. I'm not a big fan of bologna, but I know it's somewhat popular in the south so I ordered it in a meal with wedge fries and a drink. There was a bit of a line and only one single register, so it took a few minutes before I was able to order. After ordering I took my seat to wait for my number. I waited maybe five minutes for my order. This gave me the hope that my bologna was freshly fried. It was. The taste of the bologna left a little something to be desired, but a good biscuit, like love, covers a multitude of sins. And so it was with my sandwich. I absolutely love their bacon, egg, and cheese, which I've had in some of their other locations. The fries were a little on the salty side, so I'll stick to the hashbrowns in the future. The service was friendly and the restaurant was clean with the condiments and fountain beverage are being serviced on a regular basis. It's definitely worth a stop of you have an affinity for biscuits and breakfast. Go early though, they close at 2:00pm. read more

Update 1-26-22: The drive-through has gotten extremely slow. Sat in line for over 20 minutes. Not to mention I'm supposed to be at work at 9 o'clock I got here at 8:20 and I am now almost 30 minutes late for work due to the fact that the drive-through for some reason has cones around the drive-through section to where you cannot leave if you needed to unless you got out of your car to move cones which who would want to do that. I'm sure you guys make more money through the drive-thru then you guys do for sit downs so if definitely needs to be fixed this is absolutely ridiculous and I'm fuming/pissed right now. Me getting here around 8:20 it is now 9:00 and I'm not even paid yet. Sooooo yeah it's bs.
